Paul Cooper is an honest businessman who lists his cars for sale at fair prices, and doesnt slap on surprise fees while youre making a deal. He gladly gave me plenty of time to inspect and test drive the car I was interested in, without any pressure, and even encouraged me to take it to a mechanic for a third party inspection, which I did. I ultimately bought the car, and am satisfied that we both made a good deal.
