Cannot say enough about the customer service I get with Decor4 Kids. We live in another state and they have always accommodated my orders for my kids bedrooms. I love the quality of Romania furniture and so happy that I found there company to do business with.

I wish that I could offer more than five stars for this company. Throughout our entire experience, it was obvious to us that Ric was invested in fitting his customers with the right product first! His customer-centered focus and personable nature reminded us of what is idyllic of American business. We enjoyed looking around his store and exploring the furniture in the various rooms he had setup. Ric was around for questions when we had them and he made sure to be available without being overbearing. We left to compare furniture quality and pricing with a big-box store and immediately decided that Décor 4 Kids was the place to be! (Note: He was even willing to stay open late when we called near closing to let him know we would like to return and purchase our nursery)Not only was the quality of the furniture exceptional, the prices were very reasonable and the experience was somewhat sentimental – gifting our son (then not born) a small stuffed toy. Further, Ric was very upfront with us about what steps he could take to guarantee our satisfaction. Once purchased, our furniture delivery date was later than promised, but with Ric’s up-front and informative explanations, this ended up not being a big deal. He worked with us trying to plan our timeline for delivery based on the communication he was receiving from out-of-state American manufacturers. Once the furniture was delivered and we had it setup, he reached out to us just to follow-up with our satisfaction. We are VERY satisfied! We will have another child one day… and Décor 4 Kids can count on our patronage again. I will recommend everyone I know to this business for its experience, quality, and price! Hands down the best furniture buying experiences my husband and I have ever had. We recently had our first child and had stumbled upon Decor 4 Kids during the pregnancy. We purchased a beautiful solid wood dresser and matching crib, a custom rocking chair, and several small decor pieces during the pregnancy. During our visit the owners Shelly and Rick were both so helpful and went above and beyond to get us our dream nursery. They are very reasonably priced for the high quality pieces you are getting. Our crib at the large box stores was $600+ and we were able to get that same crib for half the price.Fast forward to post baby 3 months when we were looking for a crib mattress. We didn’t even really look elsewhere because we knew we would get the best quality at a great price. Shelly went above and beyond again when my baby girl and I arrived to pick a mattress. Shelly loved seeing my little one and even gave her a special gift for being a returning customer.My husband and I will be returning without a doubt as our little family grows.Highly recommended that you make the trip to Decor 4 Kids!

Its hard to find good quality kids furniture these days without purchasing online or from a big box store! Ric goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your purchase- he even dropped fabric samples off at our house to help us decide on a fabric for a chair we were buying to match our existing nursery décor. I highly recommend Décor 4 Kids- great customer service and I believe you get higher quality furniture for less!

Are you looking to shop where the owner of the store could be your neighbor. Someone who is willing to give you the best customer service possible and truly appreciate your business then this is the place for you. They have a ton quality furniture to chose from, they are helpful, no pressure, and a pleasure to buy furniture from. Please visit them before you make a final decision on furniture for your kids, at least let them show you what they have, I promise it will not be a wasted trip, they are wonderful people. We bought our entire bedroom furniture from Decor For Kids. They have wonderful furniture, accessories, bedding, rugs etc. We are still enjoying them six years later. They are wonderful to work with and have great ideas as well.

We love the quality of furniture that we purchased at Decor 4 Kids and yes, the staff is very friendly. With that said, its been almost 16 weeks since we originally purchased our furniture and we have yet to receive all the pieces. When we made our purchase we were told it would take a maximum of 10 weeks. Just be warned that you may find yourself in a situation like mine where youre 37 weeks pregnant and still dont have your baby furniture - its frustrating.
