Skyline Beer Company really sets the bar high for what it takes to be a serious player in this competitive market. High marks on beverages, outdoor space, and food. The beer is great with plenty of options. Peanut Butter stout is a personal favorite. Last year we were introduced to a menu with several delicious toppings that you could either put on a baked potato or flat bread pizza. So smart! Both ways will not disappoint. Great option is to share because the potatoes are absolutely Hugh!

Really enjoyed this place! Theyve done ana amazing job with repairing the building and making it unique! Food was AMAZING I personally only got a chicken salad and it was so so good. My husband got a pretzel and he had to take most of it home for leftovers! It was loaded up so much! Will definitely come back here!

We happened upon this place on our way back to CT. What a find! They brew beer that rivals ANY of the best IPAs weve ever had, and weve had hundreds, including Tree House. The food was excellent too! We had the smoked turkey tacos which were phenomenal! Service was excellent too. What more can you ask for? Prices were great. Their beer garden has an excellent view of the valley. Well definitely be back to this great brewery restaurant. We even bought a few beers to take home they were so good.

Great beer. Great atmosphere. Great food. Great service. My party was there tonight for a few hours casually eating and drinking. At one point when my wife entered the bathroom, an owner approached my table (unannounced as to who she was and had not been visible prior) and asked politely if we were getting anything else. I responded I wasnt sure just yet. My wife returned and I entered the bathroom. As I entered the same person asked whats the verdict?. I responded I wasnt sure just yet and proceeded to use the bathroom. This person then went to my wife to ask AGAIN if she needed anything else, at this point making it clear we needed to order even MORE or leave. I dont know where this came from or why we were singled out with multiple parties there for extended periods of time, but it was extremely off-putting considering the bill we had already incurred. We finished our final drink and left.Leave the service to your staff (who are awesome) and stick to drinking at the bar which was all you were doing otherwise.

Skyline has a variety of good beers. They also have different beverages too if you are not a beer drinker. They have a smaller menu but the food it really good! The decor inside is fun and the outdoor seating area is nice as well. One of the better places to go in Westfield for sure!

Quick service, friendly staff and a great variety of both their own brews as well as popular local brewery offerings.The outside of the building is deceiving, it definitely could use some work but you forget all about it once you step inside. There is plenty of parking but it always looks full. The brewery is much larger than it looks from the outside so, if it looks packed in the parking lot, its still worth a shot going in and seeing how much room they really do have.The inside is well decorated and kept clean. Lots of tables (large and small) as well as a bar area and wall tables with stools.Staff was top notch! There were 4 of us and our waitress never kept us waiting for drinks! Food was pretty good as well but, it was overshadowed by the incredible people who work there. We even took a peek at the brewing area and soon to be back porch area with breathtaking views of farmland.Overall, a great place to have some killer beers and ciders in Westfield. With staff like this, its tough to really want to go anywhere else.

The pretzels are a must. The mac & cheese is amazing. The variety of fruit beers is solid. The atmosphere (both in and outside) is very nice, and the vibes are definitely chill. Always a nice place to stop after a hike!

Disappointing! I have been wanting to try this place, read good reviews and also heard from some that they liked it there. We stopped in last night, Saturday 7/31. I did not have a beer, my boyfriend did. It took a long time to get our drinks. I ordered the Caprese Salad (Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Basil, Olive Oil), when that arrived, the waitress, who was not very good, gave me two very cheap white paper plates, two plastic forks, no napkin, no knife. When she finally returned, after struggling to cut the tomatoes with the plastic fork, she asked if I needed anything. I replied, “I could use a napkin and a knife.” My recommendation is that they upgrade their plates and utensils. That would be a nicer touch. Also, better training for their staff. There was a young man, possibly the Mgr. going around who was very nice, and more on top of things. Not sure I’ll be back.

Beer, food and service all good. Love the patio - except for those chairs! Even with the uncomfortable chairs, we have grown to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and live music on the patio.

What couldnt be better than fresh air and live music on a beautiful Saturday evening? Great food and beer brought by super friendly staff thats what. As always a fantastic experience in the beer garden.

I have to say, Ive tried this place 3x, and I dont get the hype. None of the beer is EXCEPTIONAL (its good, fine even), the menu is insanely limited (dips, chips, cheese plates and pretzels), and the staff is like a ghost town. Each time the experience was the exact same (and btw, Ive been 2x when it was very quiet and 1x when it was very busy - no difference). Btw, it was our table (of 2) and 3 other tables. Thats it. So, not short staffed, not overly busy.I really, truly do not understand why this place is always packed. It seems to just be busy because its busy? People assume its amazing because its crowded? All set.

Left here today disappointed. Drove by and noticed there were open tables outside and since we had our pup with us, thought it would be nice to have a meal and some beer. While my girlfriend waited outside with the pup, I went inside only to be ignored. I waited in front of the counter and the lady came over and asked the people behind me (a party of 6) if they were waiting for a table. She then told them they had nothing available for them for 35 minutes and then proceeded to ignore me. I eventually asked her if she had room for two outside to which she replied no. As I drove out I noticed the same empty tables outside. Won’t be bothering with this place anymore

Great beer. The pretzels are my new favorite. The honey mustard was different but delicious! Nice atmosphere even during the pandemic. I very much enjoyed my visit.

Its so hard to find a restaurant that you can actually eat at when you try the keto diet. Being able to get roasted cauliflower instead of pizza is frickin awesome, also being able to get a ton if bacon as an app or a side. The drinks list is killer too, cant wait to get a pizza and beer when Im done with this diet. Only wish that they had a session ipa on tap or bottled because then this would be probably the best place in the state to eat out at if youre on the keto diet.

Ok so Ive been going to skyline since they were at their original location on elm st. This was my first time at the new spot and its an upgrade. That being said, the service definitely suffered a bit, Im kind of impartial on that because COVID and all but yea. Food was stellar as always, had mozzarella and goat cheese on cauliflower and it was delicious. The beer wasnt amazing, it was an average IPA which was supposed to be a milkshake IPA.Two beers and the meal came to ~45$All in all, I would go back, but it wouldnt be my first choice.

Super unique place! Gluten free options thanks to Chef Dan, like chili and roasted (and loaded) cauliflower. Awesome atmosphere, great music, sweet people. I hear the beer’s good too! Can’t wait to check out the outdoor space in the spring. Love you guys!

Cheeseburger Royal. THE royal with cheese, my friends (take that clown!). Homemade bread, perfectly toasted with cheddar. Perfectly cooked to medium beef patties. Pickles, Pulled Pork, Bacon, Caramelized onions... This was one tasty and badass burger!P.S.: The house brews are also very good. Easy drinking and finished.

Waiting in the beer garden for a table to open up for an hour and 20 minutes I went inside to check what was happening.Oh one just opened up.Clearly she had forgotten about us.Electric Acoustic Guitarist was way too loud and mix was terrible.Plenty of other breweries around who get it.

Love the new location, dont love the new menu. Think things need to be more organized. Got seated outside the dishwashing room and could only smell dirty food and soap the entire time. I like great music for atmosphere but I could barely hear myself think. Really loved the downtown spot and music nights there. Will be back again with friends In a few months just hope they change around some designing such as the door leading to the dish washer, an easier way to walk through the restaurant, as well as being able to talk to people at your table without yelling to be heard. All the faith in you guys.

First time there it was excellent! Had the Smoky mountain Burger and it was cooked to perfection very fresh all the way to the homemade bun. Had the Raspberry jam Fruit beer excellent also if you like fruity Beer.

Skyline is one of our favorite Breweries to visit. They brew the best blueberry beer (all their beers are excellent) and the jalapeno cheese pretzel is amazing!!

Had a great first visit! Beer was great, the cheddar bacon pretzel was delicious, as was the steak bomb flatbread!

The beers were delicious, the atmosphere very inviting, the flatbread pizza was bomb, and overall a great time!

This place was a fun time. Went here with friends and will definitely be going back. The place is small and can be hard to get a seat but worth it. Everything here is hand made and it shows in the taste. The pizza isnt the crispiest but has a thick bread feel to it. They also have about 15 handmade sauces that are amazing. DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK HERE!!!

The food was delicious and not being a drinker is no problem here, Nitro iced coffee was made to perfection. My friend had inquired about the beer and was paired with the perfect pint. Atmosphere is not only clean and well maintained but eclectic and filled with excellent music. Staff are very attentive and friendly and food is delivered in a timely manner. I highly recommend you visit soon, we went at 2 and suddenly it was 330 and we didnt want to leave. :-)

We found there to be alot of great beers on tap. We had a great time here at the Skyline Trading company. Two wonderful bar tenders on staff who were very attentive to our needs. Will definitely be returning to skyline with friends.

Totally unsuspecting and truly delicious. Love that everything is homemade, it really makes a difference. Im a blue cheese lover and their homemade blue cheese dressing is amazing and their mac n cheese is phenomenal which is wrapped in a giant cheddar cheese crisp that was melted/crisped on a flat top/oven. Highly recommend- make sure to try their big pretzels with their garlic butter that has whole roasted garlic cloves inside (which is just one of many dipping sauce choices!

Excellent craft beer selection, both draft and can/bottle. Interesting menu with lots of choices of pizza and sandwiches. Service from Julie was great and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. Well worth a stop if youre in the area.

This is food you crave and dream about. Everything on the menu is unique and tasty. Everything is very fresh so it takes awhile, but its so worth the wait. This is a great place to go with friends whom you want to spend time chatting with. The staff has also helped me, a beer hater, find beers that Ive actually enjoyed. But for me, its all about the food. The deep cheese, the cinnamon sugar pretzel, the orchard grilled cheese... Amazing.

Skyline has the best craft beer selection around and is always changing out taps so you can try something new every time you go. The foundation of the menu is the amazing dough they make on site. Pizza, pretzels, bread all worth stopping in for alone and when combined with the drink selection makes Skyline my new favorite local spot.

Skyline has an ever changing selection of craft beers. I always find somethig I like. The owners and staff are all so helpful explaing the beers and answering your questions. They are all very nice. They have a fun menu also. I cant wait to visit there new location on College Hwy. when they open.

Great feel of the place. Very happy valley with the exception of the one scary lady behind the bar everyone is very nice. Not saying she wasnt nice, I was simply afraid that if i said no to pretty much anything my head was going to be sent at a high rate of speed careening through the bar and my body never recovered until 2070 when the whole city of Westfield gets torn down and made a parking lot for the city of Springfield. Basically the food was fairly good but the beer as well as coffee is amazing.

Beer was very good, as were the pretzels. Service seemed to be stretched a bit thin around dinner time rush, but otherwise an excellent spot and we will definitely be back.

Stopped by today for lunch. The place looks great. I had the fresh pretzel with apple wood bacon and cheddar. It went great with the beer I ordered. This is going to be a great addition to the downtown area. I look forward to visiting again to try out the items in the menu!

Awesome night at the Skyline as always. Great owners and staff. Amazing beer selection as usual. Got to enjoy a two piece acoustic bands as well and they rocked the house.

We went with 5 people brewery hopping for the day. Of the four breweries with hit, Drunken Rabbit, Tin Bridge, and Two Week Notice, Skyline is the only one we did not like. The food was a joke. I ordered a cheeseburger. Out came an under cooked basic cheeseburger, with lettuce and tomato topped off with cheese that looked like it was from Kraft wrapped in cellophane. Cheap. This would not be a problem if it cost $5.00, but for $15.00 with some pototo chips, total ripoff. The rest of our party were also not impressed with their food item too. Beer was ok.

First time here. New place still learning. Was impressed by the beer selection. The brews on tap seemed well thought out . They only have a few sections which is perfect. Had a fresher baked pretzel ($6) with honey mustard. A damn fine pretzel. The honey mustard is a good balance of sweet and mustard flavor. Pizza, breads, and other goodies available. They also have beer and cheese making supplies if you need them. Going to have to come back for a beer and some more pretzels.

Great food and beer. Needs a bigger place and they’re working on it. Pretzels are a must. They really try to please for such a small place.

Great and unique menu for food. From soft baked pretzels, flatbread pizza, mac and cheese!, and hot dogs. Big rotating selection of craft beer, some craft ciders, and wine. Bartender is very knowledgeable and friendly. Also sells ingredients and items for home brewing. Swing by for a pint sometime! Extremely worth it!

The beer selection is thoughtful and creative. The menu is recently expanded and everything is fresh and delicious. Get the pretzel with cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeno and whole grain mustard. Youll thank me for it.

The food here is incredible. Their breads are all baked in house, and go quite well with most things on their menu. Their Danish sandwich or the mac n cheese version are probably my favorite things to eat in Westfield. Beer selection is also pretty good. The only item I wasnt crazy about was the pizza, but Ill give it another try.
