Super clean, organized, helpful staff. Smaller than some other price rites but worth it for the ease and prices

Ive always been a little weary of the produce and meat here but today I just needed a few things so I thought I’d look. I’m writing a review because I’ve never seen so much rot in a grocery store in my life. Who does the ordering? Strawberries, apples and herbs covered in mold. I picked up a bag of sweet peppers and I got slimed from the rot on the bottom. The limes were old and shriveled so hard you would even be able to squeeze them. This place need to order less and learn how to rotate their product. I should have listened to myself and not even wasted my time.

There was only 1 cash out isle open along with 3 self check out registers available. Long lines were forming and had no assistance with condensing over crowding. Shopping carts were not cleaned . Very disgusting.

A good place to go for dairy and dry products.

Went here today. Just needed some zucchini and some mozzarella. Every piece of squash was rotten, there wasnt any frozen zucchini. The entire store was a mess. Cashier wasnt very friendly either.

This store is a mess entranceway behind dairy coolers carriages all bad milk was a week past expiration strange that they dont tidy up

The prices are good and the store is much cleaner since they redid it. I only buy certain things from there and NEVER any meat.

Really busy with 2 registers open. The checkout line was halfway down the aisle. No social distancing going in there.

Its Price Rite, what did you expect? Much better with the self checkouts and you cant even say they took jobs, as they only ever had 1 or 2 registers open anyways. Now they have that and a self check, its great. No longer have to wait a long time for people with full carts when you only have a few items.

Go once a week! Great deals! Now have digital coupons!

I find that the fresh fruits and vegetables are pretty good, and that the PRICE is RITE ! LOL Very rarely have I ever had a problem with any purchase at the Westfield store. I would highly recommend this store . This store makes my hard earned $$ go farther. Thank you

There limited to items and the meats in the cooler. No one ever buys. They leave it ? Ive have seen for myself that The steak turning brown as well as expired

Their prices arent too bad but they are more in line with the bigger stores in the area.

We need another store in my town easthampton ma. Im your costumer since 2005 when I leave in westspringfield ma . I move tree year ago to Southampton ma .

Normally this is a decent store with good prices. However, the Westfield store is not doing what it should to help stop the spread covid. There was only 1 register open so, everyone waiting to check out were forced to cram together in a small space while waiting. The cashier did not use sanitizer between customers. Nothing was wiped down between customers. At the end, when I was given the cart from the customer before me, I asked for something to wipe down the cart and was told that was at the entrance to the store only. I had to wait for a manager to go get some and bring them back. Before you call me Karen, I have a terminally ill child at home with severe disabilities and is immunocompromised.

Been shopping here since store originally opened. Best prices over all other grocery stores and new store layout is beautiful and well organized. I still prefer a real cashier to a self cash out and will always check out with a real person scanning my items. I dont care for automation.

Hi a place to go and bay what you need and keep going the customer service is poor need more work.

I dont buy meat there because it has turned me off a few times when looking at it and some meats looked a little greea or gray. The fruits and vegetables you have to really check out also. And if you are going to get them you need to eat them within a couple of days. The Halos I got for my son were soft and squishy. So brought them back for a refund. I stick to the can goods and boxed stuff.

This is the nicest Price Rite in my area. Its always nice and tidy and organized compared to some of the others ones. I travel father just to go to this one.

West Springfield better

Clean and well-kept store with the lowest prices in town. Good place to buy fruits and vegetables, milk, canned goods, and frozen food. Meats and cheeses are unremarkable.

Has anybody noticed the outrageous price changes that theyre doing my box of coffee with from $4 to almost $11 a box thats full price they forget their discount store not to mention my cream expires February 27th of 2020 is this morning chunk came February 2nd. You need to get better quality product before you raise your prices this is the second time something of mine was a rotten I got from your store. One thing I do got to say good is that their staff are very friendly and polite

I was in a bit of a fog hearing that a friend is going to be passing away soon. I went to the self check out and got frustrated with myself because the thing was telling me I had put an extra item on the thing and I couldnt remember what I set down last. The lady was helping another customer so I figured I would go to the regular line. The woman called me back and was so nice and helped me figure out what I had scanned. She was patient and kind with me!! Thank you!!💗

Good store for the value of what youre getting. Id say half the price of a Big Y or Stop &Shop. Definitely worth your while if youre trying to cut down on your grocery bill. Some things are hard to find sometimes if you are looking for something specific. Lines take longer than I like, and you have to bring or buy your own bags, and pack it all up in the bags yourself. But you save a ton of money if you do a lot of shopping there. This store is great if you are feeding a large family and looking for value. Great store to just throw it in the cart and know you wont get it cheaper elsewhere.

Prices for generic foods are much lower then elsewhere. Quality is reflected in the price. Yeah you can get bananas here for 1.39 compared to 1.69 but theyre gonna be bright yellow and ready to go. Still with it! Very clean store and polite staff. Always fully stocked. Definitely worth it to save money. The bulk freezer section for sure.

Big huge place where you buy food. Healthy and unhealthy. Decent prices too. Westfield has 4 massive food stores. Two Big Ys, 1 Price Rite and 1 Stop and Shop and The Polish Deli, and Victory.

Has come along way from when it first opened. Very enjoyable experience. Clean and neat.

Affordable food that is also good quality. They seem to be carrying more name brand products than before and have even expanded their organic offerings. (If you grocery shop on Sundays, go before noon or itll be very busy!)

Price Rite was not crowded tonight. They had everything I wanted and the cashier was very nice.

Very cheap place to go for groceries. You need to watch produce. Tends to go bad faster then grocery stores. But prices cant be beat and now tgey take coupons. So theres a bigger savings...

Everytime i go to price rite or any of them they all look and smell the same i do not like that store at all and u shouldnt have to buy the bags when your spending money in their store so thats messed up
