Decent used furniture, sometimes though prices can be a little too high, i know they have to make their money but what can I say?

Always check.. constantly changing... Inventory .. always has good quality, Used house hold items..

Love going to check things out but the last 2 times seems like the price just keep getting higher. To high for things that are donated.

Habitat for Humanity also runs the non-profit ReStore outlets. If you like do it yourself home improvement projects, & like creative use of recycled items, in addition if u r cheap, you will love this place. Some items are almost new and left over from a finished project. Other items excellent condition. Everything including the kitchen sink can be found here. Furniture, some antiques mixed in, appliances, windows, carpets, tools etc. Huge turnover. If you are looking for something go in weekly. Items are donated so its different all the time. Only open Thursday through Sunday. It

Limited selection for a Habitat store. ReStore doesnt sufficiently describe this location. Maybe Outlet store better name. The Greater Springfield Habitat is a warehouse/admin location. Posting on down directed me to Westfield..another 15 min. farther away from home. Should have gone to Hartford store.

This Restore in Westfield, next to Moes restaurant seem to be more organized. The products seem to be new, newer or slightly used. From the inventory I see on the floor of the Restore its doaners are individual home owners to larger commercial doaners, which makes the browsing an enjoyable experience. Your dollars will go along way here.

Awesome place with awesome staff. The manager is awesome and they will help load your car. Keep an eye out for the discount signs.

You have to go OFTEN but they have some amazing items. You wont be disappointed!

Prices are off the wall, never use to be. Pricing person must think the stuff is brand new. It looks like there inventory is piling up because prices are too high

They will not negotiate price. And their prices are completely off the wall. Still have an old can of paint for for $49 and then have something thats worth $49 at $18 completely crazy pricing couldnt figure it out.

Impressed with this store for sure well maintain clean set up nicely. It order and can find things easily will definitely shop there again. And send others prices are great.

Staff is incredible! Amazing prices and products! I live in Belchertown. It was so worth the trip that I went back several times and brought friends with me! And I especially love that my purchases go towards helping families own their homes.

This Restore was great when they opened. They had reasonable prices. Now, its changed. Theyre prices are too high. You can tell by their abundance of inventory that theyve priced everything too high.

Always something there I didnt plan on needing. Everyone is very nice. Company does good for the community. Enjoy stopping in there regularly.

If you dont find it the first time, go again.

I love going to the ReStore! Ive found a lot of really nice pieces for next to nothing. I picked up two beautiful, beveled mirrors there for a total of $9.00! Theyre actually quite stunning. I love poking around there...I usually find someone good for the house or garden and the inventory is always changing, which is great! Always something new to find. The people that work there are really nice, too! What more could you ask for? I love this place!

I had furniture that I ould not fit in my smaller apartment. This place was very willing to take the furniture unloading it and gave me the papers to declare it as a tax deduction.... their thought not mine.

I love this place. It has the furniture I like. And most of the furniture is fairly in great shape.

Were regulars, and ever were finding new and interesting things here. Good appliances at cheap prices, furniture and miscellaneous. Great for people just moving in and looking to make an empty space home.

We love Restore. Nice, helpful kind people, ( Bill). Great ideas for remodeling, decorating, and collecting. We finished our kit hen with their help. All for a great cause, helping others up.

Decent selection of reclaimed (read used) doors and windows, some furniture. They accept donations, if you happen to need to get rid of old windows and doors instead of throwing the stuff out. They can come to your house and pick up the items.

This place has a big selection of furniture and DIYa items, but it can be a bit overpriced. Some items are priced just a few dollars off retail, while others are a good deal. Hit or miss I guess. What I dont like is alot of the staff ignore you when you talk to them.I wanted to talk to a manager, but they just kept putting furniture on the floor. This is unacceptable!

Depends on the time you go in. But I can say this place seems to try to be pushing too much inventory. I can understand wanting to be successful but I cannot understand by making customers uncomfortable. When customers are in store it is not a time to be doing major Reno it the place. The quality of couches was gross I believe they may want to review b4 they accept some pieces. Broken damaged ripped is just not worth it

I have been here several times. Sometimes just meandering, other times, looking for something specific. Each time, I found just what I needed. VERY reasonable prices, and they are so nice and helpful! Bought the microwave was seeking for college-bound child for only $12! Deals abound!

Its nice to check I once in awhile to see whats new. The place was fairly organized and you never know what youre going to find!

Every time I go is a vastly different experience, patience and persistence and making a stop here can pay off if youre lucky.

I have been buying stuff from restore westfield a lot lately. 2 days ago, I went to check it out. They have a new manager. I asked for the price for a lawn mower and a set of cabinets.infirmation I used to get on the spot. This new manager had his calculator in hand, and told me I am working on them, I will let you in half an hour. Great, I said to myself. 20 minutes later, he comes to me and says the lawn mower is $620.03, and the kitchen cabinets are $874.95. Is this guy real??. Not only the prices were extremely high,but to the cent?? I thanked him, and left. I will never do business with such personalities. I will not go back to that store.They get stuff for free, and they are charging too much .they are turning these charities to scams..

Place smelled of mildew. Not the best ReStore Ive ever been to. But it looks like they are expanding, so they might be worth another look next year.
