The caramel apples should be cleaned before they are covered in caramel. Mine had a barcode sticker on it that I almost accidentally ate.

Ice cream was delicious. An adorable little shop filled with tasty sweet treats. Young gentleman who took care of our order was courteous and friendly.

Chocolatier in downtown Westfield. Little pricey but they make most of the chocolate in the house. They have tempering machines running up front. Chocolate quality and ice cream quality is pretty good but if there were other comparable choices close by the prices here would be more competitive. We had ice cream and it was pretty good and fresh.

This was the best customer experience Ive ever had at an ice cream shop. The ice cream was rich and creamy with unique twists on flavor. The sweets are also delicious. What a fun environment for the kid at heart in all of us ❤️

I really love this place so much! The location is very close to many restaurants since it’s located in a nice place of the city.The staff is very friendly and helpful. When you walk into the shop, you feel you’re in a unique place. The design, ambiance, and the colours make you feel cheerful to dine in.The chocolate is amazing and absolutely delicious. I love treating myself and my family to Kilwins. They still allow you to sample the variety of flavors and they dont disappoint when it comes to their ice cream and milkshakes. They also have a punch card reward program as an incentive to keep you coming back!

I ordered a two scopes ice cream. It was a little bit pricey at about $7. However, the taste was not ideal. It got too sweet that I felt a little bit uncomfortable after having one scope. Besides, I ordered sea salt caramel and vanilla fudge. I could taste some caramel, but they did taste quite similar. Moreover, it was smooth but not creamy. Didn’t have the thick texture that I like.

I ordered 7.5 pounds of chocolate covered strawberries. I picked them up and they were ready however the man working didnt even smile and was unfriendly. Its Valentines Day! The least you can do is say Happy Valentines Day and smile! He acted like it was a hassle to ring each box up separately and begrudgingly gave me the extra bags when asked. When youre spending $25 a pound on strawberries, you expect a certain level of FRIENDLY customer service. Im also very unimpressed with how the strawberries are just thrown in the box. Not even wrapped nicely for the holiday. Nothing special about these for the premium price. Definitely taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Im a big fan of Kilwins since they offer so many great treats including but not limited to their top notch ice cream. This location, although on the smaller side, still features an atmosphere as like any other Kilwins!

Went to Kilwins this evening but got there a few minutes too late.We must have looked like a bunch of sad puppies cuz the owner actually invited us in to order, after she had already closed the doors!I got the Traverse City Cherry ice cream, wife got the Double PB Pie, both which were amazing!Ill be back.

Kilwins is one of my favorite places to go for some chocolate treats. The peanut butter cups are so fresh and creamy- 100x better than a Reese’s cup!! The chocolate covered Oreos are tasty as well. One time I went there right as they were closing up & locking the door, and they immediately let me in! There was no annoyed demeanor or rushed vibe. They were happy to help and eager to serve. They also have ice cream and fudge- which my boyfriend has tried and said were delicious. Highly recommend!

I have no idea what is better . . great tasting food or great staff?! i think when all comes together it makes for an amazing atmosphere. i love stopping by this adorable little ice cream/bakery to grab myself a little treat. it is a little on the pricey side for some, but at the end of the day it is so worth it. my personal favorites have to include mint chocolate chip ice cream and chocolate fudge!

Great ice cream, VERY clean well kept store, friendly staff, perfectly fine prices. Good candy options too. Could be a few more ice cream flavors but the ones there satisfied me plenty :)
