Had lots on inventory at fair prices. The new Arch Road location is very nice. It is a big shop and even though others were there, I did not feel crowded. They offered to help me, but allowed me to browse without being pushy. I will be back.

Great customer service. Brought a flat tire in for repair, they offered a temporary fix so the kids could ride while waiting for the back ordered tires to come in.

Back in march I purchased I 2009 kx250f and the experience of going in and the friendliness and professionalism was a thumbs up from me. Ive owned the bike for 6 months now and have not had any major issues at all. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for good used bikes at a great price.

Great customer service. Great prices. I got my tires here and I love them. Nick and Monty always help me out with parts and questions. Monty even let me borrow a magnet too I needed to pick up nails on my property that were giving me flat tires. He went out of his way to help me. Love this place.

Long story short i bought a used race bike at montys & ended up having bad luck with a few months after riding it, brought it back up to monty to have it fixed.The recommendations he felt would give me the best return on investment wasnt the cheapest but made the most logical decision after discussing the type of rider and how much life i want to see out of my new bike. He recommended an esr 325 kit for my bike because the gap between the spark plug and piston was now larger than what it was before and probably the reason i was having trouble. Now i have the bike back and couldnt be any happier with the recommendations he made to see the most hours out of my bike. Great staff and customer relations that stand by there products.

I had an unpleasant experience and I disrespect myself. I communicate with the staff that was working at that time in the store and I should know that I am on my way to pick up the article he put in a post. I travel from Wilbraham Ma to Westfield Ma. when I get to pick up the article. He tells me he sold it. It made me spend time and gas. I as a man kept my word but he did not keep his word of man. I do not recommend to anybody.

The boys at Montys get it. They all ride and understand the needs of riders. I always feel like I get a good value here. Thanks Nick for hooking it up!

Listen, I read these reviews all the time and I never leave one, but Montys deserves the praise. Theyre local guys who just seem to genuinely love the sport and the bikes. Im new to riding dirt (street for years) and Monty was total cool, helpful and just a nice guy amidst a ton of novice questions. I left there with some great gear at a great price and a KTM 250 2 stroke that RIPS! Top 3 riding experiences of my life, no question. Thanks fellas, Ill see ya again soon

Store is good, but one of the guys tried to rip me off. told me my cylinder needs to be replated, i knew it only needed to be honed, told me it costs 80$ to get it honed, bought a hone from napa for 25$ and did it myself, most of the time the guys there are friendly and nice, but this was the first time something like this ever happened to me.

Best dirtbike store in Western Mass. They have a huge inventory of accessories and the best deals on their bikes. Monty is a great guy who really cares about his customers.

I had a good experience here so far. Owner is nice. I bought a cfmoto cf600 which so far has been good. Like the style.

Always has a huge selection of new and pre owned machines and every time I come in there seems to be some new accessories and gear! The staff is super easy going and helpful.

Great staff, interesting product lines ranging from small kids dirt bikes all the way up to UTVs. It is rather interesting not to see some of the big 4 Japanese brands in favor of other brands, like pitster.
