From the very first telephone conversation to the final day of construction, this company was a pleasure to work with.Hometown Structures built us a complete 2-Car Garage with a bonus room above, as well as a Farmer’s Porch to complement the front of our home.The quality of their work is unmatched. Right down to the finest details, the crew did an amazing job for us. These are very skilled craftsmen.By the way, the crew was extremely pleasant and respectful of our home and privacy. They cleaned up every day before leaving the property and left things neat and tidy.I must also mention that this crew travelled 2-hours each way from Westfield, MA to Plymouth, MA every day from their facility to our home. The crew worked every day Monday through Friday until the job was 100% completed.We have actually received several compliments from neighbors passing by. Everyone is very impressed with the results!The built structures have added amazing beauty to our property and now provide the necessary shelter from the elements that we’ve been needing.10-STARS if we could!

The staff at Hometown Structures were both very communicative and understood the delays I experienced with permitting for my pavilion. The job took 4 days and the finished item is spectacular. I could not have wished for a better team to partner with.

I ordered a pergola back in April and was disappointed with the delivery time but when it was installed August 11th I was totally pleased! The issue of delivery was out of Home Structures hands! It took the crew about two hours or slightly longer to install! The crew was very professional~

In April of this year, an attorney representing me served Hometown Structures of Westfield Massachusetts with a Massachusetts Chapter 93A Demand Letter. Litigation naming Hometown Structures as the Defendant is to follow. It is the opinion of the attorney who served the Chapter 93A Demand Letter that Hometown Structures has breached the contract as all amendments to the contract necessary for continuation of the building project were agreed upon, as is fully documented. It is my opinion that Hometown Structures, despite the written record, vainly hopes to establish before a trier of fact, something which is pure invention, that further written agreements were required in order for the building project to continue. If that wishful thinking, at best, could somehow be established, Hometown Structures would in effect be released from their contractual obligations. I believe a trier of fact would never be fooled by such a totally unsupported contention on the part of Hometown Structures.A Building Permit was granted by the Town on November 11, 2020. If there had been any unresolved issues relating to surveying matters or Zoning Bylaw setback requirements, as claimed by Hometown Structures, Building Permit would not have been granted by the Town.I contracted with Hometown Structures at the start of July of 2020 for them to construct a two story, free standing garage on my property. The building was to be completed by early November of 2020, plus or minus reasonably. Hometown Structures performed excavation only on November 23, 2020. As excavation was performed so late in the season the project of necessity was postponed by mutual agreement until the arrival of favorable seasonal conditions in the spring of 2021. This year they have refused to construct the garage though the Building Permit applied for by Hometown Structures was granted by the Town in November of 2020. In February of this year a lawyer representing Hometown Structures of Westfield Massachusetts informed me that ...my client deems the contract cancelled. Wouldnt it be convenient for some people if they could just arbitrarily decide a contract is null and void. A court makes that decision.

An amazing crew! This is not your average backyard gang with a tape measure and a hammer. We ordered a pool house from this establishment and let me tell you, you smell experience every time you walk in and smell the cedar. I dont know who thought em how to build, but it sure wasnt the folk that built the homes in Westfield. Otherwise we wouldnt have rot falling apart. Will be ordering more building from Hometown Structures, thats for sure. Solid work brothers!
