Nice showroom and the staff was very helpful. The man who came to the house to measure as prompt and informative. The installer was great! He arrived on time, worked neatly and efficiently and cleaned up nicely. The flooring looks great! I am very satisfied.

Westford Custom Floors did two rooms in our home. A small office and a large den. I read the reviews prior to ordering and noted one reviewers comments about after the sale service. However, one reviewer does not convince me that an actual problem exists, and my experience with Westford Custom Floors was outstanding. We had challenges as could be expected with any such work. However, when difficulties with the carpet we had chosen for our larger room became apparent, they went above and beyond my expectations to make sure my wife and I were happy. They handled the difficulty exceedingly well. I was very pleased with the result and would order from them again.

Westford Custom Floors is my “go to” store for any flooring needs in my home. The store is extremely well organized and I especially like John, who has an amazing eye for color. I will tell John what color I am looking for and then he helps me select the perfect shade. The installers who came to the home were very courteous and professional. The Shaw products they carry are gorgeous.

Warning to call consumers !!!I had Westford custom floors install my tile in a custom bathroom. The tile grout had a crack less than 12 months after the project was completed and after multiple calls(at least 10) they did not show up to my home to fix the cracked grout. Always an excuse - bottom line they were onto their next project.I would never use this company to install tile or carpet in my home !Consumers stay away from this business, they do not stand behind their work.I will file a formal complaint against them from through the MASS small business association

Westford Custom Floors did two rooms at my house within a year of each other and each time it went great. The owner was very helpful and the sales staff was polite and knowledgeable. Even the installation crew was friendly and left my house in perfect order.I think the personalized experience and the many years in the industry beat out a large chain store any time.

The staff and owner were very helpful when choosing carpeting for our home. Great selection too.The installers did a great job. Removed all old carpeting and vacuumed the rooms after the installation.

Had a flood. The owner came himself with his guys and did the new tile, carpeting and hardwood. Great price, great job and done quick. Highly recommend them.

The price was competitive and fair. The installation was relatively smooth and the few small things that came up were addressed without issue. In early April 2019 I ordered a carpet for a theater room I just finished, met John and finalized the deal, I wanted some dark grey to match the walls that I also painted the same color, 2 weeks later it was installed and everything was going smooth. at evening after my wife checked it, it was a different shade color, it had a touch of Blue! ..So I contacted John on Saturday 4/13 the following day and explained to him the carpet was not what I ordered, he was trying to tell me how at night it might look different, but I knew I wasnt color blind, I took a piece of the carpet the installer left to him, he checked the invoices and his samples and realized it was a mistake done by somebody from his side, he promised to call the vendor since it was their mistake! and to call me on the following Monday, I made another phone call to see the progress of replacing it as he promised, today is May 16th and not one phone call from him ... what a terrible experience this was ... but it is not over with me, just complete disregard to our situation and emotions. not to mention his temperamental attitude.As of today 05/22/2019 ... finally 2 days ago called me after I disputed the charge with the credit card companies, still he is contacting the carpet company and this and that and no resolution yet ... can you believe this horrible customer service !!!

I couldnt be happier with Westford Custom Floors. I used them for the first time eight years ago when I replaced all the flooring on my first floor. I live in a highrise so it was necessary to install soundproofing material too before the flooring - something I knew nothing about. The sales people were very knowledgeable and provided great guidance on the flooring available for this type of install. Once I decided on the flooring, the installation took only a few days, and you never would have known an install took place when they were gone. They were very clean and diligent in their work. I also used them for a glass tile backsplash in my kitchen. I had a deadline that I needed to hit for the install and the completion and not only did they have everything done in time, but they had it done ahead of time.I also used them in a guest bathroom renovation and had when one of the tiles I had picked was no longer available, they worked closely with me to find a match that fit the decore and that I was happy with. Last year I used them again for an entire master bathroom install and they worked seamlessly with the contractors doing the build and were meticulous when doing the tile installation for the floor, shower, and tub surrounds.I have used Westford Custom Floors for all of my renovations since moving to Nashua, NH ten years ago and will continue to use them for all projects moving forward. I highly recommend them and have had only great success and experience with them.

WCF were everything we expected and more. We had engaged them to do tilework for shower/bathroom & basement. They also supplied and install carpets, area rugs and runners. All our selections turned out to be top notch and installations were perfect. They demonstrated utmost professionalism. I highly recommend WCF if you are upgrading your flooring.

John seemed nice and knowledgeable but the experience was terrible. I had the rug installed in March 2017 and the stairs and another place in the room is already buckling - not to mention the gouges that the installer put in the door. I called to ask to have the buckling fixed. The reply was if someone has time. Guess what - that was two months ago and no one has called. Not exactly the best customer service. I have dealt with them before and should have learned my lesson. They have no customer service once they have the flooring installed. They WILL not stand behind the product or the installation.
