This is an updated review. Few weeks ago, I had rated 2 stars because this is a bike shop Id been coming to and this time, the guy who answered my call assumed that I was referring to an electric scooter assembly request when I said scooter and wouldnt listen to my words. But, the owner called me right away and wanted to make it right. And he did so much more than that. He gave me one of the best customer service and I was very grateful! Jeff was patient, caring and a great owner. If you need help, this is the shop!

My experience with The Hub was wonderful, an A+. Brandon was super awesome to work with and helped me get my Specialized Enduro Expert. He was super knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to buy like the other shops I visited. I knew what I wanted to buy, but it normally takes me a while to finally commit. Brandon’s patient demeanor allowed me to try out the bike and think about it for a few days until I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger. I was unsure about the size, but Quinn’s insight was also helpful in committing to going with this one, as he currently owns the same bike. Overall, all the guys in the shop were very friendly and they made my wife and I feel comfortable. Keep it up. I will definitely be coming back for any other mountain biking related purchases and would 100% recommend anyone to stop by. Thanks again Brandon!!! After taking it out for a few rides, I know I made the right choice.

Thinking to upgrade my Sirrus X 4.0 to the carbon X 5.0 and The Hub Bike Shop was the first around town to get one in. Since I had given them my contact info earlier, Jacob called to let me know they received a blue one in my size. Unfortunately it was not the orange I wanted so I didn’t pull the trigger. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable and if you’re in the area, go to this bike shop!

My absolute favorite LBS! I’ve been to so many shops where the staff treat you poorly, don’t take the time to explain things, and sell you into things you don’t need. The Hub Bike Shop in Westlake is the complete opposite of this. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, and ownership. They make sure you get what you need, and they’ve actually talked me out of spending more money unnecessarily. It’s been tough during the pandemic getting bikes or parts, but somehow The Hub has managed to get me everything I’ve needed. Thank you to everyone at The Hub for taking care of me, my family, and all of my friends that I have sent to you. It feels good having a LBS that I know I can trust.

This is hands down the best bike shop Ive ever visited. All of my visits here have been stellar. The staff and mechanics are extremely friendly and treat you like a friend. If youre looking for a good shop to bring your bike to for repair, to buy parts, or just to ask for advice, stop looking because this is the place :)

This bike shop and all people I dealt with here went above and beyond in my recent bike purchase. I picked up my high end road bike at the beginning of October and was thrilled with it - the Specialized SL7 Expert. It was the best and most fun bike that I had ridden. I was just waiting for the carbon rimmed wheels I was upgrading with. Unfortunately I had a crash at the end of the month and damaged the frame. Jeff and his employees worked with Specialized and I was able to get a very nice arrangement under warranty to replace the frame. A week ago I received the bike back with the new wheels as good as new. Fortunately I was able to continue riding my old bike while I waited but it was a thrill to get the new one back. Thanks to Jeff, Nick, Brandon and all who helped get me back on the road.

I bought two bikes from this shop within six months. Jacob was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I am officially a Specialized fan now.

I was recently traveling to California from Colorado, got too excited to ride around Westlake/Malibu and forgot some essentials I needed. The Hub went above and beyond to take care of me and get me on my bike within the hour. Jeff helped me out, even before the store was officially open for the day! I was incredibly grateful for his generosity especially when he really didnt have to help. I will be back here the next time I am in town and would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Best shop in the region. The staff is seriously fun and professional- its the perfect combination needed for these complicated bikes today. I have 8 bikes, and the issues that arise on them are mind blowing. Yet, the technicians, Laura and Branden, are utmost considerate of the customer, treating us like VIP clients and working tirelessly to fix and improve the bikes performances.I have proudly referred several other riders to Hub and not a single disappointment. Jeff has a terrific shop there. This is the hidden gem of the Conejo Valley bike world.

Last week I went into The HUB and could not have had a better experience. I am still a bit new to road biking (been at it causally for about a year and a half), and I got my first flat the weekend prior. Not only were the staff incredibly knowledgeable, they also let me look on, join them behind the counter, and taught me how to do this for myself in the future. Really fantastic people here genuinely interested in helping you out first and foremost.This is no doubt our new home base for bike gear and support. My wife got a killer vest from a womens exclusive brand they carry in store which is now her new favorite thing. Best of all, this past weekend a fellow cyclist was broken down on the side of the road. As my wife and I rode up on them, we could tell they needed some help. The training I got paid off, and I was able to help them right away, confidently.Many thanks to The HUB!

I bought a bike at the Hub about a month ago while I was actually going to get my old bike fixed. Great customer service! And they also fixed my old bike!

They have a great vibe !!! Customer service is great knowledgeable about bikes great Bike mechanic. They offer custom bike fits and more. This is a most stop . Along with a wide range of gear and accessories. On top of that they have Demo bikes and beautiful city to try them in. Bikes for your city ride to your mountain ride.

I bought a bike here for my wife about 6 months ago, and I am happy to say that she feels well looked after by all the staff since then. All her follow-up questions answered to her satisfaction, without feeling pressure to buy more ‘stuff’. She now has a great fitting bike thanks to you guys. Keep up the good work.
