After ordering from a online seller of Coastal Bronze hardware, I realized a week before my installation date that the seller goofed up and I got sent the wrong latch. Unable to get through to the online seller, I contacted Coastal Bronze directly. Gwen answered on my first call attempt. She was very helpful, very polite and knew exactly what to do. I was very happy with the service that Tim provided to my wife and I. He was very helpful with the hardware selection and answered all my questions even though I was not very knowledgeable about bronze gate products. I was pleasantly surprised with the service since I was a homeowner with a small project. I would recommend Coastal Bronze to anyone who is looking for really nice gate hardware.
