Excellent service - and excellent facilities.I have used other storage locations in the past - and SoCal Self Storage is the top of the pops for me. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean facilities and straight-forward instructions. Best of all, all that AND competitive pricing (and quick and efficient process to sign on/get started). I honestly couldnt be happier. I recommend unreservedly.

Great experience. Staff always helpful and great attitude. When i was looking for a unit they helped in setting up a location that worked great for me to gain access. They also have a no pressure and no stress agreement when renting. Meaning, no scams, no additional fees, no extra billing that some of these places like to do. Highly recommend. Very clean, very safe with their gate and alarm system. You might find places elsewhere for a little cheaper but this is worth the little extra. Plus it was so easy to go to .. thanks again

We have had a storage unit here for 10 years and would like to thank Russ and Larry for always being friendly and helpful. We have had to use different storage units in the past and this is by far the best storage facility weve ever had! Its always clean, easy to access and safe. Their customer service is outstanding, we value the fact that they monitor the units and if we happen to forget to lock our unit, they always let us know asap. We cant say enough good things about SoCal Self Storage in Westlake Village, other than that we highly recommend this facility!

Within five minutes I knew my search had ended, this was definitely the right place for me to store my belongings. Over several months, as initially expected, my experience with SoCal Self Storage in Westlake Village was everything and more than I hoped it would be.I dont know thought of the idea of providing patrons with available carts, what an excellent idea. BEST storage facility! I have been consistently impressed with this business- I first rented a unit from them a year ago and the whole process- was not a process AT ALL- it was easy and the pricing was ON POINT! The buildings and units are all clean and well lit and secure! I know it is just a storage unit- but it holds valuable items to me, so knowing they are in the best hands possible = GREAT! Larry is awesome & will always go above & beyond for his customers- he is #1!

I needed to get a storage unit on short notice, with easy access and decent size. I called PS, the big chain storage place, and wasnt particularly impressed with the pricing or unit location. Then, I remembered seeing SoCal Self Storage on Hampshire Rd. while driving by in the past and thought Id check it out...I talked to Russ on the phone, and he offered me everything I was looking for. I got a unit I could drive up to like a garage, in the size I needed. And thats all fine...But, I can honestly say thats not what was impressive. Aside from the fact that the facility is absolutely spottless and well maintained, the service is remarkable... There is a level of customer service going on over there - between Russ and Dub - thats pretty much lost these days. I was provided a special move-in rate, a free truck to do the move (????), and on a couple of occasions when I was late getting my bill paid the guys called repeatedly to help me avoid late fees. These guys treat you with first-name personal relationship service. Pretty much a lost art these days.I cannot more highly recommend them. Thanks guys...Patrick C. - Westlake Village, CA

Excellent storage facility! We only vacated because we built a shed, but our overflow lived here for years.

I had thought renting and maintaining a storage space would be a worrisome, difficult experience. But with SoCal Storage its all been easy as pie. During my stay I have dealt a lot with Russ and Griffin. Both of these gentleman have been most helpful and easy to get along with. I highly recommend SoCal Storage.

Clean, reasonable prices, wish it had extended hours and didnt require you to log back in after a few hours (alarm system resets after a fixed time).
