I was directed to this shop by my insurance company. Dropped off the car a week ago and still have not talked to my claims adjustor, Rodney. I have called twice in the past week to confirm that they have my car. When I asked to speak to someone else that might have any information, I was told that Rodney was literally the only person I could get any information from. I will be picking up my car and taking it somewhere else. UPDATE - They finally called me, so its there for now. However, my insurance company says that they have still not been contacted.

Great service here. The guys who worked on my my car not only fixed everything perfectly on my vehicle, they detailed my car better than any car wash I’ve ever been to. I worked at a car wash years ago so I’ve become picky on where I go and these guys cleaned my car better than I usually do it myself. I will 100% be working with them again for any service I need done to my car in the future. They knocked it out of the park.

BMW of Westmont recommended this collision place to us after our car was involved in an auto accident and we are so glad they did! They did a phenomenal job on the repair work needed on our vehicle. We are more than happy with how the car looks. They even cleaned the inside of the car out which was a super nice touch by them. Highly recommend this collision place. You will not be disappointed!Jason is such an outstanding individual. He is honest, quick to reply to emails/calls, professional, and will explain anything and everything you need an explanation on. Worst place ever please do not take your car here, i had a dent from an accident and they had my car close to 2 months. Jason and Rodney just kept promising the car will be ready and they admitted they ordered parts late and Rodney blamed his worker for it. Totally unprofessional

This review is very long, but please read it to discover how retarded the people at this shop are and how horrible quality work they produce. If I could give (-)5 stars, that would be my rating. My van was involved in an accident that required repairs to be done. The first repair was the back doors needed to be changed. The shop did change the doors, but they painted them the wrong color. After telling them the issue they fix the color, but they got paint on by bumper step and never cleaned it off. Then they incorrectly rewire the trailer hitch outlet which poses a danger. I ask for them to use an outlet tester to make sure everything works, but they told me that they don’t have one. I have to take from my time to go to another shop to get the wiring done correctly. They proceeded to tell me that they never worked on the wire when it is very clear work has been done on the wires. This shop thinks that its customers are blind. Inside the van I had electrical cabinets. Two of them towards the end needed to be replaced. The shop took off my old cabinets, but then they decided to install just shelves, not the same cabinets that I had. As an electrical contractor, I need electrical cabinets so I can organize my supplies and tools. They fix the problem by disassembling my old cabinets (after I specifically told them not to touch my old cabinets since it is my property) and putting parts from the old cabinets in the shelves to make them into “cabinets”. This shop had no right to take my old cabinets since they were my property. So now my cabinets/shelves in the van look like garbage because the shop did not install the correct cabinets. I can truly say that everyone from this shop are idiots. They cannot do any type of wiring correctly, cannot install correct cabinets, and cannot paint correctly. Oh, they also dented my van and cut cables that I had around my spare tire. They were not able to unlock the lock, and yes, I gave them the key. A person that cannot unlock a lock with a key, meets the definition of an idiot. Another proof that they are idiots is that I told them not to touch my old cabinets, and they proceeded to disassemble them. Do yourself a favor and never step foot into this shop no matter if you drive a cargo van or the most expansive Mercedes Benz. I was forced by the insurance company to go to this shop. The funny thing is that this shop is certified by Mercedes Benz. I expected a Mercedes Benz certified shop to produce quality work, but I was wrong. I feel very sorry for anyone that had their car taken here.

I have been taking my cars to AutoNation Collision Center of Westmont for several years. They always do a tremendous job and stand behind their work. Which is very important. Well they may not be the cheapest shop around, you definitely cannot beat their quality.More importantly, I have received tremendous customer service from them, specifically from Ann Marie Sedlacek who is absolutely amazing.During my most recent repair there were a few quality issues. And I have to say Ann Marie took care of me every step of the way. While quality issues can sometimes happen, I think most anybody can agree if the customer service is there it definitely makes things so much better. She always kept me informed and up-to-date on everything that was going on every step of the way.I’m thankful to have Ann Marie on my side and looking out for my best interest when my automobiles are getting fixed.

This auto shop is disaster. They have no clue what they are doing. It does not matter if you talk to your account manager or the shop manager. They have a high technician turn over. Check their employee ratings. As a result their new technicians dont have experience and have no clue how to fix your car. You are paying them to train on repairing your car. As a result any repair task that takes one day to complete it takes them a whole week. It took them four weeks to complete the repair of a drivers side door. I am shocked too.

My wifes new car was rear-ended. Scott and team did a terrific job returning it back to new. With all the electronics etc. these days, fixes are much more complex than they used to be - they navigated the whole process well and got the car to the dealer to re-calibrate all the cameras etc. Well done and thank you!

My husband and I were very pleased with our over all experience working with Auto Nation. My husband worked with Ann Marie over several weeks. She was professional friendly and very knowledgeable. She kept in constant communication with my husband about his car sometimes on a daily basis as needed which made him/us feel very comfortable about the repair work being done to his recent birthday gift:). Once the car was complete we got a chance to meet Ann Marie and she welcomed us like family. We got a full tour of the facility which was impressive and then saw our car. It was stunning and looked brand new The interior had been fully sanitized after completion for his protection. We met the production manager who was also very very friendly and even installed our custom door lights. We highly recommend Auto Nation. I plan to bring my BMW for some minor door dent repairs which they also do Overall great experience. 5 ⭐️s Again big Tu to Ann Marie and team

Everything started with fixing my friend’s Mercedes C300 with some hood replacement and painting, initially we weren’t happy as there were some dirt & nibs but Ken (Production Manager) turned this around and was able to deliver. I have been twice to AutoNation Collision Center and have had a terrific experience both times. I worked with Jason A for repairs when my car was rear-ended and he was quick to return my calls and kept me up to date on what they were doing and the general status of my repairs. They also made sure to use genuine replacement parts rather than the insurance recommended repairs for key items - at no charge to me. I took my car back because I had a sensor go off and it turns out it was simply a burnt out bulb (no fault of theirs) and they replaced it for me (no charge). Most places would have sent me to the dealership or simply told me that its not their problem. Its been a great experience to work with them and I would definitely go back.

So I don’t know how the body work is at this place but I do know that the customer service is questionable. So I had placed my vehicle there to be repaired and was all game since it was Mercedes certified. I read the reviews and became a little concerned based on the comments. So I called and spoke with the lady that was handling my vehicle and voiced that I had concerns and guess what she said. Nothing not a darn thing, other than you moving it to another shop ok. That alone confirmed my concerns with the shop. If your representative don’t care enough to ask what my concern are or to even try to address them, then I know you will not care for my car.

This company is very unprofessional. I want there for an estimate and was told I would have it within 2 hours. It has been almost a week and there is nothing. Scott Jany did not send it. I called back over 10 times. Left 2 voicemails over 3 days and talked to the front office staff over 7 times. First, he is out to lunch. Then he is not at his desk. Then call back in 10 minutes. You would think they would call back and maybe make an excuse. Not this body shop. I will be notifying the Porsche dealership who recommended them as well. Go to other body shops. It is better for you. All the reviews about lack of urgency and communication are right on. I should have read the reviews before going to them!

I am so unhappy with this service, we have had our Aston Martin being repaired and it has taken 5 months, (when we were given a 2 months quote ). The communication has been terrible, I have to leave multiple messages for some one to call me back only to tell me that it will take more and more time, every time making excuses. Very disappointed and will definitely not recommend.

Unfortunately, my 3 Series was in a wreck recently. Fortunately, AutoNation took care of it. From day one they did everything I needed. My situation was unique in my car had custom work and I decided to go back to stock as all the custom work was destroyed. One, the car looks great and performs perfectly. Ann Marie was a rock star and she worked with my insurance to get my cost to under $200 on an accident that resulted in roughly $8000 in damage! No doubt the best collision shop in the entire Chicagoland area!

No one knew anything at any time. had a hard time tracking my car once it got there. They told my insurance company they didnt have the car. At the time of dropping it off they said it would be done in 7 days. Then over the phone they said it would be done in 12 days. Just called and it is 19 days and they said they will do it tomorrow. My dealer recommended them but I will find one closer to home.

This body shop is strait up BAD, DISHONEST, CARELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I had my car taken there after an accident, even though I had read some negative reviews about the shop. The reason I did is because it was recommended by the local Porsche dealer while they were remodeling their body shop. My car stayed with these guys for well over two months before I had to have towed to another shop. You may ask why all this time? First, the guy who was to provide estimate will always have one thing or the other wrong why he was not able to get to it. After many phone calls, he finally emailed me an estimate. The day I went over there to make sure we were on this page regarding the estimate, it went from $4,600.00 to $14,000.00 plus because they realized there will be more work needed. I took the car else where and only have to spend $4,000.00. Long and short of my story is think twice before you deal with the company. They portray on the outside one image when they are totally something else. This company is also called WESTMONT AUTOWERKS, same address. DONT BE FOOLED.

Most unprofessional body shop you will find. They ignored both me and my insurance for three months, all while trying to pull a fast one on the insurance company. This caused me to be stuck in a back and forth game between the shop and my insurance. I went to the shop at one point to get clarification and management literally called the front desk and told the receptionist to say their not there!!! I heard it directly myself you should of seen the receptionist face when she realized I heard it. Anyways, I can go on for days, and have emails to show just how unprofessional things were. All Im saying is if you dont want a headache and deal with what I did, go elsewhere.

What once was a decent body shop that was family owned and operated, has succumbed to the ever growing corporate greed of a bigger million dollar company. This facility used to be called Westmont Body werks. They were a good company with high standards and good morals to the customers and for their employees. But alas the greed of money from a higher corporation turned this ma and pa shop into the “shithole” of a company it is now.The previous owner of Westmont BodyWerks is still the GM, Rodney Antepanko. He sold the company to AutoNation Collision Center for a few million bucks in a closed door meeting with high corporate officials. He then announced to his family and workers what he had done in a meeting. His sons both worked for Westmont BodyWerks and in hopes of one day being the new owners of the shop, he ripped that privilege from their hearts because of greed of money. His own wife had no clue what’s her husband had done. Very sneaky and greedy. Hence why this shop is in the current state. The once family oriented business has succumbed to corporate greed. Only caring for the customers money and not what the customers needs are. Same goes for the employees that have worked their and still do work their. The employees put in long hard hours and cared about the company making sure all the t’s were crossed and i’s were dotted at the end of the work days. Now it’s constant overtime and push push push to make an unrealistic quota or no pay will be disbursed. All the same employees as well with no raises, no benefits, nothing. 6 days a week. All while the GM comes and goes as he wishes enjoying his millions on a newly rehabbed house, fancy sports cars, trips around the world for him and his wife to enjoy.This place will soon meet its destiny and be forgotten about.

Agree with some of the recent negative reviews. I will not take my vehicle there again. I only went there because I purchased my BMW at Autonation and the at fault party insurance is paying for the repair. Their office management and communication is really bad. I also think they are overcharging.

Ive had a terrible experience here. They underestimated that time they would need to complete my repair- by 5 days. They were hard to get in touch with- didnt return calls. They lied to me about my insurance company holding up payment when in fact they had not actually completed the billing. Beware.

The manager Shelby needs to be fired. She is rude and condescending towards customers, and extremely unprofessional. I had to call twice to follow up on my estimate written back in April, and instead of her being willing to provide quality customer service she wanted to act as though it was a chore and inconvenience with no results. My insurance company called or requested documentation from them numerous times for my Mercedes bumper repair, and Westmont body werks just sat on it. I followed up again in July with the specific date and assignment # from the assignment she said they never received, and all of a sudden she knew what I was talking about it. Never apologized for the inconvenience or confusion. I wonder if shes bold enough to talk to customers in the same manner face to face?! She almost made me call her out her name.I gave this review 2 stars, however a few years ago I had a great experience working with Bret who is no longer there. Great communication, customer service, and repair quality.

I had a collision with my 2012 Mercedes. These guys were fantastic during the entire process. Allstate wanted me to go to Gerber - I insisted I go here because their technicians are certified on Mercedes vehicles. They did the job on time and within budget. The finish on my car is beaautiful. After, I had 3 flat tires in 1 week - they took care of remounting the tires quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Picked up my BMW X5 90k car and they did a horrible job painting the bumper. I would never recommend this place. They had my car for over a week and I have to take to back tomorrow. The billed my insurance 2k. They obviously dont have a quality control dept because if they did they would never let this slide. Stay away from this chop shop.

All the reviews here that speak to the lack of urgency or any communication are spot on. My car has been at the shop for five weeks now to have a bumper, some fuses, and seatbelts replaced. And there slow efforts have caused my parts to be caught up in a hurricane that hit 3 weeks after my accident. They are slow to get back to you if you have any questions and do not update you when they say they will. If you cant afford to be without your car for weeks at a time, do NOT use this shop.

I worked with Scott on some bodywork covered by my insurance. I had a previous estimate from Esurance and it stated the repair to my fender would be a 3 day repair. Scott also told me he could order the fender ahead of time and have it painted by the time I dropped my vehicle off speeding up the process. Well, the repair took 7 days and when I complained Scott said the shop would cover the extra days of rental costs for the car I was renting. That was a lie, I had to pay 7 days for a rental on a 3 day repair. I also had to bring my car back twice for lousy work on the repair. The first time to get blemishes and glue polished off of the paint job and the 2nd to straighted door trim they reinstalled improperly. The door still doesnt line up with the fender or the rear door. I very much regret doing business with this shop.
