I took my boat to get serviced/ had some wiring done. I originally dropped it off in Rowayton. They called me 3 pm on a Friday telling me it was done and needed to be out of their yard in Westport by Monday. Why should I have to drive up to Westport? So I settled up with them over the phone, figuring everything was set. I went up there on Sunday, I got there and a boat was blocking my trailer. So I ended up moving it myself. I then looked over my boat, they had scratched the heck out of one side, bottom paint was tracked throughout my floor and they removed a piece of molding from my transom. I brought my boat here to have a few things rewired and my motor serviced. I dont know why they would touch anything else. Once connected to my trailer I realized my safety chains were removed. I called Monday morning and they denied everything. A month later I received a late notice bill for $300.00 from them. Not pleased with this outfit.
