Put my name on the “list” for a GMT Master 2 BLNR back in 2018 and never heard back. Not that I was expecting a call anyway but it was the way I was treated. Brushed aside like I was nothing, they gave me the time of day just to be courteous. Told me not to expect a call for at least a year and I was ok with that. Fast forward 3 years later and never heard anything. They will probably reply with “Oh sorry Neel we don’t seem to have any record of your name on any list of ours, if you’d like to put yours down we’d be more than happy to accommodate”. Even if they called me the very minute after I leave this review I wouldn’t buy one from them. They lost out on a great client and I know they won’t lose any sleep over it since they have so many. Just felt the need to share my experience. And I get how it works, they have clients who buy from them seasonally… jewels, rings, misc decorative items, etc.. and they get treated to the “opportunity“ to buy a Rolex. I wanted to build that relationship but they never gave me a chance. ✌🏽

We had a wonderful experience at Lux Bond in Westport. We worked with both Matt and Simon in choosing our engagement and wedding rings. They were both very warm and friendly, which made our memory of becoming engaged and married even more special. They were very knowledgeable on the unique characteristics and features of the different diamonds that we looked at, and gave reasonable prices for them.In our particular case, our initial diamond choice turned out to be slightly out of our price range, and because of this, they recommended a more affordable diamond in the West Hartford store. We were impressed that they went above and beyond to do this research for us and coordinate with West Hartford. They promised us that the diamond was beautiful, and we agreed when we saw it in Westport! Kristine still gets distracted by it sometimes when she is wearing it at work! Lisa Levinson in Westport was gracious and understanding when I decided against a suggested $500 upgrade to the band. Very professional establishment.
