Ive been looking at new mattresses for about a week until I went into National Furniture Outlet in Westwego yesterday. Found a new set of mattress and box springs for an excellent price! Thank you National Furniture!! This is the second mattress I have purchased from you. Ive had this last one around ten years and its been great. Also Id like to add that the employees make you feel like theyve known you for years, making your shopping experience very pleasurable. Great place to shop!!

Great place to go for deals is not the prettiest place BUT it cuts out the middle man, and you can get great deals for a great price. The gentleman who helped us was telling us if they dont have it in stock it will be hard to get because of the Covid 19 has a lot of places are still closed and getting stock in is Very hard and keep getting pushed back constantly. So be patient and shop early for the best selection. Thank you guys for everything.

Tried calling ahead of time to ask about high end washer and dryer sets and they didnt answer. I called multiple times for Id rather show more local.. But they lost my business for simply not answering the phone. Shame to. I figured Id get a good deal at a great price there but on to somewhere else.

I bought a chest of drawers from here and received excellent service from a young man named Jerold. I may be wrong about his name. He helped me and quickly had the paperwork done and the warehouse was pulling it before I was leaving. Extremely nice people. Great service.

Great deals, excellent customer service, reputable. This place has been around since I was a child. They carry a nice selection of furniture and offer nice deals. My sons girlfriend was able to purchase an entire living room package for $1000. She got a sectional, coffee table, end tables, lamps, a rug and decorative pillows all of which are a part the the Ashley furniture brand. Delivery was less than $100 dollars and was scheduled the next day. The two gentlemen that delivered the items were nice and professional. Chance was our sales rep and he was patient, yet phenomenal in helping us put the package together. We are very pleased and will be back to purchase the bedroom set and washer/dryer.

When some screws are missing or a part is defective these guys replace it no problem and will even put the new item together for you just so theres no complications. I love it here. Great customer service and great items with great prices! I bought a couch set and table set and got both within the same week. Ask for Ms. Donna!

They do have good prices. But the quality of the furniture is bad. I bought a bed from here last year in march and the frame is already broke. The mattress has my back hurting everytime I wake up.

I went in and Gerald helped me. He wasn’t a pushy sales person. He showed me ALL my options and did everything he could to find me EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!! He had me in and and out in 40 minuets and completely satisfied!! I will never go to rooms to go again!!!

Sales guy was very nice but did not know his furniture too well. Always had to walk off and ask someone. I asked him if he was new and he said he been there awhile. I dont feel too comfortable buying furniture from someone who doesnt know what they are talking about...going somewhere else.

My experience with these people has been rediculous . First the bed room set I wanted wasnt in stores so they had to order it . Okay fine ! So they tell me It would come in 2-4 weeks And still nothing ! never ordering nothing from them again . Still waiting for a bed room set since April !
