DO NOT GET ANYTHING FRAMED HERE! Extremely disappointed in my experience at this Michael’s location. I had 2 large scarves framed a few months ago and the quality of the framing was just terrible. There were chips of paint coming off the black frames so I called to get them fixed. They agreed to fix the frames and I picked them up, and they chipped again, such a poor quality job and cheap materials. I had to bring them back a third time. Mind you, I live a half hour away and this isn’t a quick drive for me (about an hour total). Once I picked them up again (for the third time), I realized that the corners of the frames were coming undone. The framer reassured me that this is normal and she filled them in with putty to cover it up. I also noted that there was debris behind the glass and the framer told me that was the best she could do? Upset, I took the frames home and within a few weeks, the entirety of the frame was sagging and the corners were becoming completely undone, like I had originally noted in the store to the framer. After several trips to this store and being disappointed time after time, we decided to get in touch with the manager since these frames cost about $1,000. The manager told us that we could have our money refunded or that they’d redo the frames. We originally chose to have the frames redone, but after thinking it over and all the annoyance this has caused us, we called back and changed our mind to wanting a refund. The manager told us that this is no longer possible and we must bring the frames in AGAIN so he can examine the frames and take them apart for a refund. Seems like a giant waste of time on both our ends and extremely unfair to us. We’re about to have a baby and do NOT have time to be dealing with packing up the frames and risking damaging the scarves again and driving an hour out of the way to have them “examined”, even though we offered to email pictures of the damages. I will make sure never to visit this Michael’s location again. Thanks for nothing!

Jake in the Frames department has wonderful customer service, has a great positive energy and is attentive to the project’s detail. I have used this store for a few major custom projects and very pleased with the service.

I like Michaels and its known for its good pricing and great stock and is pretty much now the only place to go for hobby and craft items. Too bad this store is a cluttered mess and is set up odd. Plus the registers are structured weird and the line to wait is back against the wall which makes it even worse. Display items are busted up and thrown in bins and all over the floor and boxes are scattered. Either they dont care here or they are overwhelmed.

Great and large store, well located. Big parking lot, I didnt have problem to parking despite being holiday eve... Variety of products compared to other franchise stores. Of course, I will be back soon!

I was in quick need of a modeling mannequin, and they had three different sizes to choose from. Drove down there, (after ordering it online), and there they were… I was even able to get a modeling hand if needed! Thank you, Michaels crafts !

Im not really a craft store guy. But I know that they have things like lollipop sticks and cupcake cups. So whenever I need to make candy apples and make a trip. On this trip a employee was particularly helpful helping me find what I needed.

Good selection. Clean store. Prices are very good when youre able to use coupons. The front is usually a little understaffed but the employees are very nice.

The store was in the process of re-stocking or remodeling. However, at the beginning of December is usually not the best time to sell off all Christmas and Holiday items. Other customers couldnt figure out either why they would make such a decision. Were they already planning for Valentines Day, Fourth of July? It wasnt the usual enjoyable and creative experience Ive had previously.

Called to ask if they had an item in stock and was put on hold. After being on hold for 10 minutes It re rings the store and then was put on hold again and after 5 more minutes on hold I just gave up. Oh well 🤷🏻‍♂️

Dont ever bring an heirloom or similar to be framed here. Brought a art piece made by a relative to get a new piece of glass. There was a message on the back. They THREW IT OUT!!! Not a do you want this, or any attempt to save it. Paid for their premium glass and they threw it out a piece of the work. Have had numerous calls with the store. Last one was the framing manager promising to talk to the store manager and get back to me in a day or two. That was 5 days ago!!! Find somewhere else for your precious framed pieces that require attention.

The cleanliness of the store and the selection of product has always been great. However I will say I went to purchase a helium tank for my daughters birthday and bought balloons and string with it. Sadly, when I arrived at the venue, there was no helium in the tank! I was told by the associate that someone had returned it (after the fact) and when I went back to return the empty tank I was told that helium is light so I probably didnt realize there was some in the tank. After deliberating showing the associate that it was in fact empty, I was treated as if I had used it myself and returned it, which clearly someone did just that. In addition, they gave me a hard time about the cost of the other items because a bag of balloons and string were purchased by my friend. Happy to say I wont return to that particular store as customer service is not their strong suit.

Was very impressed today!!! When I went into the store which was packed with long lines but they moved extreamly fast they had all the registers open and even had a scanning system for people with lots of items pre-bagged everything. Great Job!!!

I’ve been to this location many times but I went with my sister last week and they had a sale on cricut materials buy one get one 50 % off the sign was next to the vinyl I assumed the vinyl was included. When I went to pay they said no we spoke to the manager and she said that vinyl wasn’t included. Same day went to another Michaels and bought vinyl for the sale and confirmed before going to the register that the vinyl was included. So sad my sister asked the manager numerous times what the materials included and the manager kept saying not vinyl.
