I called on Wednesday to ask if Valley Body & Fender could look at a small chip in my windshield as a result of a rock hitting it on the highway. A nice lady responded that I could come in on Saturday without an appointment to have it examined and determine the next steps.I arrived on Saturday and Ernie was there. He took a look at the windshield and told me that there were no splinters in the glass, so there was nothing to repair. Ernie said that it wouldnt feel right to him to charge him for any work, since the chip was not in a state that warranted repair.I appreciate Ernies professionalism in not trying to charge customers with services that are not needed. If my car develops a more serious problem, I will feel confident that Valley Body & Fender will give me a proper assessment.

I went in to get to get a fender paint job and the team explained the details of the work involved, quoted me a very fair price, and pulled off a great job in the time that they quoted. I put my car through a car wash today for the first time since the paint job and do not notice any difference between the fixed location and the rest of the car. They made a repeat customer out of me and I highly recommend this place. Thanks for the good work.

Had an accident a few weeks ago and took my car in to Valley to have it fixed. They were easy to communicate with gave me a resonable time frame for it to be fixed and kept to it. The staff was pleasent and the office manager assisted me when i ran into an issue with my insurance. Thank you for the service if I have any other issues I will return back to valley.
