Saturday afternoon at 2:00 I realize that I have to patch my tire. Drove around for an hour and got turned down by 3 other tire places. Even though they were closing in an hour, they got me in and all fixed up. Customer service was top notch and the guys in the shop looked they were having fun. I will be returning here for my next car issue.

I came here last minute on a busy Friday morning. I was desperate. I had a flat tire and a dog in the car and an afternoon flight to catch.The people at ETD were fantastic and saved my day. They welcomed me and my dog in. They were extremely friendly to us both. Repeatedly checked to make sure the pup had water. The service on the car was prompt and well done. Absolutely the worst experience ever. ETD Discount Tire in Westwood, NJ has constantly disappointed me. First, I had brought in my brand new OZ wheels. They had damaged (chipped the wheel) it before it was even installed. These were expensive wheels as well ($1800 for a full set). Also they didnt install the tires properly so I had constant air leaking and setting my sensor off. Few weeks later, I brought my winter tires in. They didnt install this properly either so there was another air leak. When I brought my car back in to get the air leak fixed, they had smashed my new OZ wheels into the car lift. I was so devastated. They acted like it was not a big deal and never apologized to me. These wheels were brand new so it had not marks what so ever. They pointed out after their accident that there were other damages to the wheel even though there was not. They blamed me for their damages. These people were so rude and never apologized for their own mistakes. These people do not care about other peoples property, do not trust them. I highly recommend people to go to another shop to have their car serviced.

Alex and his crew are absolutely fantastic. Saved my family vacation!!! My battery died, got a jump and was able to pull into the shop at just after closing time. Alex said no problem, we’ll take care of it. 20 min later, truck is running and vacation saved!!! Can’t say enough about the phenomenal level of service. My future go to for all repairs. They are very nice people with a lot of car experience. My car was so low which made nobody in the area willing to do the mount, and today is Saturday. They kindly accept it and immediately drove my car in. Appreciated.( Its better to make an appointment before you come by.)

Terrible. Told me a month ago I needed brakes. I brought my car because I was told I needed brakes. This weekend I broke my car in for service as instructed by them. They called and told me its not the brakes ($400 work). It was the long arm control suspension $800 plus work. When I told them to look at my paperwork from when I was there they said they needed to call me back. They called 20 minutes later to tell me the technician made a mistake and confused the cars. Now I have been driving like this for a month I do not even know if I messed up my car. I will know when I take it to an honest reliable mechanic. I felt I was being ripped off.

I called ETD Westwood and they told me to come down and they’ll take a look, even without an appointment. The service was so welcoming and helpful. I was told it would be 1.5 hour wait but was only there 40 minutes!!!My tire was patched and they also checked out the rest of my vehicle. Because it’s an older car, they let me know recommended service for the near future and didn’t pressure me to get it done that day like most shops do. Being a young female, most shops try to take advantage of my lack in knowledge and get as many repairs as they can out of me. There was absolutely no pressure and they did whatever they could to prevent larger/more costly repairs. Saving me money and time!!The best experience I have ever had at a repair shop. Alexander was awesome- honest, helpful and genuine!!! I wouldn’t recommend any other shop but this one!! (:

The staff at ETD saved the day! We were in a bind with a flat tire and were needing to get back to the city. The store was slammed with it being closed the next day (Sunday). A couple of weeks ago I had to take my daughter’s car to have a nail removed from her tire. I got to the Emerson/Westwood ETD location very early and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. The service team was very accommodating and the job was done in no time. I would highly recommend this ETD location without hesitation.

I went to this place of business at closing time a couple of Saturdays ago. My best friend had suddenly passed. I had been turned away from goodyear across the street. I was in tears. The manager and General manager saw me in a hot mess and asked me what was wrong. I told them my tire was punctured and that I absolutely could not wait to get this tire repaired. They were about to close. They immediately fixed my tire and refused to take my money. They were so compassionate and shook my hand and said they were so sorry for the loss of my friend. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE MY MONEY. Who does this? They cared about my loss and comforted me. They cared! They helped me. At closing time. I am forever in their dept and love these guys. Will never forget what they did for me. Please visit this location on Kinderkamack road and celebrate this business. They are amazing and care about their customers. Brought my BMW F30 into the shop for an alignment. Got the car back the car was still driving to the right. Went back the next day and they rechecked it but it was still driving to the right. Went back a third time and they said this is the last time we can do it because it must not be the alignment it must be the rim...still drives the right. After a few months my front right tire is start to bald faster than the inner. This means because of improper alignment I’ll have to buy a new tire faster now. They don’t know how to do an alignment on my car at least. I’m giving them 2 starts because of their customer service and how nice they were taking in my car but cmon 3 times and you couldn’t get it straight.

Beware! Con artists at the desk, especially the douche with the shifty eye. This place tries to take advantage of you, scare tactic into buying their warranty or alignment service. Hah! More like bonuses for management. Nice try with the waiver one eye. Do your job and stop ignoring your costumers.PS: LOOK AT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I visited ETD yesterday and had the BEST experience! Jason, the Asst. Mgr, is amazing. He explained everything to me and worked incredibly hard to find the best option for me to fix my Jeep Wrangler. He was very transparent about everything, spent a good deal of time with me and I was confident I was in good hands. I will def give them my business from now on. 👍🏼

Jason and the rest of the team at ETD are incredible! I hit a gnarly pothole while visiting town and ended up with a flat tire. I live in a different state and came to ETD after another tire shop wasn’t responsive as I wasn’t comfortable driving over an hour to my typical mechanic on a spare. I am so glad I came over, Jason walked me through every single step of the process and was honest and transparent the entire time. He went above and beyond by finding me a new tire that they didn’t typically carry so I wouldn’t have to replace 2 of my tires at once as only one was damaged. He provided me with options and ensured that I understood everything being done to my car. I cannot recommend this shop enough, they are so kind and honest. If I could give ETD and Jason more than 5 stars I would!

Today i had driver side rear tire air pressure was leaking and i decided to go for @GoodYear and they said they will not be able to help as we have many cars and he was not bother to see what the actual issue is then went to ETD for help they said they will see they will able to fix it Now as it was closing time and they found some metal poked the tire and air pressure was leaking and the Team fixed it applying the Patch after the service i asked them how much is the cost for fixing it and the person immediately said it is fine and you can give how much ever u want ………My weekend was saved by these Guys and big Thanks to you guys and Keep Rocking 😀😀😀

As I walked in the customer service was very friendly and concerned to help me replace my flat tire. The staff sounds very experienced and knows what they’re doing. One of the workers even offered to take the bolts out of my car from the site of the crash. This place deserves the five star rating. The prices are also very affordable which is ironic because it’s surrounded by an Autozone and a Goodyear which didn’t have the tools I needed. When this place did. Overall would definitely go to this place first if ever come across a problem with my car again.

For the Life of me i dont know how this location continues to operate I had brought my car here for the first time awhile ago and it was a huge mistakeThey splashed brake fluid over the engine upon checking the level - they botched the brake job and the mechanic took my car for what was supposed to be a test ride for 45 minutes after that another location had to clean up there mistake.Change Manager out.Hes the worst manager I ever experienced.Avoid this shop

I needed an oil change they scheduled me for 11am. Upon arriving, there was no where to park and one of their mechanics yelled at us for trying to figure out where to go. Afterwards, the person at the counter told me that my oil change would be done by 2PM, which I understood since they seemed busy. When I called around 2PM, I was told the oil change would be done closer to when they closed at 4PM. Its an oil change. It took them less than a half hour to do it. I understand that mechanics get busy, but part of running a business is customer service. Dont lie to your customers and expect them to wait around all day while you tell them different times.

New to the area. Finding a reliable, trustworthy mechanic is always a must and that is exactly what I found at ETD with Alex and Jason. Great customer service, reasonable pricing, personable guys, and the work was completed quickly and done right. I will be back!

Great experience. I called Alexander at ETD the day before i was headed out for a road trip and let him know my truck had a slight vibration while driving, and that dropping off the truck wasnt an option for me due to my schedule with work. Alexander told me to come down and they would look at the tires same day. Turns out the Dealer I bought the truck from did a poor job balancing my tires, Alex quickly had his guys rebalance all Four tires on the spot and had me back on the road (vibration free) shortly after at an very reasonable price. Today I went for an oil change . Though my schedule appointment was cancelled by me Mr. Alex and Mr.Villano George Accommodated me. Requested me to wait . They made me comfortable .Mr villano was very helpful to me . He came shortly and explained to me in detail that I need to,change my rear tire brakes soon . This is my first time here. First I want to mention how professional the team they have here. They were knowledgeable and trustworthy and very helpful. I had new aftermarket wheels and tires. Their wheel mounting machine broke at first but the manager politely told me that they will do everytbing they can to get them mounted. Whether it was to get someone in to fix it or go to another edt and get them mounted. So I had left the wheels with them overnight and the next day he had informed me that the wheels were mounted. So I came in after work and got them on my car. Everything came out perfect. Def trust them for other work done to my car. Thanks to the crew at etd. Btw, they are also military and veteran friendly. So def helped me out with the final cost of everything.

I couldnt have been more lucky than to live so close to such a phenomenal shop. My Subaru got a pretty wild flat caused by an issue my dealership failed to mention. So of course in desperate need of a new tire, we through on the donut and drove to the closest shop we could remember seeing near our apartment.The issue our dealership failed to mention was only realized because of Jason and ___ (Im so sorry I forgot the other dudes name).Every day our car was in the shop, Jason would call to update me and my fiance on every step they needed to take, made every hassling phone call with our insurance agency to ensure some of the costs could be covered. Elton and I will absolutely be returning here for anything we need done to our car. Again, couldnt have been more lucky. The reviews are very fit for this shop. 👌

Not often do we have purchase experience that exceeds expectations. Absolutely was the case with my purchase/install/alignment of Michelins on my Corvette. Being a Corvette owner, which is my toy, pristine and perfect, Im ridiculously cautious with it. Adam was understanding of this craziness. Experience began with Adam price matching an aggressive price, then had great young guys perform the installation and alignment. Car was always in my view, me being anal about it being carefully handled. All while waiting in a very comfortable environment, coffee and friendly conversation made tire buying a pleasure. The place is great. The service manger Alex was nice and very helpful in explaining what they had to do to correct an issue i was having with road vibration. The service tech Jose was great and extremely thorough going over everything to make sure I had no more issues. I’m very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to go back for anything else in the future.

Ordered tires on Monday and was told theyd be in tomorrow. They called me Friday to say they were in. Made appointment for Monday 8am. Got there early only to find out I wasnt on the schedule and they couldnt find my tires. Turns out the tires they told me were run flat tires they ordered were NOT anyway.They then told me they were coming from California and didnt know when they arrive. They tried to convince me my existing tires were not run flat (they are original run flats Installed by Chevy). They said they would order the correct tires but didnt know the price but would call me. Never did. Ill let you know if they ever do call.Called Mavis tire Closter and they me gave the price and had them the next day. Excellent service.

If there was a negative rating, I would give it. My son went there with tires he purchased to have them put on. They had the car for 3 days and when he picked it up they didn’t put the tires on!! My husband recently went for a rotation and they didn’t even rotate them. HORRIBLE

Stay away!! I dropped my car here for TIRES on a Saturday at 11am. They said they would call me when the car was ready. They close at 4pm so when I had not heard back at 3pm I called. They told me they were busy but that they would be there past closing time to finish the job. Adam at the front desk said he would call me when the car was ready. It was now 5pm still no call so I started calling.. no answer. I went to the place in person to see that they closed with my car inside for the weekend!!! I had to wait til Monday to get my car. Adam was so smug and could care less about how they did me wrong offered me $40 discount. $40 for keeping my car hostage an entire weekend! He called the manager and neither one of them could care less about how they inconvenienced me. If you go here hope everything goes smoothly because if you have any issues they could care less. Terrible customer service. I will never go here again.

I went here for tires and installation because its 2 blocks from my home. Bad idea . I shopped around for tires and found them cheaper elsewhere. The attendant told me over the phone they would price match as long as I brought proof .this was not the case. They used a coupon i already had been told would be applied to to my tires and told me thats the best they can do. And would not honor the price match and coupon. I took my business to Mavis tires in closter nj as they worked with me not against me and Im glad I did. They did not hesitate to price match and give me coupons and discounts I wasnt even aware I qualified for. I would not recommend this place etd because they care more about money then customer service.

Brought my Tesla Model 3 in for a tire rotation and they did a great job. They knew how to handle the car (you need to be careful as you cant lift on the battery pack.) and the car now handles better then when I brought it in. Of course I probably should have brought it in sooner (it has15K on it.) Would recommend.

Brought my infiniti in to get the run flat tire plugged and was told, it would only be repairable under specific conditions. Of course the guys here took it right in and removed the nail, patching the tire up with no issues. Techs were careful around wheel especially by the lug nuts making it a damage free repair. Wheel was torqued unlike other shops where they just drive all the lugs with an impact. Clean shop and waiting area... If you need tires or an alignment dont look elsewhere come here. You wont be disappointed...Businesses with this kind of professionalism and honesty are very hard to come by nowadays.

Today was my second visit to ETD Tire Center in Westwood and once again I was extremely satisfied with the service I was provided by the staff. Alex and Avi assisted me with a well overdue oil change even thought I cam over an hour late to my appointment. They were busy with multiple other clients at the time but still went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. On top of great and seamless service they were friendly and professional. My experience was amazing. The worker Jose Castillo was a great help. Fixed my car the right way with everything that needed to be done. Such a wonderful staff! I stopped in to take a rest and get cooled off in the middle of a very challenging walk. Stopped by yesterday to have two tires plugged due to nails in each. Alex greeted me immediately and asked to look at the tires. After looking at the first one and messing around with the nail, he found it was not fully lodged in the tire, and didnt need to be fixed. The other tire he had done in an hour. Would highly suggest this location for all your tire needs..

I received a free oil change in the mail from ETD Discount tires so I called to make an appointment. They were booked solid for the next few days but the manager of the store told me if I came and dropped my car off for a few hours they would make sure to do the oil change in between other appointments. Sure enough they were able to make it happen without any issues. Very friendly staff and would highly recommend!

It did take some time to order my tire but the execution once the tire was ordered in was, great! Given this prime location, this place is likely to do extremely well!

Cant say enough good things about my experience here. Frank the store manager is an honest down to earth guy who will not over sell you. Dropped my SUV off at 4:00pm for a scheduled appt the following day. Got a call at 5:15 same day from the shop telling me they were able to get me in and the job is done. Friendly staff, zero wait time, excellent service.

Not only do they do excellent work, they clarify things are nice-to-haves vs. need-to-haves. Adam in particular is as good as it gets. First time using and ETD Discount Tire Center needed a rim to be checked for leaks and then an alignment. The store manager Alex was super helpful knew exactly what I was talking about with alignment specs had all of it done within 2 hours. Im very picky about where I take my car due to previous issues with mechanics. Will definitely be back in the near future.

Visited to get my summer setup swapped for the winter rubber and wheels. They slotted me in just before closing, nice people with competitive pricing. When the time comes to get new rubber I will get a quote from them for sure.

Went in to replace my tires. Met Adam S. This place is 5-star in every way imaginable. Excellent service. But the personal touch on top of everything is really great. Not only was I treated like their number 1 customer, but it seemed everyone that walked through the door got the same quality treatment. On top of all that: check out the bathroom. I dare you to find an auto shop that has a bathroom half as nice as this one. Dyson air blade = win. Great crew and service. Wont go anywhere else now.
