I never leave reviews, but working with Lissa was just such a positive experience. She is the BEST. She has a great eye for what will look good and really works with you to understand your style and taste to help you find the perfect blinds or shades. The store has an amazing selection; we wanted operable shades for an arch window and they were the only company locally that was able to provide that for us. This is how I originally found the store, but have continued to use the store for all my blinds/shades needs due to their excellent selection and great customer service. Lissa is not pushy at all and will totally work with you until you are completely satisfied. Beyond that, she is just such a nice woman and a pleasure to work with. Joe, the man who works with her to install the blinds/shades, is also so kind and wonderful. My husband and I had such a great experience working with them and plan to continue to work with her in the future.

I spent months of independently searching for a fabric to reupholster a couch to work with an oriental carpet. Finally, I called Valley Window Fashions. From the beginning, Marian worked with me with grace, competency, professionalism and tremendous customer service. I never had to leave my home! I have just received my newly covered couch, and it is gorgeous. The man who did the work, said the fabric was so nice to work with. We had chosen a luminous golden chenille that glows as the light hits it. I love it. Photos do not do it justice, so none are included. Marian had also recommended this fabric because of it’s durability and longevity. A former sofa of mine, did not have a durable fabric. So I knew that some fabrics are a little cheap looking after a few years. I feel grateful for my entire experience working with Marian.

I have been a customer with Marian for about five years. She is truly wonderful to work with. She has done most of my window treatment in house. Has helped me with decorating picking out beautiful paint colors in my home that everyone who comes and visit loves my colors. She Is truly talented and just has a great eye. Amazing experience. We came here with a basic idea of window treatments we needed for a bare new construction home.
