Best Starbucks in the Medfield/Westwood area, I live in Medfield but they only do cold brew concentrate opposed to Westwood who has it on tap.I usually order on the mobile app and their employees are super friendly on pickups.

The Java chip mochachino was to die for! This Starbucks location is consistently busy, the baristas are all very nice & professional. The reason I gave this review 3/5 is parking ... the parking setup leaves very much to be desired & can be a absolute nightmare if you stop at the wrong time of day

Service was quick but lobby was crowded, you could tell patrons were not sure where to wait for their items. Staff were facilitating as best they could

Im not a fan of yuppies but Ill still give this Starbucks at 5 star review because it is comfortable and quick.I believe they even may have a drive-thru.

So many mobile orders and no communication between staff and customers. Most Starbucks Ive been to recently have mobile order stations with a staff member or theyre behind the counter. I waited far too long for my order and it tasted like water. I would have went back in and had them remake it but I had to wait too long the first time that I was then almost late to where I needed to be.

Love the staff, very friendly and efficient.Lacking in lactose free options though. Vanilla soy only -> adds odd flavor to the latte not to mention the 5 grams of sugar!!Would be nice to have option of unsweetened soy and almond milk.

Not much parking compared to other starbucks locations. Extra parking behind and adjacent to this place. But all in all same great product and cashiers.

Parking is dicey but the friendly service and warm atmosphere make this a really subtle hangout spot for schoolwork or catching up with friends. Sometimes the orders come out wrong but theyre quick to fix if it happens.

Typical Starbucks setup, usually plenty of seating. Service has been consistently solid and quick. Easy parking (mostly behind the building), except during the usual rush times. Convenient location, overall, as well.

This is an excellent Starbucks. Cozy locaton, great music, great atmosphere. Better than the noise and chaos of Legacy Place. Come here and relax. Staff is friendly and awesome.

I’m pretty sure this is the correct starbucks because I was pretty baked, the Barista, Tristen, I believe that was her name. was such a wonderful employee I don’t usually go to bucks for my coffee but I’m leaning towards a switch. On another note The other employees were great too. 💨😎 ☕️ Oh and I got a couple turbo shots because I was going on a short road trip and they did the job. Ggggggidddy up.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the quality of the coffee is consistent, the food is typically good, the staff is great.

It might be a better experience for customers if the management knew their own refill policy. Way to make me feel like Im trying to steal something. Terrible service.

As far as Starbucks goes: always great espresso and coffee but this store is ALWAYS grossly under staffed. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait in line. I avoid Sunday mornings like the plague, line out the door with only two people working. Why not schedule a few more?

Parking is a little crazy, and I often cant find a seat. Otherwise, they produce Starbucks products just like any other Starbucks.
