Avoid these people like the plague. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Unit arrived November 1 with planned install next week. Family plumber unfortunately came down with Covid. When he was able to come install, we opened the unit only to realize it wouldnt work for my application. We re-packaged. Unit was BRAND NEW, UNUSED condition and repackaged. Called to return the unit on day 34 and they refused. Said it was outside the 30 day window. Explained the Covid situation. No remorse. Refused return for refund. Offered to instead return for a credit at their site to be used later. They refused. No remorse. Emailed them several times. No response. So now I have a $500 pump that is no use to me. Good luck staying in business with a heart of coal!

We operate a small waste water treatment plant, and buy our motors/pumps from Pump Products. Weve been very happy with the prices and the service. But recently they went above and beyond our expectations.We were informed by the manufacturer of a pump that the pump was 6 months out of warranty and would not be covered. We protested that we had just purchased the pump 2 months ago and had no idea that the warranty was based from date of manufacture, not date of purchase.Pump Products took up the fight, talking to the maker of the pump, and pleading our case. To no avail. Finally Pump Products said they would stand behind the warranty even if the company would not. The pump was shipped out that day and we were back in business by the end of the week. Later we received an email that the maker had reversed their decision and would honor the warranty after all. A happy ending all the way around.This is a perfect example why Pump Products gets all our business.

Had a Goulds Pump fail within the warranty period Goulds refused to respond so after numerous calls to Pump Products Goulds finally responds and say they will honor the warranty and for me to scrap the old pump. So I purchased an upgraded pump ( I asked PumpProducts if that would be okay they said absolutely yes it would) because I felt the original pump was not strong enough to handle the job. Now 7 weeks later they refuse to answer my emails which were always respectful and I still cant get Goulds to respond. So I spent 1700 dollars on the first pump that failed and I figured they would act in good faith after I spent 3200 on the second pump I ordered yet they refuse to now answer my emails so it looks at this point like I may be out the 1700 bucks that should have been refunded via the Warranty. They were very helpful getting me to spend the extra 3200 bucks but after I did the communication has now gone to zero. I would stay away from both of these companies since one does not cover their warranty and the other couldnt care less one way or the other. if i could give zero stars i would

Ordered a part 4 weeks ago and called two weeks after order only to them telling me it’ll be shipped out that day. 2 more weeks go by I call back and they say it’s not going to be shipped out until next week. Awful service

Couldn’t identify the model number on my pump tag so I emailed pictures of the pump to a salesman and he was able to figure out my model. I needed a replacement pump ASAP and other places couldn’t/wouldn’t help me without a model number. Highly recommend these guys!

Replaced the old sewage pumps in my system with Liberty Omnivore grinder pumps. Great performance, can pump high and handle anything that gets thrown down there. Also has a three year warranty which is important to me.

The casing cracked on my Goulds J7S. The salesman I talked to was very helpful and explained why that happened and got me a replacement casing. Now I know to drain the water out of the pump before it gets cold so it doesn’t happen again! Very good advice and really friendly customer service

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!I needed to replace a specific pump which is not widely available and found it online at PumpProducts. When it arrived it was totally defective and could not be assembled by the plumber. So naturally I called PumpProducts and told them that the pump they sent me was damaged. They said that this was not their problem, they are just the middle manso they refused to take the defective pump back. I could buy a new, NOT DEFECTIVE pump and meanwhile they would contact the pump manufacturer to see if they would reimburse me for the defective pump but would take months. Wait...WHAT??? If this was a valid excuse then every business that sells something that they do not manufacture could use it. So if I buy a pair of Levis at Macys and the fabric rips the first day I put them on, and I go back to Macys, can you imagine customer service saying Im sorry, we are just the middle man. We are not responsible for the products we sell.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you can go there directly and inspect what you are getting because if there is any problem with the product, its not their fault. What happened to having pride in your company and your work? and customer service?

Ordered a Pump, Decided to go another way, when we opened the Box you could clearly see rust in the threads on the inlet !didnt think much about it ? I returned the pump ( at a Beating of 25% restocking ! and was just informed there Not accepting the return these people are RIPOFFS !! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM !!!

I thought they were a good company....until. If the order does not go right you are screwed. They sent the wrong product and want me to pay for there error. This shows how their customer service is. I called three times to get it staraight and know one would call me back . The last guy Will I spoke to basically called me a liar. They would claim no fault and only offered to return with -25% on items that were $2k. Weve ordered there several times and we usually give them models what we want. This time the sales guy picked out the products and matched them wrong. Sent 3 pumps with 4 rail flanges, and wont take responsibility for an $8000 order they screwed up. I would suggest passing on this company if you are looking at pumps online. Use your local pump vender as it will be tough for them to treat you this way when you are standing in their shop.
