Usually, I have a good experience here. Today the idiot behind the counter started helping another customer before he was done working with me. I thought it was gonna be quick, that he was just gonna answer a question for the guy, but he actually starting taking the guys order and looking for parts for him. I ended standing there for about 15 mins before walking out.

I have been dealing with a sales person named Ilya Polishchuk on a new subdivision. If you want excellent service, response, and attention to details, I strongly recommend you use this man. He is first rate and always there when needed.
