One of the best Walgreens locations! Store is always clean and well stocked, but the best part is definitely the employees. Everyone who works here is fantastic, so sweet and always willing to help, I never have issues here!

Slow as molasses in January. I’ve been waiting for my medication that I’ve been told would only take 15 minutes to get “ready”. I have been here for an hour! The pharmacist in charge Sarah Sapia was here during this catastrophe.

Went to Walgreens to pick up a prescription going through drive through as usual. Arrived a little after 7:40pm and no one came to the window after 5 minutes. At that point I used the call in button to let them know someone was at the window. I was told “we’ll be right with you”. After 7 more minutes I pressed the button again and was hung up on. By the time someone came to help me it was 8:05 and I was told I’d have to come back the next day even after informing the pharmacist I had been waiting for over 15 minutes. CVS right next door is open until 12am yet Walgreens cannot stay open an extra 5 minutes to service a customer. It sounded like this was the pharmacy policy so I do not blame the people behind the counter however, Walgreens definitely lost my business.

Great place for prescriptions and miscellaneous shopping needs. The staff are very helpful. Theyll come right up to you and proactively see if they can help. They also have a great photo area. I was able to get a passport photo in under 5 minutes. Very quick, easy, and efficient process.

My wife sometimes works here and they keep the pharmacy running smoothly with a lot of pressure on them! You can tell they are overwhelmed. Good store!

Got to the pharmacy at 8:01 my 5 year old daughter needed medication for a serious bacteria she was fighting and the girls behind the pharmacy turned us away and when the customer in front of me suggested they should help us the girl huffed and pretended to type on my daughters name to look up her script and then said there was nothing and turned us away, which put me in a predicament of a mother doing anything for her child, being he walk in clinic had closed and couldn’t call to get the script transferred, sad to say they lost a loyal customer, who shops and spends hundreds of dollars weekly at that Walgreens location and will be giving my loyalty to CvS from here on out.

Nice group of people who work here. They were able to straighten out my prescription and insurance information when a CVS pharmacist just said its against my principals to speak with your insurance! ( What??😮) It was the first time I used this Walgreens, but it is my regular pharmacy, and he immediately got the answer,my prescription filled, and was able to answer all my questions! Thank you! These people dont fool around! They work! Keeping lines short, answering questions, and not making you feel as if you are interrupting their schedule. I will definitely be back! 😃 Great group of people!

Every time I need to pick up a prescription they say it will be ready in a hour so I come back the next day and still not ready worst service EverJust an update 10/12/19So mom just had a surgery and meds were faxed in by doctor and guess what when I went to go pick them up still not ready, what a shocker. Horrible since they took over Rite aid over here they can handle the volume so Will be switching to CVS.

The pharmacy is a mess. People waiting in the drive thru for over a half hour, staff walking by her as if she’s not there. They lost my prescription that my doctor called in and the pharmacist said, “I’ll call them when I have time to get a new one”. 10 hours later and they still haven’t filled it. Seeing as though they made a mistake, they should have corrected it immediately. I worked in pharmacy for over 10 years, when you’re dealing with sick people, have a little more decency, compassion and respect for your patients and try not to disregard and ignore them because “you’re too busy”. Hire more staff, better yet hire staff that actually knows how to work with the public. I didn’t choose Walgreens, Rite Aid sold to them and I figured how bad can they be, the answer? Bad. After this, I’ll be going to CVS.

I had my photographs taken for passport related work. I realized that I needed 2 more in addition to the 4 I had purchased, but when I returned to the store I was told that they had deleted the image from their system. They were nice enough to take a new set and print a new set of 6 photos, but charged me just for the one set. Very cooperative and well spoken associates!

The pharmacy has been nothing but great, and I mean great to me. I constantly have insurance issues and they genuinely care and do every thing humanly possible to help with those folks. (not an easy task)I can not see how some folks dont think well of them. Perhaps there are other issues leading to not liking their service. Dunno. But I have not had a single bad experience due to Wethersfield Walgreens.Best pharmacy I have dealt with!

The pharmacy has always taken forever. It’s atrocious. They only have one person working, taking care of the line inside and the drive thru simultaneously. I blame the store for not putting more employees on, not the pharmacists. It takes so long that after waiting 10 minutes and then getting so fed up that I write this review, I’m still in line.

Ive been left at the drive tru hung up on at the mic, prescriptions are never ready on time.! Refills are never on time.! Lines are horendess 🤦‍♀️ My suggestion for this location is to SHUT DOWN THIS LOCATION.!! You are not helping us !! You are frustrating us.!!!

I had an order for Tamiflu go in last night after an urgent care visit, called it in and they said they could fill part of it because they were closing at 8:00 in 10 minutes. Had a family member go pick up my prescription today at 10:30 she has been there for about an hour and it still isn’t ready. I feel like absolute garbage and they aren’t moving efficiently and giving my family member an attitude. Will never fill a prescription with Walgreens again.
