Dr. Alan Dumaine and assistant Maryanne have greatly improved my grandmothers quality of life. Its a night and day difference with the correct aids and under their care. Very thankful to have a doctor that is really passionate about his work.

I’ve never been a fan of audiologists as it is “another” doctors visit. HOWEVER, I can tell you since coming to the Wethersfield office (and to the WH office) for the past 21 years I refuse to see anyone else. Even when I moved out of state I came back only for these appointments. The hearing improvement center is a small, close knit dual office and I enjoy going. Always friendly, kind and attentive there’s no such thing as a silly question. Go here. You won’t regret it.

Alan Dumaine in the Westfield office is a great audiologist . He is the one who identified my hearing loss and corrected it for me. Hearing loss creeps in to your life incrementely over time. I was unaware of just how much I was not hearing. Alan literally provided me with the ability to learn to hear again. I have been wearing my dual Oticon hearing aids daily for the past four years happily and with great success. I thank Alan everyday for improving my quality of life. Thank you so much!!!!

Dr Alan is very easy to deal with,very honest and will not try to take advantage of people seeking hearing aids. i saw him 10 years ago when I notice some hearing loss,he did not push me for an aid but gave me some advise to better listen . and it worked. This year Im much older and in need. He was kind enough to say I could go to the VA .as I am a combat vet. But I have trust in his professional expertise and I said yes I know that, Hearing is to important not to get the best .

Wonderful doctor helped me to get just what I needed to hear again. Any time I have had a problem he has been right there for me for answers and solutions. Also the Assistant Maryanne is the best! Also very knowledgeable and can answer many questions! Great place👍
