Owner was very rude and accusatory when I came trying to take pictures to complete a job, even when he was shown that I had permission to do so. I was going to buy some gas since the price seemed good, but after this interaction I unfortunately couldnt bring myself to patronize this establishment. Give your money to people who arent rude or money hungry, as other reviews seem to imply as well; stay away from this place.

Wrote me up for a $1300 repair on my 2015 Nissan Maxima. Ended up bringing this to another shop and was told none of the necessary repairs were actually needed... Complete con artists

Questionable service.. Shop performed expensive service (14 hours of work apparently) for a very “rare” issue with the car. Ended up paying $1400 with a “discount”. Employees didn’t come off as trustworthy at all. Be wary of fake 5 star reviews here.

I was in an accident recently. Being a nursing assistant, I needed to find a car asap to get back to work during this pandemic. I went to look at a 2007 Lexus RX350. Bought it the same day. I can say I wasnt 100% about buying the car so quickly but, Moussa made me comfortable. I got good vibes from him as we talked about family and whats going on in the world. Bought a car from this place last year, and ultimately had to total the car shortly after buying it. The worst part is they were so firm on the price despite so many things being wrong with it; the car had a host of issues that weren’t repaired correctly. Avoid at all costs

So me and my son drove a hour and a half to get to this place when we got there we seen a few different suvs they was O.k.but definitely needs some work on them one of the SUV I was looking at one of the windows that I was looking at didnt work,also there was 2 screws missing from the doors and replaced air pump attachment I was shocked I wanted something that was gonna worth my time and my money I explained to him I work for a health care industry and I needed to get back to work he didnt care that much he just wanted to Money. So I decided not to buy anything I want to another dealer and brought a suv and Im super happy with my purchase

This place is horrible, they sell cars that will eventually need work.. He gives you a 25 percent deal if u come back but does a horrible job . I have a one year old daughter that I can’t drive where she needs to go cause the ac on the car he sold me won’t work. And he doesn’t have a opening until next month?!! This place sucks

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership sight-unseen and had it shipped 1,000 miles to me in KY (something Ive done many times in the past from other dealers). This time, however, the vehicle turned out to have some issues that needed repair and i had no money left right after purchase and shipment to pay for it. Since it had over 125K miles on it, Mr. Kafal had no legal obligation to help me at all and said if I lived locally, I could have brought it to him for repair by his mechanics. That being said, he agreed to reimburse me for having the repairs done here and he kept his word and did so. Moussa is one of a very rare breed - a decent and trustworthy car salesman! He stood behind what he sold me and made it right, which says a lot for his integrity. I cant say enough good things about him and the dealership and recommend anyone looking for a fair price on a good used car to visit Best Auto Mart.

Wish I could’ve given them 0 stars!!! Brought my car there a month ago and I already need a catalytic converter. He could care less. Was going to give me a price for him to fix it. Acted like he did know about it but his employees reset my check engine light before he gave me my keys. That’s exactly what he did before selling me the car. No wonder he didn’t want to sell me an extended warranty. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

Nice place and nice people

They sell clapped-out junk and do not stand behind the vehicles they sell. very dishonest. Sold me an Avalon with a bent frame and control arm. Headlight was wired with spliced wires wrapped around the hid bulb almost lit the car on fire (after blowing main fuse 4 times). Mr Kafal has refused to help. Will be hearing from Attourney general and BBB.

I highly recommend Moussa and Best Auto Mart, especially if you are looking for an older Lexus. They have a great selection and stand behind what they sell. We purchased a 2003 RX300 and after a few weeks, discovered several things not covered under warranty and called about them. Moussa told me to come in and had them fixed in a few hours. Paid cash for a car and when I went to pick it up it was dirty after they promised to detail and clean it. I will never bring my car back for any kind of service! Never trust them again, they give salesmen a bad reputation!

Worked with the owner, Moussa Kafal to find a used Toyota Camry and he delivered as requested. Car was very clean and everything he said it was as verified by an independent repair shop. A couple of minor issues like license plate light, serpentine belts that were beginning to crack and a damaged plastic wheel cover were replaced promptly. In fact, in the space of approx 18 hrs from the time the decision was made to purchase, all repairs were made, safety inspection completed and the license plates (provided) were reregistered through the insurance company and registry of motor vehicles saving me a ton of time and aggravation. He also told me that if there were any issues with the vehicle at a future time that prevented the vehicle from being driven, that he would send his guys out to the house to service it. Bought a lemon. Brought it back to get fixed. The shock mount broke off not more then 2 weeks later. The owner joked that my 4runner would pass his inspection when I told him it had failed the state safety inspection. Also did not provide a warrenty and all around had a bad attitude like I was bothering him by trying to purchase a vehicle
