Part of my daily routine to stop by this store. The servers are always so friendly and brighten my day as they take time to personally greet me and my partner. It really feels authentic to go to a coffee shop and have the employees know you by name and make sure you’re satisfied with your order. Today, your server Em even managed to take the time and acknowledge us picking up our mobile order despite being incredibly busy with the rest of the customers packed into the store. Always happy to keep coming back for this level of service!

I went to Starbucks for the first time today. I didnt like the coffee. I like Dunkin better. Its overpriced and bitter. The people there were very nice though. I wont be going back.

Stopped for a quick snack and beverages. Kids loved the cake pops. They each tried something different. They liked strawberry cake pop, cookie dough cake pop, and chocolate cake pop.

Me and my wife always have a pleasant time coming to this specific Starbucks. You guys have a very very VERY nice and friendly staff at this location.

For a place thats constantly busy, they fly through their lines quickly, and are efficient, and pleasant. Matts my favorite barista- hes always polite to me. I hardly ever write a google review, but had to in order to sing this particular Starbucks praises. I purposely go to this one at the end of my commute, because I prefer this one over the Quincy/Milton location.

The morning shift crew is ALWAYS on point. Drinks are literally amazing. After 8am..... idk what happens but drinks are yuck.

They are having a problem about the orders online ! The items at the app, sometimes they don’t have in stock ! And my favorite coffee,Salt Caramel cold brew, is terrible taste ! That’s why most of time, I went to the hingham store, that One is very professional and everything is delicious!

I would give 10 stars if i could ! I come to this Starbucks almost everyday as i work in the plaza. I just want to say this Starbucks has a hidden gem. I don’t know if I’m saying this persons name correctly as i read the name tag they were wearing quickly i believe it’s Matt. Everyday i come that matt is there I’m welcomed into the store in the warmest way Matt hands me my mobile order with the biggest smile and tells me to have a wonderful day or fantastic day loudly as i walk away and i can’t help but have the largest smile on my face and say the same. It truly makes my day and makes my drink taste that much sweeter. I wish i encountered a person like matt everywhere i went the world would be a better place :) keep on shining Matt and thank you !

The morning staff are really friendly, one of my favorite Starbucks I stop at during the week. This Starbucks has a hidden gem in one of their baristas, Toby is always on point and willing to go the extra mile.

Horrible service. Barista refused to complete missed order 3 times, then filled it erroneously.

If they advertise, it should be available. And it wasnt. Brown sugar, was claimed not available. 4 days in a row. Whole foods is across the parking lot. Buy it. Laziness is not allowed. Also told it was a regional issue. I got the drink in the next town over. Again laziness by the woke. No wonder they want government to fund them. Laziness. Break a sweat and work.

Your best bet is to go to starbucks in Hingham or Abington. Here they get orders wrong non stop and cant even make a drink right. Other locations do a better job

Im not one to usually go to Starbucks but, their refreshers looked very good. I decided to do the Mango Dragon fruit Refresher. It was delicious! The store was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful seeing as it was only my second trip to a Starbucks. It was well run and I only had to wait a couple of minutes despite it being quite busy at the time. I will definitely go again!

I can get the same coffee on a popular site for $4 less so I dont visit here unless I have to. The staff is always nice and friendly

My go to location. Well maintained. Since covid, I do only online order and pickup. I customize a lot so ordering thru the app is a huge convenience.

More and more Starbucks seems to be out of whatever Im trying to order. This time they were out of Java Chip Frappuccinos.

Everytime I have gone in there they are over limit for COVID. In more than one occasion I have had to bring my drink back because it has been made wrong. This is the last time I will be visiting Starbucks.

Barista making drinks was very rude. There was obviously a line and I stepped up to see if my order was ready. She shot me down telling me that I’m not the only one in line. There are others in front of me. Whole team was working hard but she was really rude and it was unnecessary. I am a manager that works in customer service and understand the demands of dealing with and helping all guests. She needs to work on her game face.

Too crowded and not enough workers

It was a mess with all of their stock boxes in the customer area. They were unorganized getting customers orders wrong including mine. Saw one customer come back twice because her drink was incorrect..I asked for no whipped cream and it said it on my sticker, the person put whip on it and then looked at the tag twice before handing it to me. I dealt with it as I was in a rush.

Not sure what’s going on with this place I’ve been avoiding coming due to just careless mistakes.. first my order just being ‘forgotten’.. it gets busy it happens whatever. Then you’re always out of what i want.. not your fault i used to get refunds right back on my app but NOW instead of refunds we get $4 cards.. would be fine if they were actually activated properly. I’ve received two cards that didn’t even work so i still ended up paying for items i never received. Today my latte is legit foam.. barely any milk whatsoever. Im extremely disappointed. I’ll have to take my business to the one near derby street.

The crew at this Starbucks is the best crew of any South Shore Starbucks!They truly want to get your order right and are always happy to see you.

I travel a lot and hit several Starbucks in my travels. This one always seems to have a long wait even when I order ahead. The team looks busy, not sure they have enough staff.

Ordered through the phone app, waited 10 minutes after I got to the store (15-20 minutes total after ordering on the app). The staff completely forgot to make the order but kept telling me it should be right up. When they realized they hadnt even seen the order come up, no one even apologized for the mistake. Very disappointed

Honestly, some of the newer baristas in this location are the rudest people that Ive ever been waited on by. The only reason that I still stop at this location is because I used to work here and Im still friends with some of the people who work here.

Been to my fair share of Starbucks franchises and this is my All time favorite go-to for my daily coffee. Yea there is a wait, for a reason! Nothing worse than customers who stand right at their barista at the well and expect theirs to be next even though theres others with mobile orders and numerous orders from folks that were ahead of them! Be patient, and enjoy! Great location, tough leaving the joint because of traffic especially if you take a left out of there but otherwise, you cant beat it! Closest starbucks to me from this chain is the abington target starbucks and that place is miserable, dont even bother going there on a Friday morning since they decide to just not staff anybody and the place will be closed! I wish i was joking!

Its a normal Starbucks. There isnt much more to report as you cant really mess it up besides being a horrible barista. Not sure what youre looking for here in the reviews but I hope youve had a great day and find what youre looking for.

Long wait but coffee was good

The coffee shop is nice but some of the employees need to learn customer service. I try to order a specialty coffee and for a moment I forgot the name of the drink I enjoy and used the wrong name and I received a rude attitude that Im using a Dunkin Donuts coffee name. Why cant employees just help you order a coffee without an attitude. Mind you my $5 coffee is towards their paycheck. I will NEVER return to this location and im calling the corperate office about my dissatisfaction with their low standard of employees.

Ive grown tired of this location. Baristas are too slow. Does seem to do a lot of mobile orders which seems to slow things down. I waited 20 minutes for two hot chocolates( whip cream, etc). There were three people waiting ahead of me. 1 got two drinks and 2 got one. They had actually been waiting when I got their with a freind. We were immediately asked for our order. Twenty minutes isnt worth and coffee unless Im brewing at home!

Great coffee expensive but always right the first time

Usually prompt, coffee is good, but they have a tendency to make your specialty ones wrong. Minor things though. Leaving off whip cream, and things like that.

Worst place to relax and enjoy coffee, especially the obnoxious male manager who works at night. Spewing things like, wanting to cut someones head, or frustrated at the world just wants to beat some one up. Hard to enjoy peacefully a cup of coffee with pastry without a worker venting to customers about how shitty life is, and spewing hate. Just not going there anymore, saw customers walking out angered at the unprofessional behavior. Respect customers, keep your private life private. Id give the atmosphere a zero, but theres no zero, so its a one star manager.

Ordered two drinks, one being the triple mocha, other being the cascara cold foam cold brew. Both orders were wrong, the triple mocha was a different drink entirely. They also began serving customers who were in line after us before us. If that wasnt frustrating enough an associate also walked out from the back room, cut all the customers and had the barista make them a coffee while everyone waited. this Starbucks is awful, go elsewhere.

Ive probably been to at least 200 Starbucks all over the world. Theres not much difference other than size, location, furniture and to some extent the patrons.This one is pretty small for a suburban Starbucks. A single big room, no comfy chairs, few outlets, view of a parking lot and a highway. Its pretty busy.I give it a big yawn. As Starbucks go, its slightly below average. Go to the one in Hingham if you have a choice.

This is my home starbucks, I know the amazing staff from my frequency several mornings during the week. They are pleasant, efficient and helpful. It is great be greeted warmly and given my tasty dirty Chai Tea no foam or water, extra hot with 1 more pump of Chai. Great Place to visit once or all the time.

Ugh, I got my first of the season and last of the season PSL...it was horrible. Tasted like someone had spilled some ammonia in it. Couldnt even drink it..tried..but just too gross. Not sure of the recipe/ingredients changed or someone literally spilled ammonia in my drink
