Compassionate, thorough, kind, professional care. They gave me abundant information about my hearing test results and the options available to me. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Very good experience. The doctor was on time and was very informative. She made sure I understood my hearing condition. She showed me how my hearing compares to others similar in age. Also, she let me know my options. I felt very good about the visit.

South Shore Hearing Center is a great place for your effective hearing needs. I am more than satisfied with front office manager Allissa and with Dr. Kaitlyn Foley. They handled very professionally from Evaluation to fitting with New Device and assured the follow ups. I would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Alicia OSullivan was very friendly and knowledgeable. We did not feel rushed and the review after testing was thorough.

I was having some trouble with employment screening because I had hearing loss. I came here for some additional testing. Abigail Keller was absolutely wonderful, and went above and beyond in customer care. She did everything she could to assist me, and genuinely cared about my situation. She took the time to try different screening methods and helped educate me on my hearing loss. As a whole my experience with SSHC was definitely a good one and I would certainly recommend them.

South Shore Hearing is as good as it gets. I have been going there for a couple of years now. They always find me an appointment when I need it, every audiologist is personable and competent, even the desk people are polite and pleasant. Unlike many healthcare providers you feel like a person and not just a number.There are lots of places you can buy hearing aids. What is hard to find is great service and that’s what South Shore has. Love them!

My experience with South Shore Hearing is pediatric. I can not say enough good things about the professionalism of the entire staff from the administrative assistants to the audiologist! Everyone who works there is kind, welcoming, and friendly. To top it off the audiologists are amazing with children! First, we got molded swimming plugs for my daughter who has PE tubes. Then, they did a two person hearing test to ensure my 4-year-old daughter understood the directions and was responding accurately. We had been to another audiologist 4 times and this was our first average hearing test. You could say 5th time is the charm or her hearing had improved (which is true) but I also think it is because the assessment was conducted in an ultimate kid-friendly way! Thank you to Erin (front staff) and Kaitlyn and Abby (audiologists) for EVERYTHING!

I was very impressed with my first visit. Tanya was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’m hoping they will be able to find the right hearing aid solution for me. Hearing aids are a big investment for me and I want to be 100% sure I am making the most practical and wisest decision for my situation.

I’v been with South Shore Hearing for over five years. After testing, I purchased my first hearing aids which included a comprehensive service agreement. I go for regular check ups/cleanings every few months and walk out with free batteries for the next three months. Since my initial purchase, I haven’t paid any out of pocket money. Great! Love the professionalism of the staff, the small business atmosphere and the expertise of the audiologists. So happy that I did my research and found this wonderful office on the South Shore!

Plenty of parking in a large, free lot. The woman who did my test was friendly and fully explained everything that she did as she went through the test. Afterwards she also thoroughly explained my results to me. Very happy with the service there.

Only place I could get a ear mold for a custom headset.They are busy, but have late hours on Tuesday.Got an appointment within 2 weeks.Dr.Poulter was great. Very professional . Was in and out of there within minutes.

I have been going to South Shore Hearing in the Stetson Building since I was about 5 or 6 years old. That puts it right around the 20 year mark for me. I remember the staff always being helpful and involved with my educational experience when I was younger. I remember the active participation in trying to find as many resources as possible to make my hearing aids a little more affordable. I also remember that each time I have gone into this office (which, for someone with bilateral moderate-severe hearing loss, is fairly frequent) I have been greeted by a smile by Dr. Mayer and her staff. It goes a tremendously long way when you are taken care of by a personal that genuinely likes what they do, and that feeling radiates throughout the office.I dont think there are too many people that can give an honest experience of a business from the time they were five through the age of twenty-five. I can. From childhood to adulthood, this place will take care of you or your loved ones.Thank you Dr. Mayer and staff, its been a pleasure over the years =)

The staff at South Shore Hearing Center are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the way the Audiologist engaged my 3 year old son during his hearing test. He thought the experience was great fun!

Our son is now 18 years old and has been a patient at SSHC since he was 5. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and caring, especially Jen Mayer. We appreciate all they have done through the years, and have gone out of their way a few times. We truly are thankful.

SSHC has been a part of our lives for 8 years now and we could be happier. They are accommodating and accessible and better yet warm and understanding! I cannot say enough about Dr Mayer, she goes above and beyond for her patients!

My husband has been a patient of Dr Mayer for a number of years and she has been a tremendous in helping him deal with his hearing loss. She took the time to review all of the options open to him with respect what types of devices are available and taking the time to help him choose the device that suited him best. The availability of everyone at SSHC to help with any issues with his hearing aids from answers to questions related to the device, to cleaning and tuning is unbelievable. Wonderful staff! Super friendly and helpful!

Bought hearing aids 3 years ago and customer service has been very mediocre. Asked for extra batteries because I moved out of area and they refused. New owner, Jennifer, runs a very cheap operation. After spending 7K for hearing aids they act like they are doing me a big favor to supply me with batteries that costs $15. Will go someplace else next time I need new hearing aids.

Dr. Mayer and the staff at SSHC are wonderful! Dr. Maher is friendly and understanding of my familys needs. I recommend this facility.

Rude ass people . They just care for money not people .I send people other place not here!!!!!.Took my hearing aid there they say no cant do. . Just found out I have cancer. They dont care at all.
