We had central AC installed in our home by supreme. It was a large job, 4 full days. From start to finish - it was a wonderful experience. The sales rep, Nolan has been fantastic answering all of our questions. The crew that came in to install each day were professional, courteous, and made it as East as possible being home with two children while having such a large project take over your home. I felt comfortable both staying and leaving the house while they were there. I would highly recommend them.

I found them awful to deal with. Once the contract was signed, there was zero communication. When they showed up, the tech told us that the trench the pool company dug was done wrong. It wasnt. He also told us we would be charged more than the contract because he had to move a pile of dirt to place his tanks. Yes a pile dirt. And yes I got a bill. So they dont honor the contract price.He spent almost 5 hours at our house and then at 5 PM told us he couldnt finish the job because the pool company didnt leave the proper valve with the heater. Um why wasnt that told to us earlier so we could call the pool company or go buy one? Nope he just left. I called and spoke to a Jean who was just awful to deal with. Talked in circles about how the pool company did the trench wrong, it was our problem for not using Supreme to trench the area, it was our fault we didnt have the valve on site. Just awful customer service. Then when I did call the pool company they laughed and said that is 100% something the tech and propane company should know how to do and it was PART OF THEIR PERMIT. Then THEY CALLED Supreme for me and fought with them about actually doing their job. Kudos to B&L Pools for doing that for me. Next day, Supreme was back installing the valve that a day earlier wasnt their job.... Amazing how that happens.Unfortunately I am stuck in a contract with this company now. Ugh...

We had Supreme replace our outdated heating and air conditioning. The process was seamless from dealing with Steve Bagley from sales right through the install. The crew was top notch and very professional. We are extremely pleased with the services of Supreme.

We have been so happy with Supreme Energy and have been with them now for 4 years! They deliver our oil and propane and we have had no service interruptions or billing issues like with our old company. They have also installed 2 Mitsubishi air handler systems this summer and did a excellent job. They came when they were supposed and finished when promised. Everyone was professional. They also service our oil burner yearly and the service tech is always very knowledgeable and friendly.

Driver of one of their propane trucks just came down my local road which is posted at 30 miles an hour at better than 50 nearly hit another car and when I waved at him to slow down he flipped me off needless to say I will not be ordering my propane from them

Supreme Energy is well, what shall I say . . . SUPREME. Ive had this company for many years for oil deliveries. When the central AC crashed I wondered can Supreme help me? I didnt know, but I thought they at least could give me some suggestions of a contractor. Well, the rest is history . . . . I found out that they did this kind of central AC installation and (having great trust in them) I contracted to have them do the new install. Perfect! Really perfect! Steve came over and went through the whole proposal; the crew should up on time (2 days in a row) and installed and kept me advised about everything. System works great. We did a Mass Saves heat loan to replace our furnace, boiler, and get a new A/C. All employees from sales to install were professional, courteous, and hard working. Entire project was done in two days! The crew went the extra mile to get us an extra return vent in our upstairs space to keep the house better regulated in summer. I was even given assistance in filling out my Mass Saves rebates. Had a terrific experience from start to finish and they also came in lower on quotes than other local companies. Definitely check Supreme out first!

Definitely not want them to fill oil I had issue stayed all night no heating due to forgot to auto-refill so that being said yes they partially fill tank around 11:45 on next day because they forgot. We talk next day fill tank more and thanks for that but very bad customer service at least fill rate should have been adjusted for the mess up...not recommended supreme anymore.

I contracted with Supreme Energy through their excellent Salesman Nolan Turner, to extend a natural gas line through the suspended ceiling in my basement some 150 to 175 feet +/- to a new swimming pool gas heater. The schedule to have this work done is Thursday, May 2, 2019. I can rate and review my personal contact with Nolan by informing you he is a very pleasant young man to deal with and felt very comfortable with him. I will be happy to rate and review the work we are expecting to be done by you after it is completed.

We were not pleased with over $1400 in labor and repair parts in recent weeks, followed by the announcement that we need a new boiler, costing $12 to 14 thousand! Could they have found that sooner and made the recent repair charges unnecessary?Supreme does respond promptly when we have a problem.

The Best! Service was on time and impeccable. The tech was courteous and recommended energy saving tips. Supreme serviced my boiler and my central A/C. My AC unit is older and they could have easily told me i needs a new unit due to a freeze up. Instead, they cleaned the coil and installed something called freeze guard. It is a fairly inexpensive sensor that protects my ac unit from freezing up! Saved me thousands by being honest and trustworthy. I Hands down recommend Supreme. Oil is very reasonable priced too! Best full service fuel company around!

The owner (John Lamparelli) and manager of this business continue to stonewall insurance information for a VERY serious oil spill involving an ill elderly couple who one of them is a veteran. They do not return phone calls for anything relating to this matter. This is a very serious situation which they are treating as a joke.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We called at 12:20 AM and the technician came only 30 minutes later. He checked everything and told us the system was fine. He fixed the vibrating pipes with a cloth stuffed in between them.It turned out to be an accident that hit a hydrant and shut off water main.I would recommend them any time!

Always professional and courteous. The one time I ran out of oil, they immediately sent someone out to fill my tank as well as a tech to check the system and get it started again for me. Have never run out since as they are on top of getting my tank filled up before it falls below the 1/2 full mark. Its wonderful! Overall a great company!

Jay the sales person was very rude. I was asking simple questions to see what the company had to offer for my oil needs and reviewing the information to ensure it was correct. He said it sounded like I was in a hurry because I talk fast and essentially hung up on me after saying Id probably like the budget program. (like new customer incentive). I was just trying to get information to make the best decision for me and my family dont think that guy should be in sales.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I found as a HVAC contractor on Mass Save list of providers. I was putting in a conventional AC system and a replacement gas heating and hot water system.From the proposal process to the final installation and subsequent visits, they have been outstanding.The crews showed up on time, were polite, clean and their work was excellent. Our project was in 2 phases Heat & HW then AC. Two different crews - same high level of professionalism.I had gathered 5 quotes for this job, their quote was most reasonable so I was concerned I may have some quality issues. Absolutely not, we had to dial in some of the heating and hot water settings in subsequent days after install and Supreme went out of their way to come next day to make any adjustments. They re-sized the water heater to correctly match demand. All members of team did fantastic work. And they assisted in all the Mass Save paperwork for rebates and zero interest loan. Jeff was our project manager and kept me informed all along the way and really did his best to make us satisfied with installation.

I think perhaps we need some balanced opinions here. We came to Supreme through some highly respected recommendations. We needed a new boiler. The service and commitment to get s difficult job done quickly was…..supreme. All subsequent service has been equally perfect. I always can count on this company to take care of our heating and hot water emergencies, and stand by their work. We are VERY satisfied customers; and would not go elsewhere.

We were due for a burner cleaning and the serviceman was careful to come in the basement door, not the back door during these shelter-at-home times.

Amazing experience. They installed our new heating system, water heater and generator (which has already come in handy). 5 star service.

My condo company uses them so I went with it, but I found them very expensive. I received a bill for $265 for a simple heat repair to a radiator that needed only a $10 part. I think $170 per hour is really expensive. I wonder if I was charged for their driving from Weymouth to Brookline. Nonetheless, it is good to have things fixed right -- and I very much appreciate that they came very quickly to fix it. But I probably could have found someone local and spent much less.

We recently converted some appliances over to liquid propane. We did not use supreme for this conversion but instead Kingston propane (do not recommend). I called Supreme for advice on a conversion issue we were having with Kingston Propane. Without us even being a customer they sent one of their engineers, Steve, to come and solve the other company’s problem. They did so within 24 hours of my call to them, faster than the company we were paying at the time! Steve took follow up calls from me all day and night to answer some questions and offer advice on how to move forward. They did all this free to us, and they said they did it because they just wanted us to be safe. Needless to say we are switching to Supreme.

Prompt deliveries to our home, good price as well. Offers a discount for prompt payment. Always pleasant on the phone.

New furnace promptly and expertly installed. Also new digital thermostat installed, but after 4 months and two requests no rebate processed.

We used supreme for propane installation for our new kitchen cooktop, we are unable to have natural gas and their sales staff as well as the 2 men who installed the tank were amazing. They and adjusted our cooktop burners for perfect cooking. 5 stars easy. Glad we made this choice.

It has taken me a long time to write a review because I couldnt believe all these negative ones. During the horrible winter we had, the company I was with refused to come to my house to get my boiler going. My wife and I just had our second child and it was a traumatic experience to not be offered the care we needed from our provider at the time.Supreme was the only one that sent someone out to take care of our system so wed be taken care of through the storm. Their level of commitment and care for us was overwhelming.

These guys are great - awesome to deal with on the phone - incredibly responsive, professional and quick... when your heat goes down these are the guys you should call.

Supreme does great work and are true pros. They can do it all, from adding a heat zone to the second floor to installing a split mini system.

There is something horribly wrong with this place. While failing to deliver oil on an up to date account is bad enough, when they were called on the subject the following happened, in order:1) “we’ll get back to you” - no call back after 30 mins2) hung up on after telling us “they are doing the best they can” with no additional info3) when I called them back to ask why they hung up on us, we got “f... you” and another hang up.Note this is all with 2 kids in a house with plummeting temperatures on a 5 degree day. Also at no point was I even rude to the guy.So we’re done with Supreme and it looks like we’re in a hotel tonight. So ya, avoid Supreme like the plague.
