Spent a hundred to save thousands. Literal mom and pop outfit. Upon entering I was greeted by Kate and two friendly dogs. Couldnt get there as soon as I wanted because the dealership doesnt open until 9 and I was aiming for as much before that as I could. Thought Id be there for HOURS...like after 3 when I got there just a bit after 9. Thankfully they were able to get me in really quick. Chatted with the Kate about Toyotas and the coolest things we have seen come through either of our places of employment. Not long after Chad started working on the inspection he calls me over to take a look and well it was bad. Lots of leaks, more rust than a peak laying on the ground could reveal, and a cracked muffler plus a couple of other things. Hard pass he told me. Good people with great advice. 5/5 for service, 6/5 because of the doggos.

The best service around. I am relieved, but not surprised in the slightest, that they can diagnose some odd things that have happened to my vehicles. Ill never take my trucks anywhere else. Whether it is regular maintenance or urgent needs, Chad and Kate are professional and do their best to accommodate your needs.

We were told it was an alternator from a friend. When Adler looked at it, it was only a battery. They could have replaced the alternator and we would have never known anything different. We really trust this business.

I called and spoke to Chad about an oil leak on my Toyota Highlander. he told me he was booked up for the week but that my situation was an emergency, so I dropped off my car. Kate called me within an hour telling me what was wrong and how much it would cost. I requested that they go ahead and fix it. My car was done before the end of the business day. They were friendly, professional and quick. I will definitely take my Toyota back for future maintenance.

Fantastic work done at a reasonable price. I came in not knowing the issues with my Tundra. They fixed all my cooling issues and got an old truck running like new. I appreciate the fact that they called me to show me the damage on the vehicle and discussed options to change certain parts or save money. In the end, I took their advise and changed everything and the truck is better then ever.

Excellent service & repair! My 2001 Toyota 4 Runner was jerking when I put on the brakes & I was in Denver visiting my son from NC. They diagnosed right away that the problem was a right rear wheel axel seal leaking which also affected my brakes. The car drives great now & they had great customer service. I wish they were in NC where I live because I would always take my 4 Runner to them.

After feeling like I didn’t want to take a chance with the Toyota dealership service departments, due to their low reviews, I found this place which was highly rated. I was not disappointed and will come again! They were very friendly and upfront about costs, which made me feel very comfortable. The waiting area was also very bright and clean, which made it easier to bring my 2 year old with me. Kate took out some crayons and paper for her to draw, and they even had a keurig coffee station. I didn’t have any coffee, but it was definitely not like the burned coffee sitting for who knows how long like other places. I will be bringing my car there for my next oil change and for my brakes to get changed.

We have been taking our Toyota’s and now a Lexus to Chad and Kate since 2013. They have been great. From little diagnostic things to larger repairs they have always helped us out.

These are my favorite Toyota repair folks in town! I have a Lexus GX470 and Chad was able to figure out my issues and save me some money.

Apparently “Domestic & Foreign” doesn’t include Porsche. I walked in and asked if they could replace the battery for my Porsche and they immediately said “ We don’t touch those”. Okay I get that maybe a Porsche is a bit of a headache to work with but to be turned away for a simple task was unexpected. I ended up driving home and replaced the battery under the driver seat in 20 minutes myself. I was willing to support a local business and pay to have it done but to be turned away for something I did in a matter of minutes was beyond disappointing.

These guys just saved my life. The brake light came on 1 week ago, I shouldve taken it more serious. They explained that had I waited another day there would be no stopping,,period. Their work is top notch and staff are fun and welcoming. Easily accessible and organized and they wont sell you anything you dont need. Thanks again for the great and expedient service.

This shop is the real deal. If you want your Toyota service/repairs done right, without mystery markups you get from the dealerships, Adler is the place to go. A rock-crawler friend sent me their way for some 2003 Sequoia TLC, and I couldnt have been happier with their customer service and technical competency.

Chad installed a clutch on my Tacoma and did excellent work, he was quick and very well priced. While my truck was on the rack he ran through all the common wear items and walked me through his findings when I picked the truck up. I was sold on their politeness on the phone when I first spoke with them, and when he suggested we replace the rear main seal while the transmission was out without my mentioning that--their knowledge is terrific, and to find a mechanic that will recommend extra work in advance is uncommon these days... Let alone when courteous! Ill be continuing to do business with them in the future.
