But i took a chance and WoW a salesman that wasnt pushy we went from $1800 to my price range without making me feel like i was being cheap in my choice. Disposable sheets to keep sanitary while trying mattresses during Covid; staff was able to draw on their own references from owning these products to help us make an easy decision on a new bed.

We purchased a twin mattress for $1,061.79 on Sunday 12/13/2020. Quite an expensive twin mattress. Since my elderly mother should not be present for the purchase due to Covid 19, we were told if the mattress we received was too firm for her that we could return it and exchange it within a 120 days for the alternative soft mattress. The mattress was far too firm and uncomfortable for her. When I called to do the exchange this morning, they said it could not be done. I asked for a manager and they said they had no way to reach the manager, Johnny. Obviously, we are not finished trying to resolve this issue.

Johnny helped us find a mattress to help with lower back issues. He was very helpful with information and wasn’t pushy at all. Would definitely recommend

I had the pleasure of working with Bob Kavalle and the experience was a class act from beginning to end. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me determine which mattress was right for my needs (I chose the Serta icomfort blue 300). Also, the folks who delivered it couldnt have been nicer. I love this mattress -- so comfortable--it has the memory foam plus the gel layer (to keep it cool). My suggestion is--do not go cheap when purchasing a mattress--you are going to be using it for the next 10-15 years every night and you want to make sure its the highest quality you can afford--you will not regret it. I would not hesitate to purchase my next mattress from this store and I highly recommend them to anyoneCarol
