Over 2 MONTHS after one of MILIEUS SNOW PLOWS ran into & demolished the entire corner of our parking garage at Green Acres Condos and THEY HAVE NOT REPAIRED THEIR DAMAGE nor have we gotten the faintest timeline of when they will start repairs. Highly unprofessional.

This is a company that hires impaired or incompetent snow plow drivers that run into homeowners garages then fails to fix it for more than 3 months. Do yourself a favor and avoid this headache.

Their snow removal plow ran directly into my condos garage! DAMAGING THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE BUILDING ALONG WITH MY CAR AND BELONGINGS. Its been 2 MONTHS and NOTHING has been fixed. Are their drivers drunk or high? How does this even happen, in broad daylight as well.

We hired Milieu this spring to handle our lawn maintenance and help us maintain our gardens. It has never looked better. We have always had a big battle with weed control, hiring an army of college kids to remove truckloads of giant, fast growing invaders. This year, no problem. We are weed free. Another time consuming task has been the watering the free standing planters and hanging pots. Milieu expertly connected a drip system to our existing irrigation lines so there is no worry about the flowers and plants drying out if we are away for a few days. Milieu has been a joy to work with.

They broke 8 solar lights and had the gall to say they didn’t do it. The GM was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I cancelled their service immediately. The absolute gall.

Be careful hiring them for snow removal their snow plows drive dangerously and might damage your property.

Condo hires them for snow removal, week and a half ago one of their snow plows demolished the corner of our condos parking garage. No one has given us any info on when it might be fixed, this is so unprofessional.

Have not been able to park in my condos garage for over a WEEK AND A HALF because one of their snow plow drivers was drunk and destroyed the corner of the entire parking structure. Now we have 2 feet of snow to deal with. Also we have gotten NO TIMELINE OF WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO REPAIR IT from either them or the condo association! Unacceptable.

After interviewing a number of landscaping companies, we chose Milieu to design and implement significant landscaping of our backyard. Not every company had the expertise and willingness to design the backyard we had in mind. It was really important to us to fill our yard with only plants, bushes, and trees native to our region of Illinois which feed and shelter native birds, bees, butterflies, and other insects. Milieu was also flexible in scheduling the project over three years so that we could spread out the cost.Kelly, our designer, worked diligently with my wife to research and select truly native flora. Kelly was involved with every stage of the project, supervising the selection and installation of everything, including the stone walkway Milieu installed. After the first phase was completed, Kelly even returned a few times to ensure the plants were acclimating well and answered every follow-up question I had about watering and maintenance.Were very happy with the results so far; the first phase has already transformed our yard into something worth viewing, and the birds are ecstatic with the evergreens and berry bushes. We look forward to working with Milieu and Kelly for the next two years of our project.(Ive attached a before and a few after pictures.)

Ive worked with many landscaping companies throughout my career as a tree care professional and find Milieu Landscape to be one of the best companies to work with. Their prices are very fair and they always do a spectacular job. The Milieu team designed and re-built our backyard into an outdoor living space that we use year round, including the winter season. Their design was exceptional and captured our desires. I have contracted with Milieu for 17 years. They installed a flagstone path, perennial gardens. They are excellent landscape architects and designers. They maintain my yard. Mowing, trimming, seeding, gutter cleaning. They perform always at a level of excellence.

After their snowplows destroyed the corner of garage and garage door its been 10 days and neither they or the property manager of the association has provided details on the repair or timeline for said repairs.

Milieus was great! I had some landscaping done this fall and I was very impressed. They were responsive when I called for a quote and their work was thorough. I definitely recommend them to anyone!

Milieu has been servicing our home and neighborhood for 13 years. They excel at lawn mowing, turf care, fertilization, weed control, outdoor fireplaces, blue stone patios, perennial gardens, outdoor lighting and irrigation. Snow plow services are superior.

Be very very careful if you plan to do business with this company. Long story short, we found ourselves in a situation where the contract stated that our warranty on the plants ended November 1st but they came to put in the plants on November 15th… So basically, your warranty was over before you even SAW the plants they were putting in. Our fault for not reading the contract carefully enough to realize this SCAM. We have never seen a warranty that ends 14 days before you receive the service. We were in DISBELIEF. When we spoke to them about this because one of the plants died, they were RUDE and gave us ATTITUDE because we were questioning their tactics. Also after the fact, they tell us that we could have bought an extended warranty. However, they never even mentioned an option to do this until we needed it. Please Please spare yourself the nerves, the stress, and find a reputable and customer-oriented company. This is not a company you want to do business with.

Milieu has always been professional, detailed and committed to the excellent work they perform for my home. Trees, plants, grass, and shrubs are very well maintained. I use Milieu year round for snow removal for my walk and driveway. During one particular snow storm, a break caliber on the plow slipped and three panels on my garage door were damaged. Brian Frank called me soon after and said to just get it fixed and send him the bill. He said not to bother with getting multiple quotes, as Milieus policy is to do what needs to be done. In fact, I even got a call from the driver who apologized for the error. Milieu paid for a new garage door.I strongly recommend Milieu for your landscaping and out door needs.
