Great parts store. They have everything you need and them some

Ordered and paid for a part online to pick up in store, which has listed hours open until 7pm. I drove 45 minutes to get the part only to show up with a hand written sign in the door that says they close at 6.

I had called first the other known auto parts store. Of course, long hold which ended up with ... It says (in the computer) no information. Then I called NAPA. He was quick in his search and said ...we have it here! Then I picked up the part. He was polite and even shared a story. I love good people interacting with me. Thanks NAPAThis is now my GO TO PLACE

First time ever there nice place

Had what I needed. Staff very friendly and helpful! Was in & out in a few minutes!!

The service was good but I sat at the counter for about 5-10 min before anyone even came out from the back

When i purchased a battery for my car at NAPA Online, I received a discount for reserving online. When i went to the store, i was charged the expected price. After i went home, the store called me and gave me an additional substantial discount in the form of a refund. EXCELLENT. Ive become a repeat customer.

I was appalled by what seemed a complete lack of interest in closing a sale. The guy started to search for the part in his computer, and ignored me twice--when I asked an additional question, and when I volunteered additional information that could help to narrow down the search. He finally mumbled I cannot find it. Its okay to not know, but the two other (not busy) salespersons nearby didnt even try to help.THIS is why I simply thanked him and left.I came to this store based on some of the positive reviews, but in my experience the negative reviews reflect a better match to the reality of this mediocre place.

Ok if you need to stop by quick but employees the day I went in seemed miserable and unwelcoming like you shouldnt ask them for help.

Um its old and crowded. There is lots of product on the floor but some of it is old as in the plastic packaging is yellowed. Asked for an item. They didnt have it and didnt offer to find it. Yuck.
