East Texas best kept secret! Praise God, Christian owned!! The Pistachio goat cheese is heavenly!!

Awesome place to visit! Saw the back operation though they were not making cheese today. Did pick up the Texas hot goat cheese, a block of their blue, and some feta.Cheese tray tonight so tried the TX hot, and the blue. The strength of the Blue was rounded out by a buttery creaminess. TX hot not only had a kick of spice but also a really nice flavor before the spice hit. Cant wait to try the feta!

Very clean little shop. The gentleman who helped us was very nice and helpful. The cheese was tasty too.

Absolutely love their service and chévre! I have a charcuterie box business and include their cheese in every box and get tons of positive feedback on it. Love to dress up the plain chévre myself, but every flavored one I’ve tried is so delicious on its own too!

Fun fact about me; I will eat any food in the world except for goat cheese. Having said that, I tried some goat feta cheese from this place and it was delicious. I could still taste the goat cheese for sure but the feta was delicious. I ate at least half of the block and my family got the rest. If you like goat cheese this is likely the finest goat cheese you will ever find. I will almost certainly go back and buy more.

Best CHEESE in East Texas!!

I had this cheese at a festival in Salado this weekend and it is hands down the best goat cheese Ive ever had. My husband said this is the kind of goat cheese that makes you stop trying other goat cheese. Its that good. The fig and black pepper....come to mama.
