You should be ashamed of yourself. For once you had a great cake decorator and I come to order a cake for a birthday next weekend and find out she’s gone. How sad and pathetic that you allow good quality cake decorators go. Talent is hard to come by and the garbage you try and serve just isn’t quality. Your entire bakery staff should be replaced. Disgusting.Plus I had heard they was those people spoke to that girl before. Absolutely disgusting.

Its a quick trip every time Ive came in, from flowers to toothpaste. Trouble finding things as the isles dont have much flow to them and the signs above are generic. Good selection of items, just difficult to find and not many employees to ask.

Ordered from deli for mini sandwiches platter and chicken tenders. Food was EXCELLENT!! Chicken was hot, crispy and very fulfilling. Sandwiches were amazing as well. Not disappointed at all! Ordering more for this weekend. Also, their pretzel nugget trays are good!

I never write reviews about anywhere, but this needs too be said. A older man in a leather jacket followed my mom and I around the store as we were shopping. Very creepy and felt very uncomfortable. When spoke too Giant Eagle about it, it apparently is their uncover secruity guard. I’m sorry, but following girls around down each isle is ridiculous. I have talked too multiple people that go in that store and complain about the same thing. Making people feel uncomfortable as they are trying too shop, is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe they should come up with different ways so customers don’t feel like they are being stalked.

Bought a carrot sheet cake for my mothers birthday with cream cheese frosting. It was delicious! The bakery did a wonderful job. We had a wonderful day and the cake made it better. I am very pleased.

Loved the selection. Large store. Ladies restroom was a disgrace. It was filthy . If your bathroom has feces all over it how is the storage areas?

Always glad to give them a plug. Best supermarket in the area (in my opinion). Quality at reasonable prices. Great selections. Most employees know what they are doing and are helpful and friendly. Rarely disappointed in what I purchased there. Pharmacy is also top notch. Place is clean and well stocked. Above average shopping experience.

People are probably thinking 5 stars, and you would be correct. Giant Eagle has been a staple of the community for years. I personally like the staff (most by name) and the convenience that the store provides. I can honestly say that the store is convenient for those who walk to the store as well. Great staff, great selections, need I say more?

First, having armed security guards scrutinizing the customers does not give a sense of security, especially once you figure out they are there to enforce mask wearing, not to stop criminal activity. Items are Overpriced. Store layout is awkward, you have to turn right past the post office window where people stand in line and block the only aisle in. The parking lot has discarded masks and gloves laying everywhere. Inside is littered with used wipes used to clean cart handles. I only go if I have to pick up something quickly. I refuse to use their beer/wine kiosk where employees yell You have to pay for that here in a nasty tone, theyre never nice unless theyre talking with a friend and ignoring customers. I only go if Im in a hurry.

Dear Giant Eagle, why am I to walk up to next customer, that is putting there groceries on register belt, in order for me to get to the machinery to pay? I dont mind the conversations with calm and understanding other shoppers. Yet, this set up of register system is not only interrupting the next customer, inconveniences to me and my disabilities, but also invading my privacy to put in my personal information and pay. This also interferes with social distancing guidelines.Otherwise, friendly employees and other customers.

This G.E. is always stocked well. The employees are nice and helpful. They are doing their best to keep the buggies clean and always have supplies available should you want to wipe down your own. They stick to their mask policy cant go in without one.

I like this Eagle, but its not my favorite. I dont know where things are and I cant always find things. That aside, it is well-stocked, clean, and the employees are friendly. I recommend it.

White Oak Giant Eagle is a good place to shop for groceries. Cashiers very polite & respectful

Great bakery items with a big variety. Butcher Department has good quality meats and does cut meat for a special order. The store is clean and well stocked. One downside are the baggers. Especially the younger people. They pay no attention to what they are putting in the bag and talking with their co-worker. This may be a training issue.

Lines down to produce for Deli dept, stopped carrying my favorite spaghetti sauce & other items. Prices always increasing & sale prices are up as well. Blaming everything on C19 if you ask them anything. Used to like this store now its going down hill.

Being such a large grocery store, I am amazed how many items they are out of time after time. I had an occasion to have to go there 3 times in one week (not consecutive days) and I had been looking for 2 certain items in the isles and one item in the bakery and the were out of all 3 items the first of the week to the end. Maybe, just maybe,I can see the grocery items being out of stock(not really), but the popular bakery item. There is no excuse for that when the items are made right there. Honestly, they were not only out my wanted item, but there was hardly anything in the display case at all. I even asked if they had any made in the back. NO!!! They did not even have any plain flavored cakes at 1:00 in the afternoon. Not even slices. All the cakes had Raspberry, cream etc. Type fillings. Thats fine for a garden party, but just cut it for a childs bburthda party. The customer even asked if they could possibly make a plain yellow cake by 6:00 that evening and said they did not have the ingredients. REALLY... they work at a fricken Grocery Store. I understand those are not their typical ingredients, but what happened to anything to please the customer??? The people that work behind the bakery counter should definitely find alternative employment or maybe begin eating some of their own items, cause doesnt sugar make you happy???? WAIT, maybe that is what happened to the cakes.😊

Parking lot is horrible. They are always out of things. Couldnt find 1 instant pudding. They hardly had any pudding. Ive been going to shop n save instead.

I would rate it higher if it did more for the senior citizens in the area. Perhaps they should start delivering groceries or doing pick up, like some of the other giant eagles do in the area. Its hard for us to walk around the store to shop especially how it is set up now.

Worst store wrong lids for boxes I paid 2$ for and I was not able to ring all my bakery items at the bakery when that was all I was getting so I had to stand in line for 20 minutes. And the parking is a joke ---minus- eight star

We just had a party and ordered most of the food from Giant Eagle (pretzel slider tray, cheese and pepperoni tray, chicken, sausage rolls and gops.. Our guest raved about how good everything was. Ive ordered party food from them on a few occasions and the food was always ready for pickup on time, well packaged and at the proper temperature. I highly recommend.

Very nice store. Good selection of produce, specialty foods...such as gluten-free, vegan, non GMO and ethnic foods. Workers are friendly and helpful. Weekly specials, coupons, fuel perks help off set any higher prices. Only criticism...many of the newer younger cashiers gab about themselves to co-workers in front of customers. Self absorbed. Annoying. Other than that, enjoyable shopping experience.

Its OK. This is close to my house but its not my favorite. Its older and it shows. Old style layout, limited selection. They just got burritos and taquitos in the frozen section this year. The bakerys chocolate chunk cookies are fantastic. One bonus is that it has a post office inside so thats convenient.

I tried to but a ty purple penguin at the self register and it refused to ring it up. Then a worker came over to help to price check and I said I changed my mind about it. She said sorry I took up your time with an attitude. And she continued to try to force me to buy it. Control your workers or fire them.

Always the freshest of deli meats and cheeses and the bakery is as well, fast friendly service neat and clean location with a post office and bank near the front of the store

Its one of the larger stores so the package food selection is great but fresh produce is very limited to the basics.

Very friendly staff, on the smaller side so less selection. Very organized. Scozios has their baked goods here---amazing and some of the most creatively decorated cakes Ive seen at a grocery store.
