It was over capacity you could barely move around. It should of Been someone at the The door stopping people from coming in until some people came out. The line was so long the costumes were all over the place on the floor everywhere. I went there with my two small children to pick out a costume we ended up leaving out with nothing they had nothing left for kids. They also need to update there website because it says they have costumes there but the only costumes they had were for adults. It was a horrible shopping experience for us the parking lot was over filled no parking at all. This store doesnt follow covid-19 protocols.

The staff are incredible. They do nothing but hard work and especially throughout this pandemic. All the way from the managers to the staff, they have been nothing but helpful. There’s one person I would like to appreciate in particular, his name is Steven, he explained how difficult it has been throughout the pandemic and also mentioned how he’s been working there for 3 years now and truly cares about the store and coworkers. Not only was Steven very helpful with my shopping experience but he also explained a lot of different options on how to save money which is very great when you are approaching a customer. His multi tasking skills were on point!! The way he did balloons and also have time to help customers was nothing but the best. The GM Bristol was also a very helpful and respectful man ! The way he greets every single customer as they walk in makes customers feel at home. For a bunch of high school staffed members the team was very excellent and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend you shop here! One very key point i would like to say is that some customers have to be patient and respectful to these workers. They put their health and families health at risk blowing and interacting with customers. Most of these employees are kids who are trying to make a couple of bucks having to do whatever they are told to do. They do not sign up to be yelled at so please take some time to show the respect they need!!

Placed an order online for balloons, paid online, went to the store and they looked clueless about the order and said they had no graduation balloons at all. No other alternatives. Didnt ask if I wanted something else instead, careless staff. Extremely disappointed!!! Need a better system !!!

My kids and I really love going to this Party City. The staff is super friendly. We had one nice gentleman help my daughter find her perfect costume, my kids also love the 10 candies for a dollar. The cashiers are also very friendly and helpful with anything you need. So sad to see so many businesses empty in this strip mall....another good reason to go to this party city !!

The store manager Jocelyn was very rude and disrespectful. Some of her staff were very disrespectful as well. I believe there names were edwin & ceaser. Not only were they being very disrespectful but refused to blow up my balloons. The 2 gentlemen kept saying “leave us alone, we ain’t helping you” this is ridiculous. If I were you I would rather go the pharmacy and purchase my balloons there.

Always have what I need. Sometimes line is slow but that is to be expected with balloon orders.

Party city is usually my number one halloween store and for party supplies. Today i went there for a masquerade mask. I found several beauitiful masks that went well with my outfit as well as my budget. Look at photo below.

Had to wait 1 hr 30 min to have 2 balloons filled up with helium.

I received an email stating I made a balloon purchase and scheduled a pickup date at this location. I tried to call the store for two days in a row to dispute it because Ive never made the arrangement. Throughout both days, maybe three or four times Ive called, I was on the phone for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. Im not going out of my way to drive for over a half hour to visit the store. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, and staff could be limited, but still, make an effort to acknowledge your customers. Unbelievable.

LARGE STORE GOOD SERVICE

I called to try to place a same day order as specified on their website. When I called I was told that needed to place my order before 12pm not 2:30 as noted in the Party City Website. I then attempted to place an order at 11:40 am. I was placed on hold and my call was never answered. I made 4 additional attempts and again no answer. I am beyond DISAPPOINTED!! I wanted to purchase decorations and balloons for a celebration parade.

Soooooo patient and accommodating with the same day delivery service during pandemic. They make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order and if any issues, they are addressed promptly. Will definitely go use this location before any other party city.

The only reason you got a 5 star is because of Mario he was polite friendly jump behind the register to get the line down. Like every time i go to this location theres a wait and the employees are walking around doing nothing and than have a nerve to have attitude. Mario made all my worse experiences better tonight he made me leave the store with a smile on my face and i never leave this location happy. He deserves a raise and management position if he aint one yet. Great customer service Mario 😁😁

So its a party store, whats not to like.... I only patronize the store when I need something I cant find in a $1 store, but hate the prices and the fact that the lines are ALWAYS long and there is never ever enough employees at checkout!

Very little lines, which is surprising for Halloween. I was in and out quickly.

Never had an issue with the Tarrytown store. Yonkers, its always either crowded or the staff has customer service issues! After the Yonkers store relocated to the old movie theater. Its a lot harder to get around. Tarrytown is much cleaner, professional staff and organized.

This is the second conservative time that I have the same issue with my online orders. They canceled my orders with out any notice and when I show up to follow up, my order is not in their system. Although I show them my e-mail comfimatiom, the staff is always incompetent about this matter.

I went to party city to get sweet 15 decoration and to my surprise there where very little(like 2-3 items) there were only sweet 16 decoration I found that very shocking and very upsetting

Things are usually overpriced here. Unless youre in a time crunch, I suggest shopping on amazon first. This store is clean and does have a decent selection, but still there were themed party supplies that I couldnt find (was trying to do an 80s style birthday party). Staff seems lethargic most of the time.

The Party City located in Greenburgh NY. Needed more help. Its very busy. Coren was very helpful and understanding. However, the Male manager is very disrespectful. I was in the store and asked to speak to a manager and he yelled at the young lady who went to get him in my behalf. That was so unfortunate and disturbing at the same time. Not to mention uncalled for. I felt terrible for asking her to get him but I was already in the store over 1 hour. Clearly,that manager does care about his customers experience.

Great selection of stuff but without a doubt the laziest staff I have ever seen. I waited on line for over 10 minutes while there were 4 young ladies behind the counter. To be fair one was blowing up baloons and one was working a register. The other two were chatting away while people waited. The line was at least 10 deep. When another lady asked if another register was open the two girls talking just gave a disgusted look and rolled their eyes. I will be looking in Wal-Mart and Target for my party supplies from now on and going on Amazon. Thanks Party City

Was very disappointed in the service from the balloon section. The girls behind the counter were not helpful at all. I asked if I could order balloons in advance to be picked up at a later date/time so that I didnt have to wait for them to blow them up. I was told no and the day I needed the balloons, I came in soon after the store was open and saw bundles ready to be picked up. They mixed up my order with another person waiting and we had to weed through whose balloons belonged to who. The balloons were not properly secured in the clip and I lost one while putting them in my car. When I returned to get a replacement, I had to pay for it. I wont be going back to this location again.

Told us to go to another store to get out of stock balloons and then come back to inflate with our larger order. Then would not inflate, said was 12 balloon limit even though we had a special party order. Woman at front lied about their policy and was very rude. Had to escalate to district manager to allow them to inflate our balloons.

Tarrytown Road Party City charges $1.00 for a bag for the balloon I purchased. On top of that charged $13.00 to blow a balloon not from their store! LAZY workers & unorganized!
