John, an employee at The Art of Shaving, shooed out a young girl like a dog. Every year I give students from my church money to buy a gift for their youth leader. He has a beard so a few of my students thought they would buy him beard related products. The way he treated my students was unacceptable. He wouldnt let them ask him questions, he pushed some out of the store, and as I earlier said, he kicked out a young girl from my group because apparently children are not allowed within the store. She felt so embarrassed because she didnt know young girls werent allowed to buy products in The Art of Shaving. John really hurt her feelings. It was disgusting the way he treated each of my students who wanted to get their leader a gift. I talked to the closing manager and he told me that hes not responsible for the actions of another employee, so he couldnt apologize. I would understand if the children were causing chaos in the store, but there was 1 or 2 (10-12 year olds) at a time going inside looking for gifts. Absolutely unacceptable.
Absolutely terrible service. An employee named John kicked out multiple children within my churchs youth group. He kicked out each kid without asking if he could help them find something. Her parents are upset, Im upset and many others are upset by what has happened. The manager told me that John acts like this sometimes. If what the manager says is true, John should be fired immediately. I will be sure that every parent of the children know what has happened. I will not let these children be shamed like this. I wrote this review to let all who see this know to never set foot here. The service isnt just bad, its nonexistent if you dont meet their criteria.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had my child (10 years old) go inside to get a gift for their leader and she was shooed like a dog by the employee there named John! The Art of Shaving wouldnt even give my child the time of day and I am extremely disappointed considering this is the SECOND time Ive had a issue with this company and their associates. I went back later to find out what happened and the manager didnt want to give me the time of day. The manager said, I cant apologize for the actions of someone else. This company makes it clear they have no cares about their costumers and Im very disappointed.
