Great selection of Professional Salon products, very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly staff. I go there FREQUENTLY and I have never seen anyone who works there DISRESPECT anyone! They greet everyone so friendly and ask if they could help you find anything specific. They have locations throughout the East Coast. The owner does NOT work at any of the stores, just to clarify other reviews. The store managers go through extensive training and are required to attend meetings at their corporate location. They are constantly being educated on all product lines. When new products are released, the beauty supply gets them before the salons do. They carry products for ALL ethnicities & hair types. The store is so organized & clean. They service & sell only to licensed beauty professionals & salons because professional beauty products ARE NOT meant to be used by anyone WITHOUT a State License! People dont realize how dangerous professional chemicals used to color, straighten, etc hair if you are NOT trained & licensed. The products sold at Professional Beauty Supplies are NOT your drugstore products. One of my favorite, local, Professional Beauty Supply Stores!

Our customer is the salon professional.We treat everyone respectfully and certainly greet all and explain the policy if needed. They are easily They are easily racist to the type of customers they choose to have come into their beauty supply store. The owner was rude. Claims I called her racist against color when I clearly said your racist for assuming and coking at me and assuming something with me. They only deal with “certain” customers.

As soon as I walked in the door, they didnt greet me. They said this only for licensed hair stylist. She didnt ask me was a hair stylist. She just assumed. I felt this place judged me on my race. So disappointing because i am a licensed hairstylist. Dont go in this store if your BLACK!

Very disappointing that they only serve licensed hair stylists. Some people have multicultural hair and you cant just find decent hair care products on a Walmart shelf..

If youre not a hairdresser, dont expect to buy hair colors in this place! They dont sale chimicals to normal customers, they just sale products you can also buy cheaper at shop rite. Save your money.
