Great folks, showed up early for an appointment to switch out wheels and get an inspection and I was in and out faster than the timeframe they estimated. Great price and great service!!

I had a flat tire at 5 o’clock on a Saturday night. I called them and they were nice enough to take me in and take care of me right away. They were all a nice bunch of young men and women. All of the above at a fair price and no upsell pressure. I don’t know what else you can ask for.

Had an appointment for oil change. I had to wait for 3 hours to get the job done. So expensive ($55) after a discount coupon. Will not go there again.

Slow service. I was promised an hour and ended up being 2 hours. A person who came after me had his car serviced before me which was really upsetting to me. I will tip despite the customer service because the workers cannot help when someone else has gotten his paperwork done before yours.... After my warranty expires... Will find another company to use....

They do a proper alignment.

I use a local Firestone for routine maintenance and repair work. This place, like 2 others I use frequently, was excellent.My truck broke down and I *coasted* into their lot at midnight (they were closed). Left a note and called in the morning.They dont work on heavy trucks or diesels. Still, they checked the basics, charged up my batteries (it has 2), and recommended a nearby shop that could help (and did).No charge, just decent human kindness.I probably will never need to go here again, but if youre local or need help when passing through, stop here.

Julie the manager really cares and takes her job very seriously I think that is one of the most important things in customer relationsThe mechanics did a great job on my brakes. The reservoir cap started to leak 15 days after, i brought it back to them, they inspected the whole brake system again and replace the cap and they found a problem with the star adjuster in the rear brake drum and fix that without charging me. Im very happy with Firestone in White Plains on Post road.

After having the worst experience with the Firestone on Boston Road in the Bronx ...I drove up to the Firestone in White Plains... what a difference!!! The facility is nice, roomy and clean... the front desk personnel very professional and I went there without an appointment, even though they had many appointments they managed to quickly to take car of my car in no time!!!! Sooooo much better than the Bronx!!! I will be going to whites plains Firestone from here on 😊. I am very satisfied with them!

Had them check over a used car I had just purchased. They said it was fine except oil drain plug was stripped. Gave me nothing in writing as they were supposed to. A couple of months later brakes were squealing.... metal on metal and calipers were damaged. Required $900 of repair. Thanks for nothing. Bought alignment warranty. They conveniently couldnt print results of alignment. Suspect they are the ones who stripped drain plug. Worse tan worthless.

Anytime I have been here, even for the smallest job they keep me waiting for hours. The last time I was here I had an appointment and they still wasted hours of my time for an oil change and to rotate 2 tires.The employees are not bad but not great either. They do not communicate well or seem very concerned about the customers time. They are neither overly friendly or rude, they are just mostly indifferent. If they are so busy it might make sense to hire a couple more employees, they would probably get more business. The location is very convenient but I avoid this place because of the crazy wait times. Their waiting room has also become a bit delapidated.On the positive side I find they are generally honest here and have not had any problems with their quality of work. Most of their prices are reasonable and within the range of normal for the area. Sometimes Ill find that some are a good deal with a coupon or some are high.

Had a 3pm appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early and it was completely empty. My car was not taken in until 3:30. I was ok with this because my car was only due for an oil change and wiper blades. An hour goes by... an hour and a half goes by. People are going in and out so I caught the eye of one of the workers and he explained that my fleet company approved four new tires. Again, I was fine with this, but annoyed at the fact that this was not relayed to me when they found out because my apartment is walking distance from this location. I asked how long these tires would take and I was assured they would be done in 30 minutes. Another hour goes by.... that’s TWO AND A HALF hours for an oil change, wiper blades, and new tires. I’m still sitting here as I write this and will likely never come back here again. Communication is not this facility’s strong suit. Be honest with your customers so they don’t waste their time. I could be working right now and instead I’m still sitting here as customers who have gotten here long after me are coming and going.

I called Firestone and gentleman on the phone answered. I told him I had a slow leak and possibly has a nail . He told me he can repair the tire in an hour. I was so pleased to hear that. He was very helpful and honest. Thank you.

The guys here turned my car around super fast and didnt try to upsell me on any unnecessary things. I really appreciate it. Very satisfied

Seriously, don’t take your car here if you care about it. I used to take my cars here out of convenience, but 8 out of 9 services were screwed up. Under pressure tires, over pressure tires, improperly installed tires, improper state inspection that missed corroded battery that lead to a dead battery, and most commonly, inaccurate wait times. I mean, seriously, their “thing” is tires?Most recently, I stupidly purchased a lifetime alignment package because I switch out summer and winter tires. I had one alignment on a brand new car (not necessary, but it’s lifetime so I might as well), and their printer was messed up and couldn’t print a report. Understandable.When I went for a second alignment while having my summer tires installed, I asked them not to balance the tires - Why no balance? I was having my rims refinished and it would throw off the balance. My tires were balanced and they tried to charge me for them.After the eighth screwup, I explained that I no longer plan to bring my car for services because I have to always plan on how I need to fix the screwup.I asked for a refund on my lifetime alignment, and I was told it wasn’t possible (I’ve only had one alignment and it cost me $200 for the plan). I asked to discuss my issues with the manager (who was in his office within earshot) and heard him refused to meet with me. I also requested a call from HQ and I never received a call.Bottom line, your car will not be serviced properly, and no one cares.

Today I had the worst experience. I Leave my vehicle at 7:30 am for alignment and balancing. I when back at 3:30 p.m. to pick up my car and was not ready. They finished1 my car at 4:45 p.m. Definitely someone has to do something to improve customer service.

Called at 6pm asking if they could do a tire patch. The gentleman on the phone said yes. Drove down got here at 6:30 to find out they wont do the patch because they arent taking anymore clients for the night. Saying it takes 45 minutes for a patch. If they had to much for the evening, they should have said something over the phone.Very unprofessional and uninformed staff.

Terrible service. Great location but lack of personal service. Requested wiper blades change did not happen and tire pressure level not checked, washer fluid not refilled. I have a fleet vehicle was very surprised the lack of proper service.

Dropped my car off at 1150 for a 12pm oil change and tire rotation - the guy says it will take 1-2 hrs. 4 hours later I call to check on it — they’re not sure and say they will check and call me right back. One hr later I don’t hear from them so I call back. They tell me they are just starting it now and will take 30 mins... 20 minutes later they call back asking how to take the tire off. I get there after closing time and they tell me they couldn’t take the tire off bc it was on too tight. (Maybe true, maybe just lazy and too incompetent to deal with it at the end of the day?) they then give me a bill for this and a filter which they weren’t even sure if it was put on the car. Completely unprofessional. Will not waste my time here again**update. Took it to the dealership and they had zero problem with the tire so these lazy mechanics just couldn’t be bothered after wasting 6 of my hours

Horrible place pay for tire insurance went to them to let they know something is wrong with the tire they are telling me only certain. Things is cover they never told me that when i took out the insurance they told me everything on the tire would cover once i own the car they are bad for buisness would not go back to them nor recommended any one to them

First time visit and will be my last, ever. Scheduled an inspection for my vehicle through the website and was informed at the counter that there was no record of my appointment. I politely gave this guy my phone showing my email and confirmation number and all he could come up was with We dont take inspection reservations online, come back tomorrow. It wasnt even close to closing time either. Um... are you kidding me?? This rep was beyond rude, had NO customer service skills at all and did not resolve this issue. Took my business elsewhere and Im glad I did. If I was able to rate a ZERO, I would!Thanks for nothing!

I needed a new tire because I got a flat that was not repareable. I arrived at 7:45AM. It took them 30 minutes just to tell me what I need. They told me that I need TWO new tires. In total I am paying over $450. When I asked how long it would be, he said hed have them get started right away. 45 minutes later, I asked again and he said within an hour. Its been over an hour now and I am still waiting.Poor service. Overpriced.

Phil, the service advisor, was friendly, professional, and informative. Their prices are also reasonable. My only complaint is that the technician left sealant on my rims and tires, which is an indication of laziness on his part. It comes off easily enough though.

Convenient to where I work but terrible customer service. Supposed to open at 7, I waited outside 15 minutes for someone to open up . Was told the car would be ready by 3 pm (8 hours after dropping it off). Had to wait an additional 40 minutes to pick up. Service men mumble, take personal calls while helping customers. Just all around bad service.

Went to Firestone White Plains for a checkup and suspension work. Received excellent information with great follow-up. Was provided courteous service and great communication on the status of my vehicle.

They tried to charge me for valves stems that they never installed. the old ones still had all the brake dust on them and they still argued with me. totally unprofessional and very disapointing

Had an appointment for 4 new tires to be sent to this location and when I arrived, they didn’t have them (and conveniently had only a more expensive option). I called the previous day to confirm the appointment which they did, however the gentlemen who met me at the store had no record of an appointment for me. Ended having to walk out. Waste of time. I would avoid.

Expect wait times in any auto service center(not valid public complaint!!)...Im a second generation customer to this location due to best snow tires anywhere....danny(manager) and Phil best to work with and extremely realistic and helpful.....only negative is PARKING,but that is luck of draw!!!!

Excellent experience! Anthony was extremely helpful in choosing the correct tires for my Kia Forte! Which, I use for Uber and he gave me the proper discount offered to Uber drivers (10% over store cost)... This allowed me to purchase the ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY (that covers any problems with the tires).Overall, I had pleasant experience and would recommend them to EVERYONE! Go there and ask for Anthony, tell him Chris Palmisano (Air Force Veteran) sent you!!!

Just go to the one in the Bronx if you must go to a Firestone. This place is all around shady. They upsell hard despite anything you say, its such an uncomfortable experience. I can understand why their rating is so low.

Where to start. Do not go here! Dirty, slow and not through. Go to a Valvoline. I made an appt online, which they didnt have they said 1 hour, I was there for 3 and the oil was never even changed and had to come back again.

Called today to ask a question and the daniel who answered the phone was not friendly at all. terrible customer service. will not be using this location anymore.

Went to this so called complete auto care station and made a 2:00 p.m. appointment and had it confirmed by the white plains firestone for a engine tune up via second email. I arrived at 1:30 p.m. and checked in with the guy that was in the front room. He first tried to state I never made an appointment and then checked his computer. After looking at the computer, he then stated he dont do engine tune up work because he had only 1 mechanic working. He even tried to play stupid about what kind of car it was. On the webpage, it clearly asks what kind of car is coming in for service. He knew it was a v6 gls sonata. Instead of wasting my time and the extra beating on my car to get there from croton, he should have rejected my appointment before having me go all the way to white plains. I told him the car is in trouble with check engine light on. he said the misfire is not his problem. real professional customer service rep. Everybody please read the other reviews and stay away from this place. I read the reviews and found out the hard way they are correct about this place and its laziness and poor customer service.

Went there for a state inspection, took about 25min the team member was great and deliver on time.

Bought four tires.. got an estimate for extra srvice which is a courtesy check up of $800. done everything with same original part no. costs me $325. from my local mechanic. i bought tge parts. they know what they are doing.. no doubt very proffesional but way too expensive.. when it comes to repair. no complsints.

Terrible service. Had to place the tire order twice since they forgot the first time. An hour into the tire change, they realized that 2 of the delivered tires were the wrong size, so had to wait another 2 hours for them to pick up the tires from another location.

I felt like they were pushing many services that were not really necessary.

Complete Fraud for Inspection. Failed me and gave me a quote for $1200 of work. Went down the street to a different place and passed.

Spent $1,200 for break repairs on four tires and I had to take my Lincoln MKS someplace else because there was cracks in the two front break disk. SMH
