My phone wasn’t charging after it got wet so I brought it in to ifix. Turns out there was a piece of rice stuck inside of the port from when I was trying to dry it out. They could have easily told me the piece needed to be replaced and charge me $95 but they were so nice and honest and took out the rice for me free of charge. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if my phone needs repairs in the future!

Fantastic store. The workers are extremely helpful and always honest. Repaired two screens for me and now I have no issues. Awesome silicone cases for a fraction of apples cost. I will be a returning customer.

My experience was not a positive one.I took in an iPhone 7 for a new screenThe employee dismantled and proceeded to repair my phone on the counter next to the cash register.As customers came in, he would help them as my phone and loose parts were being exposed to getting knocked around.I left and came back, the phone was ready and as I was walking to my car, I noticed the top corner of the screen was separated from the phone body, I was able to see inside the phone.I returned and he courteously repaired it again, but upon arrival home, the top screen corner separated again.Rather than return to iFixandRepair, I absorbed the expense as a loss and went to the repair place in City Center White Plains.The guy at the City Center Kiosk showed me where some internal miniature screws were missing, I asked him to just replace the screen again. The phone was like new, very professional, clean and fast job..

I go to this place for all my phone needs. I usually go in here and see Atay. He takes care of everything, never any issues. The products in the store are all reasonably priced. I would recommend you to visit this store if your phone is broken and for all your cellular needs.

Great staff, all friendly and willing to negotiate prices with you. I’ve been coming here now for years and Have never let me down once! And they’re fast! decided to try them out one day instead of apple and have been coming to them ever since whenever I need a repair or case for my phone. Highly recommend!!

First, let me dispel the rumors from those who posted the negative reviews.I took my iPhone to the Galleria location. Inasmuch as I was skeptical of what I’ve read on Google, I really needed my phone repaired and could not wait on an appointment with Apple.I was there when they first opened and was greeted by Sebastian. I explained my Skepticism and he calmly reassured me that I have nothing to worry about.While he repaired the phone, I browsed the cases on the wall. Within 10 minutes, he was done. I tested the phone and all applications. Everything was just fine.For those of you who post all the negativity, you do have the right to your own opinion, however many of you might have had pre-existing issues with your phone and expected more of a miracle for something more extensive than a cracked glass.After reading all the negative posts, it seems you got all your friends to come on and write something bad. Don’t bring down a store’s reputation, just buy a new phone!!!!Sebastian, great job. Keep up the great work. I recommend this location to anyone.

Not original Apple parts.Which is why is so cheap to fix.Told up front it was original.Home button gets stuck because they use a thicker screen.This repair was done on an iPhone 6.Im giving one star review based on dishonesty.I recommend going to the Apple store and paying the extra buck.

Excellent work, theyre very fast and nice!I went to get my iPhone 6s plus fixed there, after the guys at the Apple Store in the Westchester Mall tried to trick me into paying over $300.00 and wanted me to wait about 3 hours, even though I had been paying for Apple care.These guys were recommended to me by a friend, and I am beyond grateful! They were really cool people and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!

Taken my phone countless of time as I tend to break my phones religiously. Typically a repair won’t last more than 30 minutes so it’s in and out. Quick and very good service. Thankful for those guys and their work. 5/5.

Ive brought my old 4S for them to fix something I messed up on the motherboard and gave that phone to my mom. No issues and the dudes were pretty nice.they fixed my wifes broken screen twice and it was discounted the second time since it was less than a week even though she admitted she dropped it herself. They even gave her a glass screen protector so it wouldnt happen again!That is what excellent customer service looks like.

I broke my phone twice in 2 days. Went to them to fix it both times. They felt very sorry that this happened to me, and they gave me a great price both the first and second time around. They are hardworking young men trying to make a name for themselves in an industry that is overwhelmed with competition. Terrible service. Brought my iPhone for a simple screen replacement due to a cracked screen and wish I never did. They replaced the screen but broke my camera(front and rear), the flash, and the speaker. We then got those issues repaired the following day, then the screen that they replaced it went completely black. They do not want to honor the warranty or give me my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. BUYER BEWARE.

Sebastian totally saw my worried face when I came into the shop. I had a terrible day after being unable to answer any calls / texts with my touch screen not responding, and by the time I got there I was just exhausted.After asking a few simple questions, Sebastian calmly started working on my phone. After 10 mins, he was finished. I had to give him a hug because he made it seem so effortless!I don’t want to crack my phone again but if I did again, I know I’ll go back to him for sure! These guys were really helpful and funny. They have fixed 2 of my phones before. And I went there to get my daughters iPad fixed. They changed it like in an hour while I was shopping. They did a good job and I will definitely come back again. But hopefully I dont break anything for a long time :)

The case I purchased for my iPad is handsome, lightweight, and just what I needed--with a nifty rotation feature and ridges to optimize positioning. When I accidentally left my credit card with the proprietor, he kindly got in touch with me right away. A+!

Too Long Didnt Read version:If you have a 6s or later, just go to Apple, these guys charge the same price for extremely poor quality.I came into the store to have my screen replaced during Thanksgiving break of 16. They used obvious tricks and lies to get me talking to them. First quoted me at a low price, told me Apple would charge a lot more, said theyd be fast and same quality. I was in a rush and didnt think the quality difference would be THAT different. When I came back to pick up my phone, I noticed that the colors were completely off and the screen wasnt as responsive. I initially thought it was something else wrong with my phone or just the new screen settling in. This was bull. Needless to say, I came back as soon as I could during Winter Break to have it fixed. They told then admitted they had given me a cheap screen and claimed they were out of the higher quality OLED ones. I persisted and they suddenly found new screens and tried to charge me for as a replacement. *Eventually* they tried to correct their wrong and gave me the better phone part. The colors were finally correct and actually responded to my touch. I noticed that there was an odd ridge on my phone screen but was just happy it was working. I thought that would be the end of this.Fast forward to my next visit to an Apple store that I realized just how poor of a job they did. After actually looking at an shelf quality iPhone 6s and iPhone 7, the difference was stark. When I took off my case, I also noticed that when the screen brightness is up, you can actually see through the seams if the lighting is correct. Turns out they did not replace the full casing or module according to an Apple Employee.

These guys fixed my cracked screen, only to have the LCD start blinking black a few days later (wasnt happening before). My display is now useless. They must have done something wrong or provided inadequate service, but wont look at it again unless I pay full price.

Reviews are fake. This store has its employees leave reviews . on both yelp and google. I know this because i have talked with many of the technicians and got to know their names well. To my surprise when these same names are appearing on yelp and google, with 5 star reviews talking about the great customer service and how great their experience was with this place. Pretty disgraceful that they have to rate their own store just to keep teh negative reviews hidden. If you have insurance use it! Do not be fooled by smaller shops who have technicians working on your valuable device. Only take your phone to apple or an authorized apple repair shop. These technicians are even apple certified.Cannot believe this business is still around, I will never go back and will tell everyone about how bad this store is, and the nerve of these people hyping up their own store, is sad to say the least.

Im honestly the most clumsiest person and i always break my phone and everytime i go to ifix they always help me out, not only is it affordable, they do it fast and quick and the customer service is great ! Efficient ND informative..

I went and had my iphone 6s screen fixed on the spot, which yes was convenient. i was doing this because i was trading in my phone for an upgrade. Besides the fact that they were eating pizza at the desk when i came back the customer service was good. I was so excited about my fixed screen i didnt really look at all the flaws. It almost seems like the screen was the wrong size, at the top the screen was on but the bottom was sticking up on both corners. I didnt realize until i went to sprint, where my phone screen started jumping around and typing on its own and then locked me out. Just awful, so unfortunately they did a very crappy job!

Great price, only took 20 mins to replace battery.

Quick service, you can get back your iPhone/IPad little under a hour . However, they have really bad customer services .I went there to repair a faulty iPad under their one month warranty and while I was explaining to the young man at the front desk what the issue was he was busy playing a game on his phone . This is not the first time I encounter such bad experience at this location, this is my 4th visit to their store to do busy & its always the same with both techs that work there .

My wife had smashed the screen on her IPad. The frame was also cracked. First, we checked with Apple. It wanted close to the price of a new IPad, and we would only have gotten back a refurbished unit. IFixandRepair replaced the screen and the frame for $175, with a warranty. The repair was done while we waited (an hour or so, while we shopped elsewhere). That was 2 years ago, and the IPad is still working perfectly.

It was terrible they held my iPod touch 4th gen with 64gb for a year claiming they had to order screens!! Eventually they gave me an old scratched optimum one with 8gb claiming it was mine and since it was not, they later said they had a worker who stole some of the inventory. Eventually they gave me a shity one with indeed 64gb at least. Never come here!!!

The bad reviews must be outdated as one reviewer wrote, when a new manager came in. Super friendly, super quick, reasonably priced. Changed my iPhone 6 battery in 15 minutes for $50.
