Incredibly fast production- I put in a request for a quote at 1pm and two hours later, my 50 custom cards and envelopes were ready to be picked up! Swift email correspondence and friendly service.
Email correspondence is great.In person, the service is condescending.I appreciate that Rick responded promptly to my emails and quickly gave me a quote for my project. He was very helpful over email and sent me a flyer to give me more information for a question I had. I asked about different types of paper and he said he had some leftover stock I could choose from. I set up a time to head over to the shop.When I got there, I was the only customer in the shop. I tried to describe what type of paper I was looking for, unsure of what it was called. Rick was abrupt and unhelpful. I asked for a sample of the paper he described, it was as if my question was burdensome by his response. He begrudgingly gestured to stacks of boxes of paper in their store room, and didnt show me any samples. I found that strange, as he said in his email he had some random leftover stock for me to choose from. He handed me one type of cardstock and I asked for some other options to compare, as that is why I came down to the shop in person. He didnt show me anything else and was pushing for me to print without helping. His professionalism was disappointing and was condescending in his responses to my questions.I left to find another printer in the area that could help. I found another shop that happily showed me some samples and answered my questions respectfully. They even gave me a discount.While the prices at Royal Press seem decent, in-person, their service is rude and discourteous.
They are great! The staff is very professional and fair. I was so pleasantly surprised with their responsiveness, quick turnaround (a few hours for my job), and very reasonable pricing. Plus the extra convenience of being able to submit the job online. There is a reason they come up first when you search Google!
5 Star Customer Service. I went on a really bad rainy day and was in need of an urgent copy for a meeting. The person working at that time was very helpful and also gave me a folder to keep my documents with a plastic bag. Amazing service. Thank you very much!
If everyone could learn one thing from this establishment it would be CUSTOMER SERVICE. As you would expect, their quality is more than satisfactory and they meet deadlines but it is the manner in which they do business that is so special. They are friendly, polite and thoughtful and do business with genuine concern for my needs.
This place is friendly, flexible, fast, knowledgeable and helpful. The printing is great quality and cheaper than anywhere else Ive gone. Id highly recommend them.
