They need to put their stock in the right place on the shelves. Went to purchase a coffee maker advertised on sale for $5.00. Told me I had the wrong one. I said its the only ones you have in the shelves. Said they werent the ones on sale. Then put the ones not on sale on an end cap pr something. 🙄

The employees at this place are so incredibly kind! We had an issue a few minutes ago and they helped us take care of it and got us the stuff we need. Highly satisfied with our service!

Dale has a very good attitude and customer service skills he was so pleasant! After having a long hard day at work he made my day so much better and he is by far the nicest employee there and as long as Dale is there I will definitely continue to go to this DG!!! He greeted me as I walked in with a smile on his face and got people out fas! I have been going to this store for a while and he is the most respectful employee there!!

This is a good store. Ive seen better, and also much worse, but I used to work at a Dollar General and am well aware that the store itself, store management and employees, are really only responsible for so much. They dont determine deliveries, of what, or when, are often over stocked on some things and completely out of others for longer than they should be.Neatness was about par.👍

I have been in this store and had to walk out because the product I need is not on the shelf. It seems there is no help in stocking in this store. Uboats are on the flor not being worked. Employees seem to have plenty of time on their cellphone or smoking. This memorial day weekend get product on shelves!. I went to family dollar plenty of products on shelves.

Dollar General was a good clean place to shop. The Staff were so nice and accompadating . It was a nice afternoon 😊 to be shopping.

I have been coming into this store for several months now. There is nothing on the shelves but lots of boxes in the isles. Nothing is unpacked. One of the store people told me last week the head people were coming so it shouldn’t look like this any longer. I come in a week later for tree lights and you can’t even get down the isle or thru the store for all the containers. I have never seen a Dollar General like this.

Its my local DG, so what can i say. It could be more stocked but i get it. Theres only one in the area.

This store has gotten progressively worse the last year or so. It is messy and dirty, and staff are not the friendliest folks. Im giving 2 stars because of the prices.

Always always always stuff in aisles needing to be stocked. Always has a very dirty trashy appearance. Robot cashiers. You are also putting them in danger. All those posted signs at the register. I cant see them how in the world would they see if something bad were to happen. Again its the posted signs, not the plexiglass. Its rather ridiculous...

Sunday afternoon 1 p.m. To workers who cant even speak, one is wearing his mask below his nose and mouth, & only using one hand to check you out, take money, bag The Stuff Etc. Have you ever seen a worse, unorganized, junkie place? Every single aisle forward backward side-to-side. Ridiculous!

There is always only one cashier working the register even if there is 10 people in line it takes 30 minutes just to check out for a single item literally 30 minutes just to Check out one item, I live within walking distance of the Dollar General on White Settlement Rd.But it Is truly faster to go and come back from the street shops on the west side of Highway 820going to this Dollar General really suck!

I used to really love this store but lately its just frustrating to go here. Shelves are always empty and you can never get through the aisles because the unpacked boxes are blocking them. I dont know if this is a staffing issue or what but I know that I would probably spend a lot more money here if I could actually go down the aisles and look at stuff that has been put out. It used to be so convenient to shop here but now Im forced to go to Walmart which is a total nightmare.

Strongly needs employees and staff that can get the store straightened up instead of having to walk around boxes and stock. Someone is going to end up getting hurt and owning this Dollar General.

This store literally never has anything I need stocked. They have it in the back and the employees even acknowledge that they do, but they just never stock it. Im not sure if theyre just lazy or its a staffing issue but its getting rediculous. Just close the store if you cant stock things!

I shop in this store often and my experience has been positive every visit. The employees are helpful and I can find just about everything I need here. Rarely has the store been a mess and Ive only had to wait in a long line when there is only one person working. Ive got nothing bad to say about this store and I recommend this store to my friends and family. Family Dollar, you have great employees working here. Take care of them like they take care of your store.

Store is messy and the Isles are too crowded with supplies and boxes.

Messy, unorganized, crowded shelves, crowded aisles, crowded checkout, dirty floors, its a huge mess outside and looks like a dollar store.

They usually have what I need, but Ive never been in this store when its actually been clean and put up. Staff is sketchy, sometimes friendlier and more attentive, other times will ignore you and avoid eye contact at all cost. Two stars because I can always find cool little extras on their seasonal aisle.

I like dollar general better than family Dollar. They open one hour earlier than family Dollar at 8am. But I give it 3 stars because their refrigerators are super dirty, they really need to clean up and wipe down everything in the fridge😷. Im pretty sure everythings up to date but please get some people to wipe stuff down instead of stacking stuff

Decent prices, a well stocked selection, and great service. My only problem was having to go a bit out of my way. The line to the cashiers often blocks aisles.

It really could be a lot cleaner, stock needs to be on shelves, not in a cart blocking all the isles. And scheduling must be a problem, 6 people checking out and 1 guy working. Wheres all the workers? 4 stars because its convenient.

Everything always seems to be in disarray. The store already starting to look run down even though this new location isnt that old. Prices are okay but the quality of off brand items arent that great. Its not a bad place it just isnt the best for your buck.

Cashier not wearing face mask properly, neither nose OR mouth were covered, was worn as chin strap only. Additionally was no enforcing customers wearing masks despite signs on door. This violates current ordinances as well as posted policy

I love going here to avoid a trip to wal mart. Its close to my house, great prices and great selection of items even though its a small store. The staff is friendly and helpful. They sell most everything available at the convenience stores as well such as ice, beer, cigarettes and candy & drinks.

Awesome customer service, Mrs. Jenny always greets us warmly at the door and readily available to provide top notch service. She takes great pride in building exceptional rapport with the patrons of our community.She goes up and beyond the call of duty to know her customers needs. She has reminded me from time to time that my dog Dozer may be running low on food and or offers new products or promotions when available.Knows how to brighten up any cloudy day!

I miss the old manager who was super nice, but this DG is still okay if you need to grab a couple items but dont want to go to the big box stores. Usually well stocked although the aisles are tight and many times have product in them waiting to be shelved.

Store is to loaded. They have crates to be emptied stacked on the floor.

Favorite for dry goods, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene stuff. Poorly staffed, so busy times get a little annoying. Staff is great, just spread a little thin. Avoid fridays around fiveish...lol.

Its a good General Dollar the parking is kind of small but its still good not much traffic on the road at front we buy ice cream there their ice cream is always good and we stopped in just about every day every other day stuck ourselves at our shop

I shop here many times a week and they always have the best priced Oak Farms milk in town! The employees are nice as well. A bit crowded when they are stocking however.

Recovery is a disaster here. Grab some laundry soap off the shelf and thought wow what a good price! There were enough in the spot to think it was meant to go there and was priced 5 dollars. Turns out it was 14 dollars. Was told it was a new item and they didnt have a spot for it so they just put it there. They should make a spot and put the correct price or have no price for it. Had to go back and look for something else since 14 dollars was more money than I had. If there were one in that spot even 2 I would have understood but there were at least 2 cases in that spot.

Best deals and more items for purchase than any other Dollarllar General Ive ever shopped at.

Better than the same Business in a different area, Staffed well easy to find someone to ask about where an item is. I do have to say they put an amazing amount of stock on a small footprint=Store size + what they carry

I love this place! I ALWAYS find what Im looking for and they even have a wide variety of name brand groceries. no more driving miles to a grocery store when i need a little something extra for dinner. I can run down the road to get everything I need.

This is an edited post last time I gave 1 star now I gladly give 3 1/2. The 1st posting is below I wanted to show how things have changed. I was in on 7/27/17@0900. This time when I went in it was alot better. 😀 The store DIDNT SMELL LIKE SMOKE THANK YOU. It was more pleasant to be there, I didnt feel like I had to hurry because of the smell and the way the store looked. Things were not so crazy and disorganized I was able to find items. The a.c. was cold, the speakers/ music / sound was great. The people were nicer, more approachable, more eager to help. I didnt get her name but the manager was a great help, thank you.[ this is from my 1st posting about this store. I dont know if they are allowing smoking inside or if its just from the people that in there over the years, but there is a smell of smoke there. I know one of the workers must have just finished a cigarette because I almost had a coughing attach. Other than that need to fix the radio speakers, they crackle and hiss. Some of the isles needed to be mopped. They were disorganized.

Very good if you are low on cash. Cheaper prices than bigger stores..But they need to keep it clean.. Alot of paper and things out of place and on the floors.

I think only having one cashier with a store full of people is a Dollar General trend. Also they should have some sort of fresh produce.

You have to choose your Dollar General stores because items are not the same. They vary from store to store. I am happy with the one on Camp Bowie West near CVS pharmacy. They help carry your heavy items to the car for you.

Its 9:30 pm and they wouldnt let anyone in even though they close at 10pm. Very rude.

Im trying to beat the lines.. because most neighborhood D. S. Stores are busy around this time of the month.. so I was in this neighborhood & decided to stop & pick up some items.. 1st when I walked in the store there is a Glass Sliding door & the bell rang Im assuming to let the store workers be aware that someone has entered the store which Im good with that .. but as the clerk notice that I was BLACK .. I HEARD ANOTHER TYPE OF NOTICABLE BELL ... SO I WAS APPALLED.. AS I WAS SEEKING & GETTING A FEEL for where the items could possible located.. I felt so uncomfortable because I was still at the front of the store & the next customer was not Black the only bell that rung was the opening of the door... So needless to say .. I potty these people whom assumes that depending on the v cooler of your skin they decide who gets an extra alert ? Im just asking?I WAS RACIALLY PROFILED.. or can yall explain why an EXTRA ALERT SOUNDED AS I ENTERED...

This place is always understaffed or a register is broke, other than that its a nice little dollar general.

They were having different sells on their drinks so my boyfriend and I grabbed some. When we get home and go to put them in the fridge we realize that they are expired and had went bad at the beginning of this year and they kept them on the shelf.
