Order £1500 of furniture, get charged a hefty chunk for delivery on top. Guarantee a delivery date (and get a lecture that if you want to change it they’ll charge you extra)Wait 6 months for the delivery of your furniture, for them to ring you a week before the delivery date to advise that there’s been a delay and you’ll be waiting an extra 5 months!Try to process a cancellation of the order, can’t get through to anyone, after many times of trying, get told they’ll ring back (spoiler alert - they didn’t)Still trying to get my money back. Looks like I’ll be lodging a dispute with my bank!Avoid at all costs

Payed about £1700 for a corner sofa and was told everything will come piece by piece and even payed £100 for them to put it together. What i wasnt told is that the middle piece would be 1 giant block. So the two very rude and impatient gentlemen who delivered it promptly showed that it would not fit through the door and began filling a form for return without our say in the matter or giving us a minute to think about what to do. If we were given the time to think we would have told them to bring in the other pieces and leave the giant block outside but no they left within a heartbeat. Now i have been sitting on the phone waiting for half an hour for a representative. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND GIVEN EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.

We have had various bits of furniture from here, service is good and quality nice. Delivery is a little longer than some may like, but they do tell you at the time of purchase.

Beautiful furniture very well made and lots to choose from, easy from ordering to delivery was perfect, any questions you wanted to ask about talk to customer services and they were more than helpful, so overall very good.

Shocking service. Delivered damaged then refused to collect for 5 days however did an about turn when I contacted watchdog and arrange collection for tomorrow. Have left me with two sofas in a very small living room and have mis-sold me pads for the feet that we didnt need which was admitted by them on a phone call.Would never shop here again!

Might have some decent furniture but the staff are ridiculously rude, especially an extremely large, rounded and possibly over encumbered member of staff who was particularly pushy and douchey. Which made me vote with my packed wallet and decide not to spend a penny in this store.

Bought a new bedroom suite including the most expensive mattress I have ever bought which turns out to be the worst mattress ever bought not had one good nights sleep on it in 18 months also still waiting for our free item because we spent over £1500 which was a promotion at the time
