Great work. Made our van look great again

Precision Auto Body was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience with them and whos car looked amazing after a recent accident. I contact them and was able to get an appointment the same week.My 2019 BMW had was backed into and had a small but noticeable dent and scratch in the bumper. The car had less than 1000miles on it so I wasnt about to let just anyone work on it. When I meet with Hector (the owner) he immediately noticed that I needed a whole new bumper cover and not just a simple repair. When my insurance attempted to make him only complete a repair and not replace the bumper he fought for me, denied their offer, demanded they replace it, and that the job be done correctly. After the repair was complete, I asked him where his help was - body guys, painter, etc.. and he pointed to himself - meaning he does everything himself. Hes awesome. My car looks perfect.

Hector is outstanding. Friendly, honest.. a good dude. Hes knowledgable. He does great work, and he bends over backwards to help his customers. Strong recommendation.

This is the best bodyshop in Los Angeles; The service is outstanding, vehicles are done quickly and efficiently. The color matched perfectly, the panels, lined up as if it was new. The customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. If you need any kind of body work this is the place to be!

I known Hector for more than 20 years. He has done bodywork on every car that I have ever owned. I trust him enough to keep going back to him even though there are plenty of body shops closer to me.
