I had an amazing experience as a first-time car owner with a flat tire. The professional team patched my tire up. Not only did they fix my flat tire they also helped me understand the problem and why their solution (i.e., a permanent patch) made sense. While my tire was getting fixed, I walked 5 minutes to a nearby Starbucks for a drink. My tire was fixed in under an hour. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. I will continue coming here when I encounter future car troubles! Cannot recommend enough.

As always Richard is the best I’ve bought the tires there previously and had work done as well. Today I stopped in because I wasn’t sure about the air pressure in my Harley tires. Even though he was busy he took care of it cuz that’s just how he is. He’s awesome.

My first time to Exclusively Imports and my experience with the service was more than I expected from an independent repair company. I drive a 2007 Volvo which has always seen a regular dealership. I called to inquire about some repairs and Sergio said to stop by and get a quote. I got a very fair price and the repairs were quality workmanship. The shop was clean with a smile and assurance from the staff was assuring we were at a perfect repair shop. Ive been meaning to write this review for a while. If you need an honest mechanic this is the spot! Ive been to exclusively imports a few times. They made a lifetime customer out of me. I was having some issues with my BMW 3 series drivetrain malfunction coming on and Sergio and Richard saved me thousands. I wasnt aware that my car had a sulev warranty of 150k miles on it. I have been here for oil changes and basic maintenance. But this time I knew it was something serious my car went into limp mode the engine just didnt sound right. They inspected it and let me know the bad news but also good news to follow. My timing chain was about to go out and Im lucky it hasnt broken while driving because it could have ruined my engine. Richard let me know that my year is covered under this special warranty called sulev and that it should be covered. He even went out of his way to call Buena Park BMW and gave me a connection to set up an appointment to get my car checked. They could have easily not mentioned anything and made over 3000.00 on me to fix the issue. The BMW dealership confirmed what Richard and Sergio said and that my car would be covered under the sulev warranty. I was so happy and relieved. Sergio and Richard you have a lifetime customer. I appreciate you both! I will be calling in or texting to schedule an appointment to do a tune up soon .Thank you for everything and God bless you guys!

Unprofessional place mistreated me and cant repair A/C which was blowing hot air. Invoice price misquoted. Sergio yelled at me and ordered me to leave or else hed call the police. He ordered me to retract my negative review and would provide a refund but would not reduce it to writing. Car mileage was misstated on the invoice. This place is lacking work and looking for additional repairs like a car dealership. I was not even offered a car when our car was kept overnight b/c Sergio said they are not a dealership but they have cars on the lot.

Drove down from Utah to work in SoCal and the check engine light came on as I arrived. Kind of an emergency since the car was needed to complete the work. Especially in SoCal! Exclusively was able to squeeze me in to their shop, (between other jobs) diagnosed and fixed the problem by end of day. Completely professional, friendly and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Totally satisfied on my end.

I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE:(READ THIS IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT TAKING YOUR CAR HERE)Took my car here for an oil change, air pump hose replacement and control arm replacement. They gave me an estimation of $955. I asked in other places and they estimated the work around $600 but since these guys had good reputation I gave them an opportunity.When I picked up the car from them I noticed 2 problems right away:1st. I was able to hear a clunking noise while driving. 2nd. The radio was not working.I told them about these 2 issues and they told me to bring the car back next Saturday so they could take a look.To my surprise when I came back again next Saturday they wanted to charge me $150 to investigate the issues. The did not want to own what they did... They told me that they did not toich the radio and that was not their problem. The owner was so disrespectful and I had to leave the shop extremely frustrated because it was imposible to keep a conversation with him.I ended up taking the car to another shop to fix the problem... it seems that they had messed up with the FUSES and a couple of them were missing...(dont ask me why...) They also forgot to tighten one part so it was making noise.I feel totally disappointed after paying almost $1000, after waiting 5 days for my car and after receiving the car messed up... never ever coming here again.NO VOY A VOLVER NUNCA A ESTE LUGAR:(LEE ESTO SI PIENSAS LLEVAR TU COCHE A ESTE LUGAR)Lleve aquí mi coche para un cambio de aceite, cambiar la manguera de la bomba de aire y cambiar un control arm. Cuando el otro taller lo miró se dieron cuenta de que faltaban fusibles en la caja y que se les había olvidado apretar una pieza del motor..Pagué casi $1000, esperé 5 días y me entregaron el coche roto y sin responsabilizarse por ello. No vuelvo nunca más.

EXCLUSIVELY OVER PRICED, RIP-OFFS!!! Several things wrong with this place, first horrendously charged me for labor costs, not for parts!, I supplied my own parts, $1,300.00!!! Second, my A/C was working before I took it in!!! I pick it up and its not working!!!! Then I mention it to Richard, and he says, oh I charge $100.00 to check. WHAT!?!??? IT WAS WORKING BEFORE I BROUGHT IT TO YOU???!!! Also, they ripped out all the plastic underlay, but dont replace it? As well to mention, the mechanic that he has working on the vehicles, ISNT CERTIFIED. Didnt go to school, or training or any certificate to show that he knows what he is doing. To top things off, Richard kept mentioning, If I was younger.... what?, if u were younger, u would still be a creep????

I have lived in whittier for 30 years went for the first time in my life yesterday to take in my 2008 BMW E92 N54, the staff was couteous helpfull and excited to work on my car i was quoted 950 for a valve cover gasket and they are also taking a look at my radiator... if you know anything about bmws u know that the valve cover gasket itself is a costly fix due to the man hours... i feel they were honest and gave me a good deal on both items i do alot of DIY work on my bmw but i will deff be back for all my service here oil tires you name it. Quick oil change

I own a Volvo XC90 and had quite a number of issues including and not limited to smog check problems, wore out turn signal switch, leaking windshield washer hose, and erroneous window switch calibration. I no longer trust the local franchise auto shops after one of them messed up a sensor while doing a simple break pad replacement, and I avoided the dealers due to pricing. I gave Exclusively Imports a try this time after finding out they specialize in Volvo repair and maintenance. Needless to say, the staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had my vehicle in for 9 hours, and all issues (detailed on a 3 page laundry list) were taken care of for a three digit fee (be sure to ask for AAA discount). The service was beyond my expectations, ending with a road test after the repairs and a complimentary car wash at no extra charge.Simple, trustworthy, and affordable, will absolutely visit again in the future.Thank you Sergio and Michael!
