First and foremost the Job we got done on our car was done with Excellence. Literally all staff is very explanatory . Everything was explained to us before and after. There is a nice waiting room. We had our children with us (All four )and Staff is kid friendly. We definitely are returning when need be.

The staff were all very helpful and the mechanics were very transparent regarding the work they were intending to do on my car. They were very aware of cost and worked with me to narrow down the essential items needed and what could wait. I will be returning for future services.

This place is awesome! Great job, amazing customer service and good prices! They close at 5:30pm and they even waited for me to pick up my car until 6:20pm. Jordan is very nice and therally explains everything. The owners daughter is a sweetheart! Now a days its hard to find a good tech, specially at independent shops but One Stop Auto in Whittier has definitely met and surpassed my expectations. I bought a car from owners son Jordan Blas & the cars odometer was rolled back approximately 100,000 miles. I took him to court and won my case. In short I wouldnt do business with crooks.Steer clear

I took my car in a week ago had, what turned out to be very expensive for me. Car at first seemed to run somewhat a little better that day I picked it up. However the following day there was a horrible noise that kept going on and off from the front passenger side, so... I immediately returned spoke with the mechanic, (Dan) took a short drive and he could not hear this noise? After the holidays I will be taken my car back in because now I cant even drive this car.( the noise is worst and so...much louder. I was told it could be the new brakes and rotor that were replaced. I was hoping to have finally found a new shop! We will see. Can only pray on the situation.

Do not go here they do not know what they are doing! They took 3 months trying to fix my Honda odyssey transmission! Never fix is it right!

Their mechanics performance is not where it should be. I Took my 2004 ford explorer to help with the installation of my transmission when i brought it in there was no check engine light but i left with one and i have an exhaust leak that i didnt have before either. Ive gotten work done here before and i felt i could go back and receive the same level service i did before but unfortunately i didnt. No proffesional automotive shop will let you leave in the manner i did. When servicing the transmission the Over Drive light should have been accessed properly but it was ignored. Truck is not ready to be driven the way it runs an OD light is like a check engine light for the transmission driving it like that means something is wrong transmission wise driving it as is can destroy the transmission shift solenoids should have been check or speed sensor etc. Ill have to take it elsewhere to get it professionally fixed.

Took my car Toyota Corolla for a check engine light the code p422 and they told me the car needed a diagnose evap system smog and they told me it was the fuel cap was bad they put a new one. They also said the evap sensor in the back was bad when it wasn’t they change it and my part was good. It took them over a week to repair my car. The mechanic Miguel scammed me and took the items i bought but never changed it don’t reccomend coming here. Also bad service and never answered my phone calls regarding my car.

If i could give this place a ZERO 0 i would i was recomended to this place by one their family memebers should have know i would be scammed i yook in my lexus i payed 800 they kept my car for a whole week. Which was only 8hrs of work when i picked it up they didnt even put it back together correctly they took parts from my car and threw them away i had to put in radiator fluid which they should have done i drove off with my car. And i was stranded on the hwy ! Had to pay for a tow i called them and they said they would send someone out to fix my car never got a call back. I call and they dont answer or return my calls these people are scammers

Customer service here is horrible! They never call like they say they will. They take forever even when they arent busy. There is no sense of urgency. They arent clean. They left greasy fingerprints on my car. Never bring your vehicle here.
