If your not familiar with Whittier, you must stop in at the BevMo on Whittier Blvd. If you drive down Saint Gertrude you get the most fantastic views of the San Gabriel Mountains. And the service is pretty spectacular too!!

Incredible! The price here for a Stella Rose was three dollars less than at Smart and Final. Unbelievable. It was my first time ever at a BevMo store and I loved it! At the entrance there have gift bags for your wine. I was in a rush to buy a the Stella Rose for my friends birthday so they made my life easy! Thank you. 😘 Also BevMo store has all types of drinks, not just wine and spirits. They have the small classic glass Pepsis, a treasure, birthday and thank you cards, etc,. Everything is well organized and clean. The people working there friendly ☺️An A+ store. Oh and of course we were carded and ID verified.

MASKHOLES - My hubs has a heart condition + cannot wear a mask. He was allowed to enter store and spend 30 minutes shopping for wine. Then when he tried to buy it, this Cashier refused to sell it to him. She is not his Doctor. This is who BevMo has chosen to give customers unsolicited medical advice.

This location is small but the workers are awesome. They help me with suggestions and made my purchase simple.

90% of the time it takes forever to checkout at this location. Management and employees nothing to ease the line or help the solo cashier. When lines are 4 to 7 customers deep. Especially management.

I was looking for a bourbon for making cheeseburger, but didnt want to just go with Jim Beam so decided on Evan Williams B-I-B. I asked the cashier what justified the price difference, and she validated my choice by telling me it was certified as 100 proof.

My first time going to BevMo. I saw on the internet that Baileys had a new flavor Colada I went to BevMo to see if they had it. Yes they had it. I also got a Vernors original ginger soda, and Seagrams strawberry daiquiri . I wanted Henry Weinhards cream soda and root beer. They were out of both. The employee helping me had me sign up for their rewards and saved me $4.00. Savings is always a plus . The store was very clean and organized, the employees were very nice and friendly. They did not sanitize between customers and the hand sanitizer they had at the door was empty. They did not sanitize the carts they had a spray bottle at the door and one rag for everyone to use.

5 cent second Bottle of wine or champagne if youre a Bevmo cardholder. Redbull sold here 2 for $5 Staff are always helpful and friendly, awesome selection of spirits..

First time I have stepped foot in this place. Once you walk in there you can see and tell they have a good selection of pretty much everything. Cold brews on the left back spot of the building. Employees are friendly and dont mind helping you out if you have questions. I would go back again and will recommend. Could say in the top 10 places to get some good drinks for the weekend. 😎✌🍻

NEED PROOF OF CARD USED TO PURCHASE FOR PICK-UP - My boyfriend placed an order for me online as a gift for me to pick up at this store. I was listed as the pick-up person. When I showed up, I presented my current drivers license for proof of age as stated in the order email, but was asked to also show the credit card used to place the order. I didnt have it since its not my card. The employee helping with orders said a phone pic of the card would suffice. I was unable to get hold of my bf in the time that I was there, so I asked them to cancel the order and provide a refund. They suggested they could do a refund and I could buy the item myself, but that would have defeated the purpose of it being a gift... and of being listed as the pick-up person for an order placed by someone else. Food ordering services are allowed to pick up orders without proof of the card used to order, so this policy doesnt make sense. And if this is really necessary, it should be included in the emailed receipt for pick-up. Not everyone feels safe having to leave the house at the moment, so any time spent making in-person purchases/pick-ups is valuable, and a risk. BevMo Whittier, if someone considers making a stop at your store valuable enough to take that risk, please make it worth their while.

I expected a greater celection of wines and pairings from imported and local wineries. This place is great for a last minute event, probably paradise for bartenders. they have a lot of equipment and different hard alcohols and mixers. Excellent customer service. The most genuinely friendly and happy staff I have ever encountered.

Online ordering process needs work. It takes at least an hour to get your order ready from the time you placed your order. And one your receive the notice to pick up, you wait another 30-40 minutes in line outside with other people whos orders are ready.

Helpful staff...great variety of alcohol options. Crafts beers, spirits and wine. Snack options...one stop shopping. New store in Whittier. Easy parking.

This location does have a good selection of wine, but the employees here are so rude and did not care about the customer service at all. When walking in two employees were talking about work stuff but nearly ran in to us without saying excuse me or sorry or anything. I said excuse you and they didnt even say a word.We found a wine we liked and was excited that the tag on the shelf said it was part of the 5 cent deal so we decided to get 2 of them. When we got to the checkout it didnt ring up the correct way so we asked about it. We walked back and showed them and they just said that shouldnt be there so I asked well since its there can you honor that? They said no, but do you still want it? not a sorry or acknowledgment that it was their mistake or anything or even any remorse about the false advertising. They were very rude about the entire thing which we were shocked at. We usually go to the one in Brea and always had great experiences there but they recently closed, so I guess we will just go to Total Wine and more as I went there last week and had the very best customer service the entire time.

Attempted to buy a keg straight from a brewery. They directed me to BevMo. When they didnt have the specific beer setup, they took care of all the back end work and got me the beer in just 3 days. Great work!

Called B4 showing up there they told me they had that specific beer I was looking for I get there and they tell me that Beer isn’t made by Golden Road that I was confused but luckily I went to Ralph’s of all places and found it there they need more training know your product

Sparse staff who know nothing about wines, prices quite a bit higher than other retailers, the 5¢ second bottle is only on wines you probably wouldnt want to drink, kind of a waste of time. We found this to be true several years ago when they opened in Long Beach & same thing since they recently opened in Whittier. Coincidence? I doubt it.

Great selection with plenty of parking. Staff were a bit inattentive and the button to call for help on at least one of the cases was not working so I had to track someone down to get help. Not a horrible experience, but can definitely be improved in working on customer service availability.

Bevmo has good selection but it lacks certain imports and has a lack lister gluten free beer selection. Glutenberg is good but there are many other choices that are not shelved at bevmo.

A little to pricey for the items I was looking for.

What I wanted they where out of, royal crown, bought the gift box, then went to smart and final they had the crown royal in the size I had wanted and the gift box was cheaper than what I paid at Bevmo
