They were unable to help me with part I needed was out of stock too old back order, not their fault. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Looks like a great place to have your bike to get serviced or repaired.. that being said the shop seems empty on stock but most shops are waiting on post pandemic stock to refill. Would go back for sure.

Sorry this isn’t a bike shop . It’s a bike repair shop . They used to be a very nice bike shop but there’s no new bikes there at all. If you’re looking for a new bike or bike parts don’t waste your time .

Hands down, impeccable service. Took my bike in for a tune-up because I had replaced the derailleur and couldn’t change gears. When I returned to pick it up, Rob showed me the nut on the derailleur was stripped. Rob could have easily said, sorry, bike won’t be ready for a few more days or charged me extra to fix it. Instead, he worked on it like it was his own! I went for a hard bike ride the next day and was so impressed with the results-bike feels 10x better than when I purchased it. Biking seems to be popular right now so just understand that tune-ups are taking longer nowadays.Tip: Parking is at the rear of the store.

They really help customers out with any problems u may have with your bike. Customer service is excellent. Prices are very good compared to other bike shops Ive been too.

Traveling through or live in town, this is the bike shop for you. I love this place. As the occasional rider, using bikes purchased from yard sales and always having them fixed at Whittier Cyclery, Inc. They are friendly and do a great job. Recently we purchased a quality bike from Whittier Cyclery, Inc. After consultation on what bike to buy, I bought a flatfoot bike. I was not sure I would like it, but boy was the worker right. I paid a fair price for an excellent bike. I ride much more now. They are a long time family owned shop. If you need a place to have your bike fixed or want a good product at a fair price, this is indeed the place!!!

I recently stop here to fix a flat tire, everything here is overpriced including labor not counting the poor customer service they have.. I dont want to mention names but you can get better prices and whats most important better customers service.. I usually dont like leaving bad feedback on business but looking that an employee of here is trying to say that everyone that has had a bad experience at this place is lying....NOT SO PROFESIONAL...

I called 3 other local bike shops in my area.. asking for an intergrated self extractor dust cap all of the companies either have just a crank puller and wanted me to bring in my bike or bikes which was not going to happen however when it causes facility they got straight to the point with the inventory very knowledgeable great prices and I would like to thank you guys good job Whittier Cyclery

Hi, they are very friendly. They did not fix my bike but they pointed out correctly which points should be fixed in the long run. If I replacsed brake wire and shoes, they said they would be willing t help. At this time, I decide not to pursue their offre since I am using the bike for only another 20 days. GOOD to know them! location is obscure but I see many cyclists comes and go.

The new owner is awesome knows his stuff and hooks it up when ever he canToday he helped me out since I had to tear down a bike to box it up and take it on a plane with me. Robert is awesome great bike shop.

Took my kids bought used Cannondale SV400 mountain bike in for a full restoration/rebuild. These people did an outstanding job with this bike.Also bought parts for my 92 Specialized Alez road bike that cant find anymore (cable plastic bracket under crank), They found compatible bracket which fit perfectly.This place is obviously a Professional Bike shop with knowledgeable, friendly, and caring employees.They also have in stock and sell quality bikes of all types, for all ages at good/reasonable prices.

I think WhittierCyclery sabotaged my bike. I took it in a lil while ago to fix the spokes issue, & it got worse. This place used to have some pretty cool people running it. But it has been sold and management has changed. The name has switched several times. Its gone down hill. Now it appears they just are taking it out on the customers.My Dad who also bikes heavily used to recommend this place to people, but we both have stopped going here. Beware.Its too bad, because they carry some nice Trek bicycles.

Im from San Fernando Valley and I went all the way to purchase my new Trek 1.1 here @ the Whittier Cyclery, coz i heard about their great prize and superve service. I was very satisfied, they were all very helpful specially Ryan. and the prizes are reasonably lower than any place around...this Store is by far the best ive seen and ill be coming here from now on. even if its 50 miles away from my place. Every time I have tubes fixed, they broke after just a while.

They fixed my bikes back wheel but it didnt work soon

Worst bicycle place, the place is well pack with bikes but the employee s are rude and not honest, I took my bike for a simple maintenance they wanted to sell me parts I didnt need, they wanted to charge me 108 for something thats was done somewhere else for 43.99...
