Just gave up and went to another dealer. Built a vehicle online and chose Rush to order the truck through. Confirmation from Ford said I’d hear from Rush within 24 hours. Four days later after hearing nothing. I walked into the dealership spoke to a rep. I’ll admit decent customer service. He said he’d speck it out and call me that day. It’s been three weeks. I ordered a vehicle with another dealership. Ford even sent me a customer service survey to fill out which I rated Rush poor. Seems like if your not ordering in bulk, your not on their radar.

Excellent and courteous service all around. They did not have the part required but managed to find it in a timely manner. It was a Friday and it could have very well resulted in an hotel for the weekend. Instead, I was able to have a nice cold IPA at home Sunday night!!!!
VERY BAD SERVICE, my uncle and I arrived 10 min before they closed, since he wanted to buy some trucks for his business, so we went in and began to observe the trucks. Then a man arrives in his small black truck, lowers his glass and tells us you have to leave now, right nowVERY BAD SERVICE I think that is not the way to treat your customers.
Horrible service. I get thrown on hold. Line cuts, I call back. Thrown on hold. Call ends after 20mins on hold. Call back, they say how can I help you? then back on hold for another 20mins only for them to disconnect the call again. If I could give zero stars, I would. The one in Fontana is not much better either. Good luck with this outfit. Had to edit, finally got in contact with a employee there only to be hung up on. Find a different store, save your time :)

Terrible service. They tried to rip us off, and when we got our motorhome back it was filthy with greasy footprints. I wish I could give them zero stars. Honestly do not take anything to this place!!!
Stay away from this place, it doesn’t work. Hard to understand why you even have to rated one start even that this place is not even worth one. I purchased two vehicles from them and casually they both have the same issue and one of them after one year of keep spending money on it they haven’t been able to locate what the problem is. If you ever feel like you want to get rid of money better throw it on the fire rather than drive this far waste time and fuel and give it to them.

Horrible. Left our motorhome open to allow feral cats to come in and live. Oil and grease on all leather seating, all over the floors. The carpets are destroyed. Our bedding is destroyed. We are horrified with how dirty and disgusting they made it.Negligence and we are now having our insurance company involved.Estimated damage with the insurance adjuster is over $15,000..Ford, you need to check yourself. This is unacceptable..We have been violated.

They will rip you off! Dont take your truck here. They took a week and charged us $1800 just to diagnose the problem then charged us another $3900 to replace the fuel pump. Then when we were going to go pick it up, they told us it suddenly would not start and they could diagnose it in a few days. The manager Ron must be on commission. Steer clear.
Service Dept is GREAT - ONLY one which could quickly locate and correct an issue with my diesel! Previously visited Four dealerships who took hours and then could not diagnose. Fortunately, warranty was still in effect by the time I got here.Never would have found this place, if not for CA Hwy Patrol recommendations - did not come up on searches for authorized Ford repairs.

I purchase a used truck. 2 weeks after I purchase it starter went bad. two weeks later filter is clogged. a month-and-a-half later filter sensor going bad. air dryer is leaking air and worse. its not even 90 days transmission went bad and they dont want to be responsible for nothing. All those issues I have to put out of my pocket to be able to fix it. They dont do service on the used truck they sell. they dont inspect them... horrible experience dont recommend go for a used truck..
Brought my truck here after calling. Over the phone they said if I got it there in an hour they could diagnos it. I got there 20 min later and the guy at the counter refused. It was only after arguing and then talking to someone else I got them to hold up to their word. The next day I waited for it to get done. Once the repairs were made they took forever to file paperwork and actually let me pay. No sense of time and wont to a thing beyond what they absolutely have to do. That and they charge a lot more than what is reasonable. Never coming back.

Why does everyone here seem to have attitude at all times of day? The parts department is no help at all if they even pick up the phone. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received, more than a few times. Don’t even bother, go elsewhere.

I am disappointed with their overall level of service. The sales process was slow and lacking professionalism. Simple requests take 2 weeks and I spent a month buying (3) trucks last year. I returned because Rush California is one of the few dealers who carry this specialty truck and 1.5 months to get the next deal done, this time for 2-4 more trucks. After radio silence and having to pull my salesmen’s teeth to get a response, I gave up! 300k deal and they act like it’s nothing and can’t return an email or phone call. I am not used to fleet sales. In Colorado deals get done in hours not months. No more Rush ! Ever!

I recently purchased an F550 from another dealer. After searching for over a year, I thought it was the only one on the continent that would be close to what we needed. Drove it home and it was beautiful. Sadly the work and cost needed to remove the stake bed and liftgate to turn it into a chip dump made it the wrong deal for me.What I didnt know is that the proposal for the new truck I looked at on Saturday had come in from Andrew Vivilaqua at Rush. It was in my SPAM box which I dont check while travelling or from my phone.After reading the proposal from Andrew, I realized it was only $3400 more to have the brand new truck with power windows, doorlocks and mirrors...and zero miles. I called him and explained what I had done and was miserable about my choice.So, after much thought I bought the new truck from Rush and was sitting on two of them now.... losing sleep for nearly a week.Andrew called from Rush and said, you know, I may have someone interested in your other truck.Unbelievable. He went so far down the road of excellent customer service to hook me up with that buyer for my stakebed truck. They wanted it so badly, they paid the full amount and I didnt lose a dime.I cant thank Andrew enough for taking the time to think of me after that deal and to follow through on connecting me with the buyer for my old F550.THANK YOU ANDREW and RUSH TRUCK CENTER !Gwyny Pett
All went well, but the prices are at least 30% more than competition. Get an estimate first, or you will be surprised when the bill arrives. Cost me $1050 to have a knock sensor installed on a 2012 Isuzu Npr hd diesel, which was installed in 1.5 hrs. When I got it back from shop, I called local dealers and got estimates for $694 to install. Sucks, but when you are stuck, they can get you.
