The girl peral I think didn’t know what she was doing and messed and said we would get our phones on Monday and still haven’t received our phone…Needs better service knows what she doing

Tried to get a phone for my wife for Mothers Day. Couldnt find the phone she wanted in Cerritos or Fullerton went to Whitewood mall.Darvon waited on us got us what she wanted did all the transfers and it was perfect.When you go there ask for Darvon he will take care of you.

First time going to this location. Very disappointed the female employee was very rude, had bad attitude.

Hilda was knowledgeable and very nice to work with! She transferd everything to my new phone seamlessly and answered all my questions without hesitation. Thank you very much Hilda and Verizon!

In being so patient and listening to my parents needs my father ended up wanting to sign up for a cellphone too — a smart phone at that . I had the best experience at this store a few weeks ago. The lady that helped me her name is Hilda and she’s the assistant manager I can’t say enough good things about this lady. Verizon is very lucky to have her as an employee. She was knowledgeable, patient and extremely professional. Talk about representing the company outstandingly.

My family and I walked into the Verizon store this past Friday right before closing.  We were greeted by Dominic who off the bat made us feel at home.  Not knowing the type of plan we wanted Dominic made sure we understood the plans and explained everything very clearly.  At this point, it was late in the evening and still, Dominic was right there with us until we decided on a plan.  After it was all set and done we ended up with the right plan for us.  So to say that we are happy customers is an understatement.  I totally recommend this store but most of all I recommend you ask for Dominic.  The level of customer service, we received from Dominic was above and beyond.  Thank You, Dominic, for your time and patience.  It was appreciated.

Came in with a couple hours before closing to switch over from another carrier during last weeks Black Friday deal. Chris helped me out and he was very thorough with explaining the deals and tried to lay everything out on paper so it was easy to digest. They didnt rush me at all and were very patient with me during the whole process, which was pretty quick. I came in the following weekend to trade in our old phones and that was smooth as well. Id highly recommend this place for anyone looking to switch to verizon!

Not many phones to choose from. Not much help to decide or even help you out....Will not go to this store again. Cerritos is much better. Better service, better help and knowledgeable people to help you out.

Went into this store to upgrade my daughters phone. Dominic was a great person to work with. Very personable & patient, as my daughter really wanted a White phone but they were out of white in the phone she wanted, so she had to think about colors but then another rep came over & told us she could get White in the same phone with a bigger memory... just a few dollars more each month lol. Problem solved!The process took quite a long time bc we also just decided to trade her phone in for credit to use on the taxes, so the phone had to be wiped clean of storage so it could be deactivated. But again, Dominic was an absolute PLEASURE to work with.I noticed after we left later in the evening that my receipt showed a Ready 2 Go Set Up charge for $19.99. It also showed a Premium Glass Cleaner charge for $14.99 but there was also a credit underneath for the Cleaner of $-14.99. So I thought, OK.... Dominic gave us this Glass Cleaner at the end of our purchase & told us, this is for you to clean the screens and if it ever runs out you can call the company & theyll refill it for free. So that charge/reverse charge made sense (must just need to be documented for receipt purposes).BUT what was the $19.99 for? He did help my daughter by opening up the box, turning the phone on & telling her when type in her Apple ID/password. He also waited patiently waiting for the old phone to do its thing so it could be turned it for the credit... but surely thats not what the charge was for? We could have done that all at home by transferring data from the iclouds & then erasing her old phone right?So I called the store & spoke with someone else & told him everything above. He basically said it was for the setup of your new phone & the free glass cleaner. I told him again, we could have set it up at home ourselves & I had no idea what the glass cleaner was even about? He said there wasnt anything he could do.Sooooooo here I am writing this review. Kudos to Dominic for his great personality and service but I guess Im not sure whos to blame for a $19.99 charge being charged to me that I knew nothing about. My fault for sure for not looking at the pages folded over and handed to me on our way out, but IM VERY DISAPPOINTED that I was not ASKED DIRECTLY about this $19.99 charge... again when it wouldnt have been too difficult to do at home! And Ive been a Verizon customer since 1995 ... think it used to be Airtouch...geesh I just aged myself completely. I expect A LOT more out of a company that Ive been with for 25 years!

I walked in with the idea of reviewing my account and any update available, Hilda, the store assistant manager was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond making sure that not only my questions were answered, but she showed me the many options I had. Unlike other stores I have been to. This store and employees deserve a 10+ rating.

I was disappointed when I went in after a few days longer as it did not arrive on day promised,when it finally did arrive I was told that the offer had expired and I had to leave with out my new phone.

Helpful with purchase of new phones. No discount offered for buying 2 expensive smart phones. Sales rep pushed too many extras...case, screens, etc...truthfully, Id rather buy a car than a new phone!

They did not help me at all and did not seem to care about their job. There was a lady working at the desks who was whistling to Taylor Swift. I couldnt activate my phone and they told me to go to best buy which worked and best buy helped. Still couldnt understand why they didnt do it there. There was also a dude who also did not care about his job I DO NOT recommend this place

Went in last week to buy the s7 edge and Im pleased with my purchase. Customer service is great here. Jose, my rep., went step by step and took the time to explain what plan was best for me. I also bought a tempered glass screen protector and it does the job, but sadly the the adhesive seems to be wearing out, which is my only concern. Overall this is a great place, and i definitely will come back if I ever want to buy another phone.

Painful! I cannot believe the amount of time wasted on each visit. Additionally you need to be extremely vigilant in reviewing your accounts as they routinely add extra charges. This is a great opportunity for another vendor to take business! Stay away if you possibly can!

This place makes the car buying experience a joy. Takes way too long to go in and out for anything. They promised a rebate to my Billing account and two months went by without anything. Came in and had to wait another 40 min just to help me out. Will never come to this place ever again.

Pon and Darvon are the best. We have had unusual problems that are difficult to solve. They continued until they could solve the problems. When one part couldn’t be resolved they contacted help and continued to work through the issue. That level of dedication is rare. Our thanks go to both of them.

Verizon really screwed the pooch on this one. I bought two phones and opened up service with them but approximately two days later I returned them and closed the account. They have a 14 day grace period to return them at no charge so I thought. As I learned today they never closed my account and were charging me for a service and phones I never used. I went to the Verizon store to try and fix this but I had to leave after being there for over an hour and they still hadnt straightened it out. As of the writing of this post the problem is still not rectified. Whatever you do if you want to avoid any headaches stay away from Verizon, stay tuned.

This verizon store used to be terrible. I really hated to go there. I have been twice in the last two weeks, what a differance since they got a new manager. His name is Daniel, he has really made the store so much nicer. I really appreciate the store now.

This has been the easiest and best Verizon store visit.. and I have been a customer for over 20 years! These guys are great.

Horrible place bunch of crooks! Made a bunch of different little charges so they can make money and when I went in the manager looked like he hated his life and basically told us to screw off and couldnt do anything about the changes. BE AWARE dont go here you will get ripped off!

I bought an iPhone 7 from someone on offerup and had him meet me at the local verizon store. The store employee Jordan checked everything out for me and helped me out with the iCloud transfer as well. Service was beyond my expectations. Btw my family has been with Verizon for 10 years, and I must say I dont see us leaving the Verizon family anytime soon.

DO NOT.... whatever you do DO NOT let Cesar, Sales Associate help you. I walked in THREE times to change my address and THREE times he messed it up, got locked out of the system so I was unable to change my address and HAD to call customer service and stay on the phone for another 40 min in order JUST to change my address. So due to the Sales Associate failure to complete this simple task i was charged late fees. NO SOOO GOOD.
